Really great customer service. Tricia (or Trisha) listened to what I wanted in some new boots, made a solid recommendation, without hardly asking she got me sizes in several brands so I could try them, had a lot of knowledge about all the brands they carry and why some might work better than others. She was a really pleasant and genuine person to work with.I just had an awesome experience and I’ll definitely be back.

Love this place!! I have bought 2 pairs of boots from them, and will only buy boots from them! The pair I got this year was to tight when I brought them home. When I brought them back to tell them they fixed them for me for no change! You guys rock!! Keep up the great work!!!

Buyer beware! I purchased $130.00 Western boots for my grandson. The owner fitted him to the boots and I stated he is tough on his shoes and she stated he can’t hurt these they are made to withhold every day use. 3 months later heels were weak and top of boot at cease a tear showed on top. Went back to store today with receipt and we are told that is normal wear and tear and the tear top top was because he must of dropped something on it. At that point asked if they were going to stand behind the product and owner stated NO the company would not stand behind them. Lesson learned - when they want to sell you something they will say anything however the story changes if a problem occurs. My grandson is very unhappy!

I have worn cheap, "cute" boots most of my life, and now that I can finally afford it I decided I needed some real boots so I stopped in to Bear Hollow. Julie, the owner was in that day and she was awesome. A fellow Massachusetts-ian, she helped me narrow down exactly what I needed *and* wanted. And let me tell you, I wasn't even sure what I needed. With great patience and expertise, and keeping my budget in mind, she helped me find the perfect pair (I tried on quite a few). Now I have cute logger boots that keep my feet warm in the winter or cool in the summer, depending on the socks, have excellent arch support for my flat feet, and have safety toes for when I am working in the yard or woods or just feel like kicking something. That was a month ago and I can say these boots are breaking in wonderfully and my feet arendoing so much better.I also picked up the warmest fleece jacket for a great sale price. Next time I'm in the area I will definitely be stopping back in!

Locally owned and selling union made work boots. I highly recommend Bear Hollow Trading Post for quality of goods and service. I have feet that are difficult to fit. The sales person was knowledgeable, attentive, and friendly. I left with a pair of well fitting boots.

Need new motorcycle boots (cruiser style). Whent here. Selection was limited however they had what I needed. They helped me find the correct boot. No issues, no complaints.

I walked in and wasnt greeted by the one associate working with someone else. I waited 10 minutes to at least hear that I'd be helped shortly but no acknowledgement that I was even there was made. I've had great experiences until now but I won't return after that.

Horrible customer service. I bought boots that were the wrong size, returned them, and never received my $200 back. When I call they just sluff me off and say someone will call me back and they never do. I am opening a Paypal dispute and proceeding to report them to the Better Business Bureau. Do not buy anything here if you want a good return policy!
