When we purchased our home two years ago, the fence had been installed by Finnegan Fence the prior year. We had a large limb fall on a section during a storm. I reached out to Finnegan Fence LLC to get an estimate for replacing the damaged section. I had also obtained another price for the repair from another local fence co. which was significantly higher than the pricing given to us by Tim. The repair was done very quickly and professionally by Finnegan. While they were here, they also checked the five gates to make sure they were all functioning properly. Working with the entire team has been a pleasure from prompt return calls to taking care of any need that we had, both quickly and professionally. We had an on-site appointment to fix our fence on 3/18 and were supposed to get a quote for that. We didn't hear from them for a week so I called them. I called a multiple times during the business hours but they never picked up my phone and it went to the voicemail. I left a voice message after I tried calling them so many times. Lisa called me back and she said she will check with Tim so I waited to hear from them. There was no phone call from them again so I called them for an update. (Voice message). Lisa called me that they were waiting to hear from their suppliers but they should be able to send a quote to me soon. However, nothing again so I had to leave a voice message again and they didn't even call me back this time. I have also emailed them but never got a response from them. They were so quick with setting up an on-site appointment, but after our appointment there was no communication whatsoever. We should have read other one star reviews before reaching out to them because we just wasted our time waiting to hear from them. We ended up moving forward with a different local company that we can rely on. They have already provided us a quote. I shouldn't be the one to follow up with them all the time. I felt very disrespected and I would not recommend this company.

From start to finish, the entire team at Finnigan Fence Company showed us why they come so highly recommended. They surpassed our expectations and accomplished every request we had on our list. The communication was great. With Lisa keeping us informed about all upcoming appointments, and Tim answering all of our questions at all hours making sure every detail was clear and ironed out before breaking ground. The Install team lead by Brian not only completed the project faster than we expected, but did so with an exceptional level of professionalism, efficiency and workmanship. We chose Finnegan Fence as they are family oriented. From the consultation, Tim was very honest, open, respectful and a great person to interact with. Tim came out and walked our property of where we want our chain link fence installed. He brought up some concerns that would only make installation last longer, as in clearing out brush and ensuring the leaves and soil were at a ground level. We wanted the back of the fence to fade into the woods in the back and the placement does just that! We were unsure of the hill and where to place the fence and Tim walked us through the options and which would look better for us. What he suggested, makes our patio look a lot bigger, sharp and our pup can look out the front! Tim also explained the hog tie at the bottom of the fence so our pup (or any other animals) can not push under the fence! We never heard of this and are very thankful for this!Lisa from the office was very informative of next steps, deliveries and she would check in after installation! She is very welcoming and friendly and enjoyed her calls!Brian came day of installation with the team and walked the fence line with us for a final check in. We ended up changing a part of the location due to the neighbors fence and he was more than accommodating. He walked us through the next couple days and the process and was very communicative! They also enjoyed time with our new pup, Loki and were very friendly which made Loki's day!From start tp finish, Finnegan Fence was friendly, communicative, prompt and honest. I respect the honestly and suggestions that were provided and could not be happier with our fence!!! Tim Finnegan came out and met with me at the appointed time and he was really easy to talk with. I contacted the Finnegan Fence Co. in the Spring of 2022 as we were overdue to replace our old fence. They quickly responded and scheduled a walk thru and shortly thereafter emailed me an estimate. Using their online program I replied and accepted their proposal. The day of installation they showed up on time and worked (like dogs) until the project was completed that day. Finnegan installed a fence for our pool that consisted of both a vinyl privacy section and two Aluminum ornamental sections. Tim was dynamite when he came out to quote the fence and helped us pick out what would work best for our property. His input was well received and turned out fantastic.Communication with them was awesome, and they were very accommodating of our crazy build schedule. A few days before the install they came out to re-survey the job. Thank goodness they were thorough enough to do so, as they were able to do a few things, and point out things to us, that ended up making a very notable difference on the project as a whole. They didn't just book a job, place a few posts in the ground and leave. They were full service and very detailed.On install day, everything was straight as an arrow and level as can be. Superlative. These guys were top notch from beginning to end. Tim was responsive night/day/weekends throughout the duration of the project. He worked with us every step of the way when we happened upon landscaping challenges and made sure that whatever we needed was taken care of. When the actual installation crew arrived, it was next level. These guys were out in it rain or shine but consciously never taking a short cut. You could see the same meticulous process at every section. The end result was BETTER than we imagined. Cheers folks! Highly recommended.

Tim was so nice and accommodating during this entire process. Jon and Kyle who installed the fence were also very friendly and thoughtful. They made sure to ask me if I was ok with certain things that came up during install. My cedar fence is absolutely beautiful and what I really appreciated is Tim telling me in detail about the quality of the cedar and how it will handle the conditions of the North East. I had no idea the importance of where the wood is sourced. I am planning on using them again for other projects and definitely recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys!

Tim and the Finnegan team were so great to work with. From the first visit consultation, to the estimate, many changes and delays on our end and to final installation. We started the process of getting a fence but ended up deciding to put in a pool which changed everything. Tim rerouted our first order that was supposed to be installed Nov 2021 to give us time to finish the pool work. He checked in occasionally on our progress without being pushy, re-did our fence line a few times and met with a landscape contractor to ensure his team would have a good path for the fence. As soon as we were ready for the fence, they were too and did a good job installing. Responded super quickly to a few post fence installation requests/adjustments. Finnegan made the entire process easy for us and the fence looks amazing! Not only did they do an excellent job, but they secured the materials quickly, we’re reasonably priced and installed the fence within a week or so of us buying a new house which allowed my family and I to move in earlier than expected with our dogs in tow. Finnegan fence was one of three estimates I got for approximately 530 feet of black chain-link fence. The only negative is that don’t do any clearing and require a some space along the area planned for the fence, to install the it without any obstruction, so we need to clear some brush, which really just took a couple of us about 90 minutes. Although the other companies didn’t request any clearing, when compared to the Finnegan fence estimate, Finnegan saved us $3000. Totally worth it for some cutting a bunch of branches and weeds. The fence looks gorgeous, and it went up crazy fast. They are extremely professional, have a positive energy and are very responsive, making sure everything is clear and done right. Communication was effortless with texting, and Lisa in the office who I spoke with a few times was help and is that kind of person who is super happy first thing in the morning and it’s a bit contagious. It is clear how important it is to Finnegan that you are happy with the job. We have more fencing to do coming up in the spring after another project is completed, and we wouldn't go with anyone else.Service: Chain link fence installation

We called Finnegan to install a new vinyl fence around our new home. Finnegan showed up, we went over the designs and discussed the layout. He was very attentive to our questions and answered them. We were given a start date which the started even though there was a threat of rain that never materialized. We had a double door installed so they had to come back out and install. When they found that something wasn't installed to make the door easy to install, they stopped, fixed the problem and finished the install. Very prompt, very professional.
