They are always super friendly, efficient, and prompt when we call and drop off the dogs. We never have any issues booking daycare. One of my dogs is anxious and needs slow intros and can be nervous around new people and he is always excited to be at daycare. They give us a detailed description of the day and how the boys did in the pack. The prices are very affordable and they offer a military discount. They also updated their hours recently to accommodate those of us who work early.

We can’t say enough about Pet Rendezvous; the staff are all pet oriented, energetic, outgoing and attentive. Our two Maltese stayed in daycare for a week and boarded a few nights while we were in the area while we were exploring in our Airstream travel trailer. They were always happy to go inside and see their friends., you can see it on Finn’s face in the attached pic! We used their grooming services for bathes and that was a good experience also! Thank you, Vickie and all the good folks at Pet Rendezvous.

We love North Conway so were so glad to have found this lovely place for our pup to get the puppy vacation he needs too! Our Pumba is always excited to see the staff, and has had a healthy, safe, and fun time. We sign up for the text pics and love seeing him having a blast. Great, clean, safe place for your pups to stay!

The crew here is amazing! Our pup looks forward to his visits. He plays hard and has the best time. Our pup has special needs and they understand them and work with him ❤️. They are the only place willing to put in the little bit extra to make my pup feel special. We have never been anywhere else with such a knowledgeable crew who are so loving to all the animals. They have us for life!

This is the only place I will take our puppy, Chewie, to when we travel north. Not only were they very accommodating for us (we had a lot of questions and concerns as this was the first time Chewie did an overnight), but they had so many options to make the stay even better! We elected for all day play, extra cuddles, and to send us updates (pupdates) so we could see how he was doing. They took inventory of everything that came with Chewie and asked to take him before we could make a big deal saying good bye. While I wanted to, I could tell they were going to take good care of him since me saying good bye would probably just stress Chewie out.Chewie stayed with them for 2 days and 2 nights, but the pupdates sadly did not go through. When we went to pick up Chewie, they were apologetic that the pupdates didn't go through and sent them to my phone instead so we would have them (gotta love technology sometimes). Chewie was happy to see us but he was clearly also happy because it was a good experience.3 days later, Chewie is still exhausted from all the fun he had. There is nothing better than knowing that this place truly cares about every pup that enters their doors. THANK YOU!

My puppies love this place They do grooming nail trimming play with the dogs and even give a military discount I've been here three or four times so far and every time I pick up my dogs they are really happy and when I get home they fall asleep quickly because they're so tired from playing all day. Will continue to bring my puppies here for doggie daycare I think they offer packages as well.

Two years ago Karla made a dream come true and we brought home our first fur baby! My whole family was instantly in love! Before picking up our girl all of us watched her instructional videos and read through all the materials she provides. It’s amazing how much she provides to help out new and experienced families. After having our girl for a year we put our name in for a second. We picked her up about a month ago.Karla and her team are always available for guidance and assistance. I’ve taken advantage of a few training classes too!We love her and her team very much!If you are looking to bring a new fur baby into your family please reach out to a Karla!!

This place was amazing! We drove up to the area to go skiing, we were able to drop off our pup while we skied for the day. She came home so excited and was happy to play out in the snow! 10/10 would recommend bringing your dog here

This place is a life saver! I have a sweet but very energetic 6 month old puppy who needed more exercise than I had the time or energy to give her. She’s been going to Pet Rendezvous 2-3 times a week for about a month now, and we are both happier for it! She gets SO excited when we arrive so I know she enjoys herself, and all of the employees are helpful, knowledgeable, and loving with the dogs. On top of all of that, the prices are very fair, especially when you buy the packages. I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience at Pet Rendezvous and I hope they continue to be part of my girl’s life for years to come!(Pics are how she tucks herself in at night after a day of playing! It’s hilarious!)

Absolutely fantastic. Needed daycare for a few hours while on vacation and they were so helpful with setting everything up, even from two states away. Very fast to email back, perfect schedule for any day of the week, and the facility was amazing. Staff was pleasant every step of the way and made everything easy and enjoyable. My girl was kept busy with lots of fun and they even had some toys and treats available for purchase in the lobby. We're not up this way often, but they'll be the first place we call the next time we are.*Didn't get pictures there, but this dog is tuckered out in the best way.

It was our first time going there. We decided to give it a try since our regular groomer was booking out a couple of weeks. My German Shepard Sadie was in desperate need of some grooming. They addressed any concerns allergies ect right away. I pointed out that she’s quite the shedder dog hair everywhere! They took extra time on all of my requests and wow she came out looking so beautiful! I wish I had remembered the young ladies name she did a wonderful job! We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Our girl Maple alllllways knows when we're approaching Pet Rendezvous daycare. She explodes out of the car and through the front door, excited to greet all her buddies. The staff are always so friendly and helpful, and they clearly care immensely about the animals. I really love the flexibility of being able to do daycare for an hour, a half day, a whole day- whatever we need, and not being tied to specific drop off and pick up times. Maple always comes home tuckered-out and happy from a long day of fun :)

We went to snowboard at Attitash and called day before and they were very accommodating! Just faxed over our 2 dogs vax records, signed a contract and we were all set. We trusted them because they truly accommodated to both our dogs needs/play styles/anxieties and put us at ease that they were in good hands! Thanks for a great experience, both dogs are both PASSED OUT in our back seat of exhaustion on our drive home right now🤘🏼 they played hard

They do a great job watching our dog when we have to go out of town. Staff is very friendly and always say how much they love our dog when he's there. Our dog always sleeps soundly for a few days when he gets home. Not sure if he overexerted himself playing or if his crate was a little small for him, but last time he got home he was limping a bit on his back legs. Their grooming services are always great too! The only thing I wish they had which would give them 5 stars is if they had a webcam we could check in with him on or if they could maybe send some daily pictures. We always miss him so much when we're away.

My husband and I have boarded multiple dogs here over the years and we have NEVER been disappointed. Clean bright facilities. Very caring staff. Various options for boarding to fit your dog's needs. Despite having numerous dog boarding facilities in our area, we drive over an hour from Somersworth just to take our dogs to Karla's. Truly a great place!

I started bringing my pup Hazel to daycare at Karla's since May. Hazel is working on her fear of both people & other dogs. The staff at Karla's have been incredible with her & with helping her to overcome this. While we haven't been going for that long, I'm already seeing a huge change in her confidence levels. When we pull in Hazel gets so excited that she starts barking & when I pick her up she is always happy. The staff members are always pleasant & professional, you can tell that they enjoy what they do. I definitely recommend Karla's if you're looking for a fun, friendly & safe environment for your pup.

They are fantastic. They are so so so professional in how they take care of your dog. Great service from the very first phone call to when we picked up our dog. I love love love karla's. They care about the animals and they want your pet to feel safe and comfortable with their surroundings. Last year they took my 1 year old boy with high anxiety and said he was a love...this year his daughter who isn't well socialized and she was able to play all day with other dogs. They give me hope for my pups - they are amazing!

Couldn't have had a better experience boarding our dog! As new puppy owners (6 months old now), my boyfriend and I were nervous about leaving behind our hound-dog as we left on a family trip. Payton, Jamie and the team far exceeded any expectations of the time our pup would have while we were away! They communicated exceptionally with us and were beyond accommodating, even extending our reservation when last minute plans came up - and he came home even better behaved than before! We will definitely be sending our dog there again and would highly recommend to any dog owner!

Boarded our 7 month pup here for a week. She had so much fun! We picked her up a few days while we were here, a few hours here and there, and she was always super excited when we pulled back in - she knew she was going to have fun with her friends! My two dogs, an older, lazy lab, and a young, crazy labradane spent 2 nights at Karlas while we attended funeral services out of state. Neither pup had slept away from home before.Karla's Pet Rendezvous was extremely accomodating, and friendly.The lobby/reception area is inviting, and homey. The staff seemed genuinely happy to meet our dogs, and made our difficult few days, a lot easier to handle.They were clean and happywhen we picked them up, and returned home as if they had never skipped a beat.We will definitely call Karlas to care for our pups again in the future.
