My wife loves this place! If we're near one more than likely, we swing by to check for any sales or clearance items. She finds some wicked good deals, so I never complain!! I found a 12 qt heavy roasting pan with a tiny ding in it for 2/3 off. Cooks wonderful! I use it a lot and always smile with the money I saved on it. Did I mention my full 2 cup coffee mug! A lot of stuff for everyone!

one of the best staffed stores in the area, everyone friendly and the lines move very quickly no matter how busy.Good clearance items, very busy on weekends in the winter . Evening time much better in my opinion . Lines were long, didn't stick around to see how fast they went this time. Just saw the cute little mini baskets for the first time:-)Great selection of crystal jewelery essential oils etc

Decent store in North Conway. They have a great variety of things for sale here. Best store I visited in the area. Easy parking with plenty of spaces.

A great store with lots to offer and very friendly staff. Sadly the Christmas Tree shop next door is gone making this the best bargain store around. They have clothing and shoes from baby to adults, kitchen appliances and tools, beauty items, as well as the always interesting delicious snacks.Bathrooms are also available for both men and women.Lots of great deals, clearance sections, and variety for the whole family and their needs. Find a treasure without breaking the bank!

This location is normally awesome. But this week we were there and our car was hit, the driver left without leaving insurance information. We went inside to ask for the footage and they said they needed corporate’s permission, that’s fine. But now they’re claiming they have no images of the front parking spaces. I find their lack of compassion and caring for their customers to be disheartening especially since we are locals and shop here all the time. I expected more since their staff and customer service is normally outstanding.

Used to be good but staff change frequently and the current people don't care. Last visit there was a line of 12 people waiting to pay and 1 cashier working, but she was trying to sell the TJMaxx credit card to a very confused lady. After 10 minutes another person came, but they got involved in trying to sell the credit card,. A few minutes later a manager arrived and started trying to engage the other staff in chitchat, distracting them from any work. A few minutes later the confused lady was taken to another desk by the second cashier, and the original cashier worked her way through serving everyone in the line. The manager continued trying to distract her by making random comments.

Reason for the 3 stars...Staff were not very helpful...But the was well stocked & organized.Forgot my CC & they didn't even attempt to help me by looking it up as other stores do, just tried making it more difficult, telling me to buy the items I had, then return & repurchase (on my card) when I have my card.Never have I ever had a problem like thisTo much work! I walked out without nothing...

The staff at the registers was very nice! I said hi to the others no response it's OK though the register staff made up for it. Other than that the place had alot of products to browse through! I enjoyed my shopping experience there was also a lady who refused the mask but I guess there some at many places.

Enjoyed shopping they are new soft scarves and hats. They had a great selection. Lots of slouchy hats with the big pom poms on top. I bought one for myself and one for my daughter. There are lots of clothes to and I find that they're to squish together. I enjoy their house where selection and their art selection. As always there parking is ample. Staff is always courteous and helpful.

Found some good deals! Found a watch I wanted, but the price wasn't right with the battery dead. Asked for a reduction, but they can't manually reduce jewelry at the register. Usually don't have anything for men's dress clothes, but found some today. Tons of athletic wear selection though.

I love TJMaxx!! Always finding interesting items??I was looking for a birthday gift for my daughter-in-law. I found a beautiful purse for her, which she absolutely loves..I would have bought more, if, I were able to. There will be a next time!!!!

Staff was extremely professional with handling a shopper with a clear mental health issue. They handled the guy respectfully, peacefully and made everyone including me feel safe while shopping. Thank you! This was on 7/31/20

Waited in line for almost 15 mins because there was only one person on the register. I work for the company and that is unacceptable when there is a line of more than 5 people. Someone should have been called up to ring to help get the line down. Almost put my merchandise back because of it.

Ava is a fantastic addition to the team of hard worker's. Tim & Sue at jelwery is alwayz helpful. Great place for organic health and beauty item's. Organized and well stoxked inventory. Even observed crystals and stones being sold at TJ Max too. Bonus for those who score.
