You put up a sign that you open at 8am but it's 9am and you're not open.... not professional! Your automated system texts and calls me over and over to alert me it's ready and I show up several hours later to pick up the script and sit in a nice 15-20 minute long line to be whispered to by some kid in the window that the script isn't ready and will be around a half an hour or so. I already showed up for this same prescription twice in a day. Hire people because the understaffed issue is a real problem and it makes you look bad. Some people depend on these prescriptions as a life line and they deserve better. At least set up your system to reflect the actual status of the prescription filling process. You'll have less people in your line at the very least. I have always been a huge walgreens fan but not of this particular store location. You need to do better.

Pharmacy manager (I won't name him) tried to tell me about his wife's medical history and how her insurance doesn't cover a medication so mine probably doesn't. Spoiler alert, it does when my script isn't messed up. I called because my prescription was filled wrong and the pharmacy should have been notified by my Dr about my prescription but they still dispensed incorrect medication to someone other than myself! They have my medication and requirements noted and still filled it incorrectly and told me it's not their fault and if I want my medication I'll probably pay out of pocket. Highly inappropriate and probably illegal to identify yourself, your family and share confidential medical information without consent. It was unprovoked and irrelevant. Where's the normal pharmacy staff? Very uncomfortable with this entire experience.

I have a prescription. The prescription needs to be refilled. I speak to a representative, who explains I need to call my doctors office because it hasn’t been reapproved. I explain that I will be going through withdrawal and will be in mental and physical pain for the remainder of the week if I am not helped. All they say is”Okay, well have a good night.”You’d think I was talking to a dollar tree cashier, not a healthcare worker. The lack of compassion is disgusting.

Would have given zero stars if I could. Had appointment for flu shot at 11:15, got there at 11:05 and signed in, I had registered online, there was no one in line. The pharmacist said, 'I will be with you in a few minutes.' A lady came after us, she was a walk in, no appointment. We waited and waited. She must have gone on her break. At 11:29, the pharmacist took the lady for her flu shot! We had the appointment and got there before her. At 11:38, she took us and it was very tense in that room. If it were really busy, maybe I could accept waiting but not today, this was just rude and inconsiderate. Will go to Rite Aid, even though it is a bit out of my way.

This is a really well stocked and clean store. With a good variety of each item. They run some really good sales as well as discounts for reward customers and only takes 2 minutes to sign up for right at the register.

Don't trust the pharmacy staff when they tell you over the phone that the prescription refills will be ready at a certain time or day. They tend to forget 1 or 2 prescriptions and make you wait 20 minutes (if you're lucky) or ask you to come back later. I had to show up 3 times this week to pick up all my refills for the month, even though I called before every visit. Call at least twice to get a reliable confirmation that the refills are actually ready for pickup.

Pharmacy staff are incredibly rude. I called today to verify a charge to my insurance for a prescription. Wow, the guy who answered sounded like he didn’t want to be bothered. His tone alone from the second he answered the phone said everything. He clearly does not want to help or speak to anyone. You’re in the wrong industry buddy! I work in customer service on phones all day and if I ever had that tone speaking to a customer I’d be fired. I’ve changed pharmacies now and glad I did.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Never in my life have I been so consistently disrespected by a pharmacy. Even my doctors were angry with how both they and myself were treated while advocating for my needs. If you're part of a marginalized community do not go here they will treat you terribly and withhold medication based on "company policy." A policy of which I have never run into at any other Walgreens in NH or CT. Avoid at all costs if you value being treated like a human being. Again even the medical professionals prescribing my medications were disrespected on multiple occasions by this pharmacy

The worst, most incompetent pharmacy on the planet. If you want meds in stock or filled within a couple days move on to a better pharmacy. If you want to not get bothered by 100 "Your prescription is delayed" calls, move on. And when you question why yet another prescription has not been filled in DAYS, wick attitude, cant answer the question or can't understand

I went here today to get a script for my wife. The drive thru pharmacist was extremely rude! She gave me an attitude for trying to give her the info to help locate her script seeing she couldnt find it herself, she said as i was talking "hold on a minute" with an attitude and put the phone down as i was still speaking. I have never been treated this rude at a pharmacy before. If you dont like your job darling, i suggest getting a job that doesnt involve working with the general public! I will be moving all my bussiness elsewhere!

The staff for the pharmacy clearly don't know what they are doing and can't communicate. I've been having issues with them for the past 2 months and I am switching immediately. This one woman in particular is extremely rude and during one of our conversations she said "your doctor doesn't have a right to just change your dosage amount, thats not his job." Now when ever I place a refill and she answers she says "sorry our systems down. I'll do it when it's back up." She's done that twice within the last month. Its unprofessional and clearly an excuse.Find a different pharmacy.

This pharmacy is terrible. The staff always has an attitude and doesn’t care about helping their customers. I just picked up a prescription i had called in hours before and had to wait 45 minutes for it. When i tried to ask what was going on I was told “we’re busy today,” like its a McDonalds and that should have any effect on me getting my prescription. There were no lines and i watched people come in and get their prescriptions no problem. Even someone who hadn’t even called in their prescription got theirs before me. I have had this experience multiple times. Dont go here

The pharmacy team are largely indifferent to the needs of their customers. For a solid year, my refills have been misdirected by Walgreens system to an out of state location over 1,000 miles away where I had prescriptions filled 9 years ago. Every month, I have to call to request that the prescriptions be moved to this location. I have given up asking them to fix their system issue. In fact, the techs here insist that my doctor in NH is, for some reason, sending prescriptions to a Walgreens in Missouri, even though none of her other patients have that issue. It's nuts. I understand they are understaffed so I am grading on the curve but there is never an apology or anyone seeming in the least accountable or concerned. I would choose a different pharmacy if I were you.

They do not always have a pharmacist and they close without notice. It has happened to me a few times. You cannot get your medication when you need it and it is a huge inconvenience. I have switched back to Riteaid and I will never go to walgreens again.

Decent place to stock up on certain products. Line is never too long. Staff help me find my needs and answer questions. I shop here 4-6 times a year. Only complaint is sometimes I wish to stock up and buy more of an item, but they often only have 2 or 4 on the shelf when I would love to buy 5 or 6 to reduce my trips here.

I paid for my prescriptions on my online account because I added cat food to my order. My husband was picking it up for me. Walgreens charged my husband for just my prescriptions. So I paid $119 for the ENTIRE order. They charged my husband $106 which is just the prescriptions. And then they want my husband to drive 20 miles back to the store to discuss it. It had been taken out by my bank, both amounts. The manager left my husband hanging.

I was supposed to pick up a prescription that I needed for today for type 1 diabetes. It was only in that specific store because I ordered it days ago. I made sure that order was in last night because I had push back due to insurance issues. They said I’d be all set to get it today. I went and the pharmacy is closed because there are no pharmacists available. I now am unable to get refills that I will run out of today because they are unexpectedly closed and the other Walgreens don’t have that specific prescription in stock. This is a very important refill because it requires insulin to keep my sugar levels stable.

Worst customer service ever! Hung up on multiple time by manager on duty and threatened by her. Will take my ten years of business to your competitor! Can't take C are of a simple issue that was an employees fault to begin with on a Sunday without the store manager. Might as well let the cashiers run the store. Why pay a supervisor when they can't do ANYTHING and treat customers terribly. Our and they can't bother the store manager on her day off...look out..hope nothing serious happens..don't bother her on her day off..I use to work for Rite Aid for years as a supervisor and before that at JCPenney. Never in my life would I ever treat a customer the way I have been treated today.. Last I knew, that how you lose customers. Already lost me as a pharmacy customer now in general and the word WILL spread..

Stuart in the pharmacy deserves a shout out, and likely all the people in that department because it's going on a year and I have never experienced a problem during any encounter or interaction with them.In the last two weeks they have gone over the top to help me get my meds., working with the insurance which recently became very problematic.Despite a ton of work, Stuart called my insurance where it took 3 interactions, some seeming unkind, for him to get me straight and get my med. pick-up started. I am grateful.I know you all are doing what you are doing, but you are doing it with unprecedented limitations at a time when everyone's patience is wearing thin. Hive-five you, Stuart, and all the folks at the Walgreen's pharmacy on Loudon Rd.PS: I encourage anyone to read others' of my reviews, including one of an abysmal Walgreen's experience (Beverly, MA). I call a spade a spade having worked in both customer service and quality assurance, know good customer service when I experience it, as well as the bad and the ugly.

While the cashiers are always pleasant, there is a new assistant manager, PIERCE who is young, arrogant. I left the store with a 12-pk. of Octoberfest and 10 ft. from the door - the cardboard handle ripped and it dropped, breaking a few. It was obvious the cardboard broke. He put it in the back by the employee entrance and wanted me to pay for a 2nd one! He said "WELL, YOU LEFT THE STORE..WE'RE NOT RESPONSIBLE".

I just waited over 40 minutes for a prescription, after the pharmacist specifically said 10-15 minutes. I finally give up and drive home. When I arrive, there is a message telling me my prescription is ready. if this were a singular experience I could probably write it off as a bad day, but it happens repeatedly. I have had it: I will be switching to another pharmacy where the staff value my business enough to be honest about how long I can expect to wait and treat me with courtesy for a change. All of my family business and the shopping I do in the rest of your store will be going with me.

Tonight my neice and I visited Walgreens in Concord NH on London rd #11376 it was raining and we didn't notice we left are face mask at home so I popped my head in and asked the man at the register if they had 2 disposable ones I could buy. He rudely snapped at me saying he doesn’t just hand out Face mask and it was my job to make sure we had them witch I normally do just rather not walk back in the rain and have to walk all the way back! But I ended up buying a 3pack so we could shop! When we were done shopping the same man checked us out! After ringing up our items he let me know the total and I asked if I had any points I could use! He looked at me as if he was upset with my question and snapped saying I had $10.00 so I said I'd like to use them! Again he snapped telling me to put my area code in! But when I did it I hit the wrong numbers and he said "Wrong area code in the future it is 03301" and refused to let me use them even with ID! So I paid the full amount! I have worked in customer service for 15+ years and have been a manager for the past 10 years! I understand having a bad day but this man was way out of line. I typically don’t write complaints but his attitude wasn’t called for! He didn't have a name tag on but he was a older man small build short salt n pepper hair and not pleasant at all! Ill definitely be going to CVS from now on!

Worst experience ever. Will never fill here again. Take your business elsewhere. I waited almost 2 hours to pick up penacillin! When the incompetent staff was unable to input my insurance properly they needed to call my provider for follow up- after waiting 35 minutes with no call to the provider from the staff I finally paid the $16 out of pocket so I could leave already. The staff was rude and made me feel as if I was being outrageous for expecting this to be an easy fill. Walgreens you will never get my business again.

They have great sales! Smiling faces. Come in get everything you need in one stop. The pharmacy is always speedy and efficient! The old RPHs Katelyn and Stuart were the best. Even Stuart's flu shots don't hurt!

I moved to Concord last year and started using Walgreens Pharmacy on Loudon Road. They are terrible! They’ve screwed up my account twice, and the list of screw ups goes on and on. I do not recommend this Walgreen’s! I’m going to give them one star because I can’t go any lower!

Went in to get my wife 2 packs of cigarettes, I asked for "Marlboro Menthol Black 100s". While I was putting in my phone number for their store discount card they cashier put the cigarettes in a bag with the other items I purchased. I got home and went to give my wife here cigarettes and realized the cashier gave me the regulars. No big deal I think....WRONG! I go back in and tell them they gave me the wrong ones, and they refuse to give me the correct ones. I argue with them for a min about how I asked for menthol when I bought them, but they said because I left the building they can't do anything about it. Mind you we live within walking distance to the store, and when I returned a whole 9 min had passed since the transaction. This store used to be amazing, but when Mr.Marsten left the store it has gone down hill big time. I recommend avoiding this store all together.

This walgreens does not return phone calls nor does it allow to speak with a manager when you call. They also allow the cashiers to say and do what they want to the customer. The young lady that waited on us 5-8 weeks ago did not say thank you or ask us to come back nor did she even offer us our cash receipt. She even made a statement about the size of my wife. My child ran from the store and then we got back to hotel and discovered there were 2 larges packages of the pull up training pants for girls and 1 large 300 ct advil missing from the purchase. I am sick of trying to get this taken care of. I am dying of terminal lung and kidney cancer and do not live in Concord. I want someone from the store to contact me with some type of resolution.
