Fantastic collars. I love that they back up their products with the warranty. I had a cat that destroyed at least a collar a year. I just sent them a picture of the old collar and they sent me a new one quickly. I have a dog now and she is spoiled with too many collars. One for every holiday.

I only use Lupine leashes. They are cute, durable, affordable, and have a padded handle. They come in various lengths and widths. (My favorite is the 4’ long, 1” wide version.) I’ve also had to utilize their guarantee because one of my former dogs had a chewing habit. The process was quick and easy. Every time I’ve needed to talk to someone (via email), I’ve had a positive experience.

A friend recommended Lupine Pet to me and I'm never buying collars anywhere else! The price is comparable to our local pet shops but the quality is way better. We've even started getting them for our foster dogs as they come through our home - I swear it's helping them get adopted faster once they're seen in their snazzy new collars! The collars themselves are durable with great colors/patterns, and fit comfortable on all our dogs. This includes our heeler whose high energy/working dog lifestyle means she goes through collars quickly. I also love that they offer replacements when chewed through (I haven't had this happen yet but I think it's a wonderful gesture). The shipping is quick. I did get one matching leash that we love and once we need replacement leashes I'll definitely be turning back to Lupine Pet.TLDR: Great price, great durable collars, great color/pattern options, and overall high satisfaction from an owner with five personal dogs plus fosters!

Good quality collars and leashes. I ordered the 1" width for each through Kuranda and also directly from the Lupine website and am happy with the product. I like that they are "built in USA." My dog hasn't chewed up his leashes but I appreciate the company's excellent customer service offer of lifetime guarantee even from chewing.

Shipping was fast and very affordable as they came USPS, price for two 15’ training leashes was less than one from local big box store ( one for each of her harnesses)?and they are built in US! Our original Lupine 4’ leash is over a year old, no wear no tears and that was through puppy teeth!, rocks, ground dragging and a few tree wraps! So I am confident these longer ones will hold up to some more adventurous trips through the woods and allow Scout freedom to roam while we keep control of her.

This company is amazing! Their training no-pull harness is so food. And they really do honor their guarantee - our pup chewed through, and they replaced it promptly with no difficulty.

I want to personally Put out there on this Review a GIANT thank you to the owner and the staff at Lupine Pet products. Thank you for delivering a promise on a Giveaway. I am 100 percent satisfied with the collar, leash , key chain. I love the fact that there is a guarantee on the products and at the same time I really love that these products are made from recycled water bottles. Honestly how cool is that. A company who is Earth and Eco friendly. This is an updated review (which the previous one has been deleted)I do hope to have a continuous support and relationship with this company. As a dog owner I am proud to be supportive of a company with such High standards for their products.

I highly recommend Lupine Pet collars and leads. They are cute and high-quality, plus they have an "even if chewed" guarantee. My Siberian husky chewed through not one but TWO collars when she was a puppy (not a reflection on the quality of the collar, but rather on the quality of those sharp little teeth). I just filled out a form on their website, uploaded a picture of the chewed-through collars, and I had brand new collars within a couple of days - great customer service! These are U.S.-made in New Hampshire.

I've been using Lupine leashes for a few years, and have been so impressed by the company. My dog is usually very good with her leash, but once in a while, for no reason that I can determine, she chews through it, and does so in mere seconds without warning. Working through the leash replacement process has always been an absolute pleasure, and having a Lupine leash gives me great peace of mind. I'll never buy a leash from another company ever again!

I ordered a collar and leash for my new pup. I received it and tried to return it because my dog does not like collars and Schipperkes can get tracheal stenosis so you should use a harness instead. They would not cooperate with Amazon to help with the return. Save your money and buy a Ruffwear harness and leash. My dog loves to wear this and cannot squirm out of it like with a collar. I am done with this company.

Horrible customer service! My dog chewed through the leash, they won’t except return….only a replacement leash. What good is this? My dog will chew through this one and it will end up in a land fill just like the first one. Save yourself (and the environment) the hassle and buy a leash somewhere else!

I haven't had to utilize any of their guarantees, but I came here to recommend their cat harness. I was looking for a comfortable harness for my cat that she couldn't escape, and it's surprisingly difficult to find. Dog harnesses are simply uncomfortable for cats, don't fit them properly, and are easy for them to escape. The cat harness is really quite simple, just a loop for the neck and torso connected by a strap, but the loops can be adjusted indepently so it's always snug and my cat will never escape it, but the design gives her a lot of freedom of movement so she doesn't hate it. We also purchase Lupine products for our dogs whenever possible, and have never had a problem with them.

The company has a guarantee that they will replace your leash or collar "even if it is chewed". We got a new puppy and, sure enough, he chewed through our 9 year old leash. After going on their website and filling out a simple form, a new leash was in our mailbox two days later! It gets better.The replacement had an issue with the clasp spring. It wouldn't open enough to get on the collar. A quick phone call and a new leash is in the mail, the old one is in the trash, and we are off to buy a new Lupine collar!Fantastic customer service. 10 stars!

I’d pass on this company. They have some great designs but forget about fast shipping or customer service. You’d be much happier with an order from Chewy or an Etsy merchant.
