Great experience! We've had Mabel only a couple of months, but she is ten years old. She was nervous at first, but then with the Groomer's calm affect, Mabel had a wonderful time, and she looked, felt and smelled great after!

Love going to see Megan at WTP grooming. She has always been very generous with changing her schedule around and staying late when needed to give Khloe the best groom. She takes such great care of my pup and I don’t think I could ever find another groomer that does such as great job as she does.

We’ve brought our pup to Megan for a few visits, and she has done an amazing job with him! He always comes back to us happy, with a beautiful coat. She is great with communication and doesn’t hesitate to reach out if there is an issue with scheduling. A pleasure to work with!

Megan groomed my cat a couple of times and it went well however when I tried to contact her a third time, several times in fact, she did not return my call. No message saying she was out of business, or even a call back to say she was too busy, etc. This person is unreliable.

We were really looking forward to trying out What The Pup Pet Grooming. We called and Megan was super nice and we had made an appointment for 5 weeks out. The day of the appointment my husband went to go drop off our pup and the shop was closed and my husband couldn’t get ahold of Megan. He waited there for 15 min to see if she would show up and she didn’t. He called and left a voicemail with no response. I also messaged her on Facebook thinking we had potentially messed up the date and time and she read the message and again didn’t respond. We were extremely disappointed and forced to find an alternative groomer on short notice.

Absolutely fantastic! The staff is so friendly and easy to work with, their schedule is flexible, and our Teddy always comes home looking so handsome. Highly recommend!!!

The dog smelled nice but for 250$ for under 2 hours I could have bought him French perfume.They really need to tell the customer cost of service or have a sign stating prices.
