Super friendly staff. Go there for fish supplies and they have a lot of variety. Mostly freshwater but also some salt water tank needs and some pretty cute bunnies from time to time.

Love this store. Get all my dogs treats and food there. Great variety of toys. Recently took my son’s puppy there to be groomed. The groomers were very sweet with the animals. And they did a wonderful job grooming Him.

The groomers at Derry are absolutely amazing. So knowledgeable and patient. They even do a great job with tricky double-coats! My Samoyed has struggled with badly compacted fur as his adult coat has grown into his puppy coat, and they’ve worked miracles to keep him a clean handsome comfortable boy. Thank you Woofmeow!

The supplies selection is wonderful however not the pricing on these pet store mill pets (usda breeders who sell to pet stores are mills no matter what people try to tell you) it’s a little insane -$80 for a rabbit with no paperwork or breed information at all - my rabbits were bred from local 4-H and were throughly cared for and wonderfully pedigreed for maximum $120 depending on breed mind you these are show rabbits and woof meows are not - there is also a lot of time spent at the reptile area and not the rodents- some hamsters lacking bedding another one in clear distress last week in his tiny cage - rabbit and GP cages had cloudy windows - I am always seeing someone attending to the reptiles but never the others. Overall they aren’t a terrible store but I do think the pricing on their live animals is a little steep considering they are a pet store and also the fact that they have no paperwork

I'm so glad they started carrying my dog's brand of food. I used to have to get it on Chewy and a lot of the times it was out of stock. I will say my only "complaint" is they are a little more expensive, but I think of it as a convenience fee.

This used to be my go to store for a woof wash, some treats, and the occasional toy. Now that the wash has gone up once again to $20, I’ll have to move on to another option. I’ve always received good customer service and I liked using their tub for the water pressure but it’s just too much money to justify spending.

Woofmeow's spa in Derry recently opened with 2 talented and gifted groomers, Glenn and Danielle. I have a dog who has been a challenge to groom, and that is putting it mildly. My pup has been absolutely terrified of being groomed! No one could groom him or clip his nails. I would drop him off at the groomers, and I tried many, and he would be there for 4+ hours and return with bald spots and nails that had not been clipped. No one was successful in clipping his nails. In desperation I brought him to the vet to have his nails clipped and even the vet failed. I brought my pup to Woofmeow and Glenn and Danielle, through patience and affection, made my pup feel safe. They were able to beautifully groom him. He came away without bald spots and with clipped nails!! His grooming time is now down to 90 minutes! Words could never express my gratitude to Glenn and Danielle. They have accomplished what no once else could. They are exceptional and truly, truly appreciated. A rare find, one I will stay with for years to come and be forever grateful for!

Awesome selection and fair prices. They treat their animals phenomenally, my wife and I have gotten several rats, and a green cheek conure parrot through them and they are all healthy and we'll adjusted to people. They also have awesome workers who know animals very well.

Cute little shop for all your pets needs. Took my pup for a nail clipping, not only did they clip but also filed his nails. They were comforting to him and caring, as he is quite the baby when it comes to having his nails trimmed! Very nice spa and the price is reasonable!

Great selection for dogs and cats, but so sad that they still sell rabbits in the same tiny areas that they sell guinea pigs. Rabbits need much more space and enrichment than is provided, and it sends a bad message to potential rabbit owners - rabbits really shouldn't be lumped in with smaller animals, as their care is more intensive and they live close to ten years. They need room to run like a cat or a dog. Would be much better if they partnered with a shelter instead, and adopted out just a few at a time, providing each one a better habitat.

Have had quite a few good experiences here. The staff members go above and beyond which is really cool. They have a great selection of cat toys/items. Store is always clean and well stocked.
