The sorbet lemonade is really nice, the cookie batter is way overrated and over advertised, also tried the strawberry cheesecake is average.But the major drop in stars in because the waffle cones are old and stale, please check before serving my wife threw her ice cream away though she had some nice flavours going on!

Ben and Jerry's is and always will be a staple of the great New England. This shop is no exception. Best ice cream out there and you know they really care about both your health, and the environment because of how much organic and issue free ingredients they put into their ice cream. It feels homemade but so much better. If you've never been you are missing out!

Ben and Jerry’s is amazing. From the ice cream product to their outspokenness on social issues.This place is filthy, poorly lit, and frankly depressing. Not exaggerating.Employees seemed lackluster. No uniforms. Very minimum enthusiasm or professionalism. They mostly sat around, when in my opinion they should have been cleaning something … anything. —— I know, I know. Ben and Jerry are old hippies, but this is next level hippie dirty.Ice cream we ordered seemed a little expensive and tasted somehow off… maybe old or not covered after long periods of not being scooped???Just a side note, the wooden spoons are a good conscience utensil, but did not complement the ice cream. The texture and slight woody flavor were quality detractors.My family and I probably won’t go here again when we’re in the area.

You can never go wrong with Ben & Jerry’s ice cream, it is always delicious. The shop, however, could use some TLC. The bathroom was filthy and appeared as though it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks. The floors were equally as gross and had visible dirt, crumbs, etc. There was so much dirt and grime collected behind the trash cans it is clear if anyone cleans, they are not thorough. Employees seemed unhappy and were unfriendly. Overall, this was just not the experience I have come to expect from a Ben & Jerry’s.

Let's face it, the only reason you come to a Ben & Jerry's is to eat ice cream. That's all you can really do here. Its a small space, but there is some seating and a small bathroom of you need it. But the ice cream is delicious. A few of us got waffle bowls for our ice cream and they were made fresh. Slightly warm, crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. Lots of flavors to choose from and the price is reasonable.

The perfect place for a hot summer day. I visited in July and the staff was kind to their customers and pets. Even though they have a strict no pet policy this didn’t stop them from providing a dog and a puppy with fresh water while they waiting for their caretakers to finish their ice cream. Definitely rate the staff five stars for their excellent customer service

"Ben & Jerry's" is pretty self-explanatory. Fabulous ice cream! This is a great scoop shop. It's always clean and comfortable, and the servers are friendly. My only wish is that it would be open all year :)

Delicious ice cream as usual BUT, they didn't have waffle cones + restrooms were filthy. There was no one else than our family and there was 3 employees doing nothing...no excuse to have a bathroom in this condition.

Our go to spot for a Vermont favorite, amazing selection including vegan options for the dairy/animal sensitive. Jump on the train after for a scenic ride through the white mountains. If a train ride doesn't work just mosey across the street and relax in the field, trust me.

We were there Oct 10th around 7pm. They were not busy and the young lady that waited on us was so very unfriendly. We were the only customers and both ...the lady and man definitely made us feel like we were an inconvenience. Never thanked us for our purchase and were totally unprofessional. :(

The people were super nice. The shop was not clean. Dirty floor, walls, booths, and seats. Lights covered with dust. Just overall unclean. It's off season and seemed less than busy. Seems it wouldn't be difficult to keep clean. And clearly the dirt in the corners have taken time to accumulate.

Walked in and nobody was in there except me and my party and the three teenage girls working there. waited till she asked me what i wanted and it was a solid 30 seconds. I told her what i wanted and she looked at another co worker and give her like the dirtiest look.

Friendly service. Good ice cream if you like chocolate or butterscotch chunks in it. I personally wish they would offer plain bourbon brown sugar flavor, no chunks!

Showed up ten minutes before closing (after driving 20 mins to get here) and the entire place was dark and locked up. No notice to their store hours or anything. If you’re going to close early or not open, let people know.

Old cones, inadequate staff, no bathrooms for paying customers because they’re still playing the covid scam where the customers pay more and get less, they just don’t want to clean them basically. Add to that the fact that the brand is owned and run by anti-semites and your better off elsewhere.

I always make a point to stop in and get a scoop, when I'm visiting the North Conway area. Staff is always friendly and quick. Ice cream, of course, is always delicious.

Kinda weird inside. No bathrooms for costomers. They will send you 2 stores away for restrooms because covid only infects their bathroom not the other places. They just don't want to clean them.

Of course it's great, it's Ben and Jerry's! Big ice cream, friendly staff, easy in and out. It can get busy in the summer of course, but that's how it works.
