Used to visit this facility often for our pets as everyone was always friendly and they would offer sample if your pup was fussy so that you could see what they might like. The last time I asked they gave us one sample. Then we bought some new treats for our kitty and the girl specifically said we could return it if he didn’t like them. When we went back 1 day later I walked in with them and a receipt and they treated me like I had just stolen it off the shelf. We were spending about 100.00 dollars a week there as I was also shopping for my moms animals. It was embarrassing and will never happen again. I just use Amazon now.

We were traveling through Concord and looked on maps to find a pet store. So glad we found this gem! We love supporting local businesses. We enjoyed walking around the store and offered a wide variety of doggie "stuff" and left buying out the store! The girls working there were very nice! Wonderful place for all your pets needs with helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff. I'm living back in Concord after years away and found my new spot for my cats needs, as I am a siamese cat breeder and have alot of pet needs. I was very happy to find Fromm which is what I feed my cats.

Love local small stores! I tried their DIY dog washing. One loves it, one refused because he has issues with ramps. Saw lots of interesting products and got a discount for buying something for Pope Memorial. Dog wash was $24/hour which is a good deal. I will be back again soon!

Can't say enough good things about Sandy's. Great knowledgeable folks. Used the dog bath for my muddy real muddy dog.12/20/23 they have the specialized foods for your dog or cat. All kinds of miscellaneous things for your pet. Plus in dog food land (probably cats also) they have the bakers dozen. Buy 12 get 13th free

This place is amazing! Their staff is so knowledgeable! My cat was having a bladder issue that was yet to be solved by multiple vet visits or medication and the sales person that helped me researched what was going on and recommended an herbal tonic that gave him relief within two days! I am so grateful that I have them to go to!

The shop is cute and has a lot of nice supplies. It didn't help me personally, as their small pets section is almost non-existent (honestly I'd just not advertise them on the website), but it seems popular enough and full of quality supplies. Always shop local if you can! 👍

We adopted a kitten from the SPCA in Concord and we received a coupon to Sandys. The coupon allowed us to get a free bag of cat food, can of cat food, and some goats milk for her! They were truly AMAZING and helpful. It is clear that this store is run by people who care about the well-being of animals! Even though amazon is convenient, we are choosing to buy our kitten food/litter from Sandys!

Most of the employees are very helpful when it comes to looking for things for a picky dog! They have great supplements as well. Far better than your typical pet smart store. Can be pricey, but if you budget and take into account how long things can last then it doesn't really break your bank!(we have small dogs, bigger dogs require more:p)

While I have always loved the products they offer at Sandy's, it was disheartening to see the staff today joking about their mask policy. They let in a customer without a mask, jokingly told him that he had to leave, and then allowed him to shop in the store without a mask and checkout, all while laughing like it was a hilarious joke. Obviously this wasn't a one off occurrence, with how they laughed and carried on about it. I was sad to see a store that I value and enjoy shopping at making light of the pandemic and the mask policy that they should be enforcing, not openly mocking. Your customers deserve to feel and be safe while shopping at your store, and that was not the case for the other customers in your store today, including myself.
