I brought our Siberian Husky in to get the full treatment. Except a cut. Jackie did everything perfectly! We adopted him about 3 weeks ago. We knew he needed to be groomed up a bit. After looking at a few places, I loved that I saw a Husky on the page, the reviews and when I spoke with them, they made me feel very comfortable bringing him in.He looks absolutely amazing! Will definitely be returning!

Great experience time and time again. Jen and her staff are always professional and truly care about the well being of the dogs. They are quick to bring any concerns they see to my attention with offers of suggestions on how to rectify the situation. Their experience and knowledge is superb. I and my fur babies look forward to our visits. They also carry a wide variety of pet products which helps to make the trip a one stop shop!

Jen and the ladies here are hands down, the absolute BEST!!! They always do such a great job and take into consideration any special requests/needs! Your furry friend always comes home smelling fresh, trimmed perfectly and sporting a great new accessory!! I highly recommend them for your grooming needs. If there is a little bit of a wait to book, be patient as they are worth it and you will be grateful you did!

New from Florida. Looking for groomer, these people were 5 star. Our experience was no 5 star. We had to go back the next because our dog was very itchy. Also he needed some more trimming. They were shown a picture and told no problem.They were told of his skin allergy, so we returned with our own shampoo. Also the groomer told my wife that she could not finish cutting the paws because she came 7 minutes early to pick him up. I was told to bring the records of his shots, this is typical, so I knew probably would have to fill out paperwork. Arrived at 10:35, was given paperwork and told to fill them out in a certain waiting area. Keeping the dog with me all the time. Finally they took he from me at 10:50. Yes 10 minutes early. They charged $10.00 for bringing the dog in early.

Love this place! They have meticulously cared and groomed for our fluffy Samoyed and he always comes back looking amazing! Very professional and helpful staff, super accommodating, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Very similar experience as a previous comment. Was hoping this would be a great groomer for us as we just moved here after retiring from 23 years of military life. Have been to many groomers due to moves, and have never had an experience like this, in fact, we have always been friendly and on very good terms with our groomers, and always giving great tips for every service as we appreciate our dogs being taken care of. Unfortunately, the first time we went here, one of our dogs came home with an area on his neck shaved way too close down to the skin. It immediately developed into an infected area. I called the groomer and was told a stick could have done it. Our small dog has never played with a stick, but he sure loves balls and toys! I was stunned that they would not accept responsibility for this. We were going to bring him to the vet, but decided to use Neosporin and hydrogen peroxide. They asked us to have the vet call, but were combative rather than professional. The area did heal, but it took about a week. Just brought our dogs back again today for a second appointment with grooming to give them another chance as we know accident do happen. I arrived at 20 minutes of 12, and sat in the waiting area. At 10 of 12, I got up, and wanted to ask if I could come back as I had to bring my husband the keys to his vehicle during his lunch break, and we only live 5 minutes from this grooming shop. Before I could have a conversation, the girl (not sure if it is the owner or manager) abruptly walked away from the dogs she was grooming (not the girl who originally groomed our dogs and who I had the appointment with, but another girl), and she took our dogs in back. I watched the time, left at 7 minutes before 12, and sent a text to my husband at 11:59 stating that I was home (proof that I left the grooming shop at 7 minutes of 12). When I arrived to pick the dogs up at 4:45 p.m., they were trying to charge me another $10 for early drop off. I refused to pay this charge, and the owner/manager came over and told me I dropped the dogs off at 11:45 so I had an early drop off fee. This is not true. I left at 7 minutes of 12. I don't know what these people think they are doing to customers, but dropping dogs off 15 minutes before an appointment or 7 minutes before does NOT constitute or even is rationale to charge fees for these drop off times. Do they want me to release the leashes at EXACTLY 12? Then, the owner/manager proceeds to say she told me to bring our dog that was cut in to the shop to see her, but that is not true either. She told me to have the vet call her, but we never went to the vet. We fixed the area ourselves, and just let it go. Seems to be bad attitudes within this shop if they don't like something you are saying to them regarding your dog, and they continued to state our dog had sensitive skin. There is a difference between sensitive skin and a CUT from shaving too closely to his skin. Very young crew here that needs to learn how to respect customers, prices and treating people with dignity. We understand you have appointments and schedules, but a 12 noon appointment and bringing your dogs in 15 minutes before or 7 minutes before should not constitute an early drop off fee, as you have done to others as well. I was ready to call the police on this shop if they continued to demand the fee without giving my dogs back. Unfortunate situation, but we don't need attitudes and customer service like this. There are other groomers in the area.

I'd give them 6 or even 7 stars if I could. Jen is always awesome to deal with and our dogs are always happy to see her and spend the day. I would HIGHLY recommend them for grooming.
