My 1 y/o pup loves his pals at Sarah's Paw Spa! He gets super happy as soon as he sees the front door and is always in the best mood when I pick him up. We're always happy with his services and thankful for staff that can handles his crazy puppy energy. Plus he always looks so handsome after his appointments!

My two dogs and I love Sarah’s paw spa! They both have come back so beautifully groomed and I can’t thank them enough! They’re both usually afraid of getting dried and a bit anxious with previous groomers, but no complaints and they don’t mind it here!

When my pup was around 4 months old I took her here to get groomed. I really wanted her to start getting used to it since she's a long haired double coat dog. I read all the reviews and thought the place would be great. First red flag I got was when the women told me it would be about 45-60 minutes. Well, about 30-40 minutes after dropping her off I get a phone call to come pick her up. When I got there my dog was soaking wet and they told me they couldn't dry her because she wouldn't let them. As a professional groome, I'd think you'd be able to dry a 4 month old dog. And giving back a long haired double coat dog soaking wet isn't the most healthiest thing for them. Their hair can't stay soaking wet or they risk getting hot spots. They also charged me full price for a job they gave up on. I took her to a new groomer and they had zero issue handling her.

We were from out of town across the United States needed our two little ones done. $280 for two baths and they had knots that needed to be combed out. Terrible job would not recommend. We will be back in that town because we are family but we would not recommend them at all. Taking advantage of people from out-of-state is inexcusable. In my time of viewing businesses I have only left two one-star reviews. We are usually very generous this one does not deserve one.

My wife brought our dog here for the first time. They did a great job, the place is clean and neat. Price is great and they don’t crate their dogs. I highly recommend.
