I purchased my 2020 Heartland, big country 3902FL the end of June 2023, To be honest when I purchased the camper, I did not look closely at the tires besides that they had a lot of tread. I would say the tires were probably OK when I purchased the camper. However Nine months later, the tires are severely dry rotted, Not something you would expect having a camper nine months. I mean, the tires kept up. And kept them covered during the winter. When talking to camping world in Conway New Hampshire, they said we don’t replace the tires unless they’re five years old Or If they don’t pass inspection. My tires where 52 months old at the time of purchase And now they are five Years old at this point. I say all this because I called camping world to resolve the issue, and in hopes that they would at least help me with getting or partially helping with some new tires. Because from a business standpoint, that looks like pretty bad business to let someone drive off your lot with five year old tires on a camper that you’re expecting to be new tires because they’ve gone through the camper supposedly, Yes, I know the campers used, but they could disclose the age of the tires, Because tires are safety issue I drove 14 hours on these tires, not knowing the shape they were in. I’m very disappointed in my experience with camping world, and I will not purchase from them again. Hopefully they will see and rectify the situation and if they do, I’ll give an update on here. Otherwise poor Business, ethics, camping world. For reference, the Camper is a 2020 and the tires on the camper Where manufactured the sixth week of 2019

We purchased a RPod 201 today. The entire process was easy. Sam our salesman was great to work with. He was never pushy, listened to what we wanted and answered all our questions. He never made us feel rushed. This is our first camper. All their staff from the people who greeted us, Sam, Jesse, Greta, store staff, service dept including Fritz who did our walk through were so friendly and professional. Highly recommend this dealership.

My husband and I purchased 2 travel trailers over the years. We worked with Destin and he was great with us. He answered all our questions and showed us what we were interested in. Even when we changed direction in what we were looking for. The parts department the service department and retail store were also great. Recommend many folks that are looking for units or other things for their campers.

Staff is friendly and helpful. They answer all my questions when I go in. Haven't quite been in the market to buy a camper but I have looked over several models. There are many more options and campers here as they cover most camping things as well like tents and portable fire pits. You wouldn't really know unless you walked inside it's definitely worth a look. Also they have free popcorn. It's really good too.

So I've purchased my 3rd RV in two years and my first here in Conway. By far the best experience I could have wished for at this dealership. Store items are good quality. Convenient but higher than most places. As far as ordering parts, obscene markups. If they have it in their shelf I expect a hefty markup for the convenience of getting the part, therefore my project done in a timely manner. But when I order a part, they tell me 3 weeks and mark it 75%-100% over on line prices. Well that's just squirrely.

I would never buy anything from this place again there sevice sucks iv worked in service many years and never in my life seen such bad service.If anything happens to your camper your asked to call factory to try to get it covered they dont do anything for you, and the work they did was bad have leaks they wont fix now, and dents an scratches on the siding. I would never recommend this place whatsoever .

A lot of good information. They have a certain size and class of trailer which didn't suit my need. The salesman was very helpful, I think he's stuck in a company policy & inventory and I was looking for something more outside the box. A much smaller like a scamp or a more vintage scale trailer. Ended up purchasing a Riverside Retro 17.

Have had them do some winterize my camper and they found a few things minor that should be addressed, and they are just simply looking out for you and your unit. Never pushy… i’ll be back.

We came to Camping World from Nashville,TN because we had problems with a rear view camera that was 1 week old. They were very understanding and exchanged our camera without any issues. We also bought other items we were needing. The sales people were very helpful in finding our Purchases and explaining all our questions. Bob and I highly recommend this store.

Yesterday we found a broken pump in our RV just prior to needing it for long planned trip. We brought it to Camping World in Center Conway, NH not knowing when it could be repaired. It was at the end of day and the service department was technically closed. Nevertheless they graciously went immediately into repair mode. Within the space of an hour the fix was made and we were able to carry out our plans without delay. Time and again we have received service there that has been thorough and timely. We are grateful to have such a welcoming and expert facility to take care of our RV.

I was surprised to see the poor ratings here. My experience is different at the Conway, NH branch. I had a situation come up where I had to cancel my purchase [sooooo disappointed!] I had put a deposit down to hold the unit that was absolutely perfect. It hit every box I checked. My sales rep, Destin Pinkham and his manager, Jesse and Finance contact, Gretta were absolutely understanding and gave back the deposit that same day when I informed them of my personal situation. I also convinced my husband to ride up there [2 hours from my home] and we were very tempted to buy but had to put the brakes on. [health and my personal vehicle issues]. Despite wasting his time Destin still entertained our hopes by showing us the unit and trying to arrange for us to haul it back to our home without needing the trade-in there that we had left at home. He didn't balk when we said we really couldn't continue with the purchase. Oh and the deal that included our 2013 trade-in was valued on the high end of the JD Powers rating. Overall it would have been a good deal with the sale price, trade in value and accommodations to make the deal work. So I rated this exchange as a 5. And when we viewed the camper it was SOLID! I was and am still very disappointed I couldn't buy it. Forest River, Salem unit.

Had appt, I was 45" late d/t insurance binder peeps not responding, Gretta calmed us down,2 hr ride, dead battery in my trade in, highwall 27 ft popup 22, got my terms, saw 8 rv's,got first request, dblwide slide out 22 ft tt, pulling GCJeep, 4pt stab install, great place! Great deal!

Horrible experience as a first time camper buyer. From the sale (which took 3 trips with an awful sales team, (fyi your required to use the same salesman/woman that greets you first even if they have no idea what they are doing), to service that had my camper longer than I've owned it, and the awful lack of communication from the overworked staff. I should not have to be calling the manufacturer asking for updates on behalf of camping world, only to find out camping world delayed submitting information and took months to order parts.Upon getting my camper home after being at camping world for 5 months ( was told 3-4 weeks when dropped off) I know have a broken dinette bench, and a soft spot in my floor. Saw dust and metal shards were all over the interior. If they can't communicate with the manufacturer, maybe they should stop selling that product line. Clearly everyone there is only there to make a dollar and move on to the next sale. I would highly encourage anyone to go anywhere but here if your looking to buy or have work performed. I wish I could walk away from this whole experience without loosing my shirt.

Absolute pleasure buying my 3rd camper from Camping world. Our salesman Ed was very knowledgeable about all the ins and outs of all the campers we looked at and provided a comfortable experience. Nathan from service, once again, helped us with any questions about the camper and made sure we had all the accessories we needed in order to operate the camper. He is the man every time we visit the store! Joe and Jay from service were also a huge help from the walk through to helping with my trailer hitch to making sure we were set up for success. They are great if you're buying however watch out once you spend all that money and needed extras! I have been waiting for over a week to hear back from someone including the general manager on warranty items that should have been already looked at. They told us we had a "recall" on our gas line and come to find out after it was too short they said there's no recall!!? Try getting someone to get back to you, better luck winning the lottery!

PSA-We purchased a 2020 camper new from Camping World in North Conway New Hampshire.The sale process went smooth. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟We purchased it in August. We used the camper a few times before it was put up for the winter. The following spring we started to have nothing but problems. The service department is HORRID!!!!!!!!All warranty and extended wextended work has to be done through them. Save yourself A LOT of time and headache and purchase somewhere else!Top of the list is the furnace stopped working almost immediately, we have been given a run around on that and it still isn't fixed. Our air conditioner needs to be replaced. The camper has been there for about 10 days and it's unknown how long this will take. Mind you we have had an appointment since September to address these issues.

I really wanted to give this place more stars, but there is definitely a quality control issue with the trailers/campers they deliver to customer's who purchased from them. The staff tries very hard to be accommodating and wanting to correct the problems, but they continue to miss the mark. Bought a brand new camper from them and I'm not sure where the break in chain of command was, but so many parts were unglued, not nailed/secured correctly, missing components, and all around not right. Now, very possibly the initial problems were from the factory that built the camper. But, wouldn't you think that Camping World would do some sort of inspection before delivering the product to the customer? During our walk-thru, we found a handful of issues that needed fixing. The service person was very attentive and apologetic and promised that when we came back those items would be fixed and they would re-detail everything because there were so many problems. When we returned the second time to actually take the camper home, we requested another walk-thru. Sure enough, some things were fixed and some things weren't fixed. And, we found new problems that weren't there before. AGAIN, wouldn't you think a service manager would want to go over our initial work-order to make sure everything was fixed before handing the camper to us? Seems like basic quality control to me or at the very least a basic 'good practice' for customer service purposes. And, don't even get me started on the fact that our appointment that THEY scheduled was for 10am on a Saturday. We arrived on time and then proceeded to wait 45 minutes (FORTY-FIVE MINUTES!) while they "got it ready." Ugh. Regardless of whether the manufacturer provided a 'covid camper' (one made a bit shoddy because it was at the tail end of the pandemic and workers were sparse) I truly feel that Camping World should have corrected the issues thru their own QC inspection process to ensure their reputation for delivering great products and happy customer experiences.
