Needed rigid pipe cut and threaded. It took some persistence, but once we got going, things went great. We got a full stick of 2in cut into 3 pieces and threaded on all ends. Their power threader works great.... it's the employees that needed a little extra.... lube.

My husband and I had a great experience at Lowe’s today. We needed 30 rolls of insulation. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. They took the time to help us with the rebates and explained it to us. Very smooth transaction. The guy Ryan F. Was great. He asked me to take the survey, but I don’t have the code at the bottom of the receipt, so I can’t, but him and Marta were very nice.

Purchased some light bulbs, bought too many so I retuned the extra bulbs in original unopened package. It was just beyond 90 days, and they would not take them back or offer store credit (although they still are selling them and have them on the shelf). Lousy way to treat a customer, I spend thousands there each year. Or I used to, there’s a nice customer friendly Home Depot right up the street. Good bye Lowe’s!

My husband went to Lowe's today to buy an Ego charger. The man who helped him insisted on carrying the item to insure that he was not going to steal it. We do a lot of business in this store .We actually bought new kitchen appliances and a washerThis is not an ok way to treat loyal customers.He felt insulted and probably will not be going back. You may want to rethink your loss prevention.

I have had Nothing but GREAT experiences with the gentleman Craig that runs the plumbing department at your Conway Lowes location! He's always happy to help us and goes above and beyond for us!I really hope corporate realizes what an awesome Crew they have on Dayshift at this location. It's the only Lowes we like to go to in the State of New Hampshire 😂 Just unfortunate its so far from home.

I went to the North Conway New Hampshire Lowe's to buy a washing machine. I know exactly what I wanted and I could not find an associate to help me. I waited 20 minutes. I was actually calling out for help and I finally went to the desk. They didn't send anybody. I went again. They finally sent somebody. He got the washing machine for me and said you can set up the delivery when you pay it. Check out when I went to check out nobody knew how to do it so I had to come back the next day and see someone at noon time that knew how to do it. I went to home Depot instead

They refused to run my $10,000 order the rough the pro vip desk because they didn’t have time… I gave them 4 days. I had to place the order through another Lowe’s which cost me a week in a job. The response from corporate was a $25 gift card…

It is the most scenic Lowe's I have ever seen! Nice view of the mountains. Decent potted plant selection. Reasonable prices. I didn't venture beyond the garden center so the rest of the store I have no opinion of.

Do not use lowes to have something installed!! I had a floor in the kitchen done and I have a small section connected to kitchen that has my washer dryer. Which I consider all one. As the old floor was all one. Installers came ripped out the entire floor including laundry room. They did not have enough materials. Come to fine out lowes canceled the laundry room. Lowes is suppose to call me well been 5 days and nothing from the store. I am stuck now with no laundry room. Never mind the month wait to get them to install when lowes told me 2 weeks. Also made me buy materials I didn't even use. Plywood still sitting in my living room. #don'tuselowes #lowesbadservice

I brought back a kitchen faucet that was very expensive, it never worked right, the faucet was a touch less Moen. Me being a plumber i had to fix this faucet on numerous occasions until finally deciding to remove and replace it. I brought it back to the store and they refused to accept it as a return and said to see a manager. I brought over to the service desk. Of course no Manger around, so I wrote a note on the faucet box to call me please. No one ever called, and they never gave me a refund, I called back asking about my return, and of course no one has any idea what I'm talking about. Poor management at best.

This review is for jj. He shouldn’t even get one star. I asked for help but he couldn’t be bothered to get off his personal phone and get up to assist me. He only told me it’s in isle 11. Load and behold he was wrong. Another employee actually helped me and the product was in isle 10.

My girlfriend and me went into the store on 4/8/2022 and I bought a bunch of stuff for a renovation on a three bedroom bathroom. Amy that works in the plumbing/lighting section helped us out a ton and made our experience very smooth. She was very knowledgeable and gave great recommendations. We HIGHLY recommend that store. As we were cashing out, another Employee named Nick was also incredibly helpful. All the other employees are great, we LOVE going there and look forward to bringing more business!

We went to north conway nh lowes today. We were getting a kitchen sink and the gentleman Jim G. that was working there was a delight. He was beyond helpful and had a terrific personality. I wish store's had more employees like him available. On the other hand, another employee told me just a minute and went and had a full blown out conversation with another couple. Seemed like it was just that. Nothing related to being helped. I'm thankful I got Jim instead. Thanks Jim for a terrific experience.

On May 6 2023 at aprox. 8:30AM Joe in paints and Matthew on customer service both exhibited the epitome of TOP service! My husband and I were in for driveway stain. Joe hunted down 8 gallons and patiently and efficiently tinted them.Matthew on customer service looked up the nearest Lowe’s stores with the same product we need! We have a 3500 ft driveway! Lol! Went in for specific item listed as having 700 in stock at this location. Went in and the same listing inside was almost double the price. Instead of price matching i had to order it online and wait outside in order to get the price that was advertised. Seems like it would have been pretty simple to match the advertised price instead of wasting my time.

Walked into the home lumber section. Locked eyes with a blue eyed man..told him i needed help and muscle. Needed pink waterproof backerboard. He sent me to aisle 34. I met another man, mike k. Whe walked me to the aisle. We looked , didnt see what i was looking for. He checked his phone. We went back up to the front of the home lumber section i had come into and lo and behold, there it was in a stack. I helped him get it to my car. There is an employee named Alice. She not only showed me where the ice melt was. She loaded them in the car for me as well and then would not accept any money for it. She said it was her job and refused I tried to give her $20 a few times but she absolutely would not take it

I had given three stars a year ago. This chain just doesn't care rude people. I don't know not my department as they just keep going by. Can't purchase carpet associate says it's broke. Is it true or did I ask for something he didn't want to do. It's really ok with me my money can happily end up in a CUSTOMER caring store. Kindness goes a long long way. Hopefully I can give more stars on future necessary visit.( I'll have to need the item bad)

I'm really actually quite disappointed... I take part in their MVP Pro loyalty program and I have a Lowe's card and all that jazz. Around last winter, lumber quality was only slightly higher than the other big orange big tool store that I shall not name, but anyway... I ordered some basic 2x8 white fur and some pressure treated 2x6's. I had it sitting in a wood warehouse at 55-60% humidity and about 60-75F temps for about 6 months. I had to return it though because I didn't need it. So I went to return them, and the pro-desk inspected them, signed off on them and was ready to take them back, but I was slightly over 6 months since purchase, and because I forgot to use my rewards card for that particular order, instead of getting a 1 year return, it was the discretion of the "returns person" at the desk whether or not to give me a return. She refused to give me a return. Not only that, but she even refused to give me store credit. I thought that was really messed up. I was literally going to turn around and just buy something else. I brought the wood back 17 miles, loaded and unloaded and loaded again, I thought that was really screwed up... the wood was in the exact same shape I bought it in originally. These were literally the best pieces of wood when I purchased them, I sifted through all the garbage lumber, like 1 of every 5. On top of that, a lot of times they don't have the products in stock that I need. I had a hell of a time finding insulation once, among other things, missing some pex adapters, variants of piping and a lot of plumbing hardware, other basics, et cetera. They listed that they had a whole ton of it on their website, but when I get there 5 minutes later, it's all gone. It wasn't off by a minor count either... They're really batting 1000 with me lately. I think I'm going to be spending more at the other big orange store instead of big blue.*Update* always an issue when I go there. Especially when I have to go through customer service, this one lady always says she can't do X and then another person from the pro department hooks me up and does it no issue.

As always, the staff at the North Conway Lowe's is outstanding. Customer service is paramount. Although it is a smaller store, I can almost always find what I need. Or pickup after placing an online item works great. And speaking of greatness, Lowe's VA discount policy is impressive. There is true respect for U.S. military veterans and the regard and kindness is heartwarming. Keeps me a loyal customer.

William in gardening helped my mother and I purchase a lawn mower for her home. This was not just your regular visit to the store. The anxiety around buying this new lawn mower was causing my mother extreme stress. My father had a heart attack and passed away while mowing the lawn on June 5th. It’s been a trying time to say the least. She attempted to mow the lawn herself this past Sunday but could not get it started. It was 15 years old and time for a new one anyway but she was beyond discouraged and felt extremely overwhelmed.She called me very upset and I suggested we go buy a new mower. We went to the Lowes North Conway store this past Tuesday and were promptly greeted by William who was kind, knowledgeable, and made us feel confident in the selection of our purchase. After we bought it, he helped us load the mower into the car and we confided with him the loss of her husband of 49 years. Nothing about the last 2 months have been easy except for the purchase of this lawn mower. I will always remember William in gardening and his bright spirit and kind soul. Thank you William.
