Ordered insulation for delivery. Paid extra for a 4 hour window. At the end of the 4 hours, still no delivery. Called and the insulation hadn’t even been picked up yet. Why do they offer something they cannot do? Very disappointing. I’ll never order anything from here again. They can’t keep their word.

Went looking for a variety of sizes and colors of rubber feet for chairs and was disappointed at the lack of variety. Just one clear option in 3 sizes. Lowe's had a different and better variety and even Walmart had most of what Lowe's had. I used to work in a mom n pop hardware store that carried black, white, and clear ones in at least 4 different sizes. Oh well. Back to the mom n pop shop.

The standards of customer service have declined terribly. Home Depot should be ashamed of the associates at the North Conway store. Hit Lowes instead.

We just recently purchased 4 appliances for our kitchen at the home depot in N. Conway. The employee that helped us was very helpful and made the experience easy. He wasn't pushy and gave us plenty of time to make a decision on what we wanted.

As a business owner of a contracting company, I spend a lot of time and money here. The facility is always clean, and the people are helpful. I sometimes get annoyed at how many times I'm asked if I need help in a single visit, but they are just doing their job.

This year's garden season was fraught with monsoon- like rains and overcast skies. I have had to return many small shrubs and trees since starting my gardens in 2020. I spend around $3500 per summer and have never returned anything until this year.I had a wonderful lady named Deirdre at North Conway in charge of helping me with 13 Thuja trees which was complicated due to several receipts and difficulties with scompters plagued with various codes and processes giving dtore credit.Deirdre worked with my return for over 45 minutes with calls to an MOD determined to get me the store credit for all of my trees. Not only did she do that; she went a step further and looked my purchases online to get the receipts I did not possess for the rest of the thujas that died.I came in practically hopeless that this return would count for everydead tree I had this year as some receipts had returned items used previously for other types of plants. I was embarrassed that I had returns this year at all! Deirdre was so incredibly helpful and really brought customer service to a whole new level. I am always going to stick with Home Depot for all my garden needs!

I am consistently impressed with the quality of service I receive when I shop at a Home Depot. Unlike Lowe's, people are available to answer questions or help with purchases. Lumber is kept well stocked and is not warped or defective. Plants are often on clearance as seasons change. Happy with my recent purchase of blueberry bushes on sale as well as excellent service in the Rochester, NH store.

My most recent visit to the North Conway Home Depot was one of the most uncomfortable times I ever had in a store.Every store employee should stay at a distance of at least three to five feet away from their customers.I was in the paint department and there was a man working there who I asked for help and he kept on crowding me.I felt like asking him to back off but I didn't have the nerve to say anything.The merchandise piled up on a cart in the store aisle made it easy for him to corner me so I couldn't escape.I was only there looking for paint and I could hardly wait to get done with this salesman who has a serious boundary problem.

I was blown away by the service I received at Home Depot in North Conway last night 10/17/21. The store has come a long way.They had a lot of stock to choose from and John cut it all down to the sizes I needed. 3 hours of last minute project change orders, bid re-working, material selecting, and loading, 38 minute commute each way to and from jobsite and Home Depot all an 1 ½Hr initial commute from home to jobsite makes for an all ready long day...... Now to start demo and try to get back on schedule. Times a wasting

Great staff; far more engaging than other stores I’ve been to. However, the stock at this location has been a challenge. It seems that most standard and desirable products are often unavailable or out of stock - empty shelves. You may find yourself driving to other Home Depots as a result to purchase in-stock items..

Sharon the customer service representative I spoke with tonight was absolutely amazing! She deserves a raise! She fixed a massive error from the Littleton store for me all without me having to speak with their store manager. She handled everything then called me back to let me know my freezer would be coming from their delivery driver tomorrow and apologized several times when she shouldn’t have even needed to but it was very much appreciated! I couldn’t be happier with their service! Thank you so much Sharon I hope you see this!

Home depot is a staple in our household. They carry many items we need, and most of the time at lower prices than their nearby competition. Their staff is friendly and helpful and returning items we didn't need is a breeze.They also have a handicapped man greeting people as they enter the store. This is great to see and I support any business that cares for people.

I love shopping at Home Depot but this particular store has gone downhill. The decline is not in regular product stock or help from regular floor associates. The problem here is finding a floor associate to help, the performance/knowledge of specific departments such as the service desk, and the extremely inconsistent behavior of appropriately attired staff (from face masks to regular clothing under the apron). I now drive further to go to a different physical location. Said location is cleaner, better stocked and better staffed.

Ordered railing in June. Told they would be in July 1.i called and weren’t in. Got a new delivery date. Well that came and went. Last week went to check on order was told not in. Just to check went down the aisle sure enough 2 out of 5 I needed were in the shelf. We were able to take them. Told July 20 I would get a call about new shipment never happened. Went today and they were fully stocked. NEVER CALLED to let us know. If we didn’t go there would have never gotten them. Evidently nobody is doing there job. Got the run around for almost 2 months

My husband and I called to ask if they had a flat bed truck for rent and they said yes come on in. So we did. We get in there and there’s no flat bed for rent it had been rented hours before and won’t be back till tomorrow. They need to pay closer attention to their inventory before telling someone they have a truck when they do not. I was in the parking lot when I called m. Walked directly in the second they said they had one. So now I’m driving an hour away to hope that the Home Depot in Windham Maine still has it when I get there because it’s first come first serve. Which is crazy because I can pay for it all with my debit card but they can’t hold it for you which I think is absolutely ridiculous.

Did online pickup order. No email regarding cancelled items so I went into store to check on missing items, staff was rude and con disending. Apparently, they couldn't be bothered to help someone who spends thousands of dollars a year at their store. Courtesy desk/customer service isn't what I would call it. Used to love N. Conway store, immediately went to Lowes for missing items. They were great, friendly and got what I needed even though it was on top of isle and needed equipment to get down. That is customer service!
