We have been taking our cat to this location for over a year. Brittany takes good care of her, and always makes the best recommendations on how we should groom her. Our cat is super comfortable with her.

We have been taking our puppy to PetSmart training with Emily. Our puppy is now well behaved and loves seeing Emily. You can tell Emily loves what she does and is very knowledgeable.

The Concord store is always well stocked and displayed pleasantly. The staff, I can not say enough about the positive interactions I have experienced since bringing my dog there to shop, groomed, and veterinary care. Daisy is always happy and excited to be there, all of the staff give her loving, which she soaks up. Daisy and I are so happy they are there.

Sharing "our experience" to hopefully help others. We were utilizing "Chrissy" upon her start at this Petsmart location. For nearly 2 years Chrissy groomed our two small dogs, without incident, at her home. We had our first appointment a few months ago at Petsmart. Upon creating an account, which pet owners do online, it states if your dog is a mixed breed to put what breed they most resemble. We initially put a toy poodle, however, our vet and techs stated she looks more like a pure Bichon. We rescued her two years ago. She was shaved down. We changed breed prior to our arrival for our very first appointment as it would also save us $2.00. Upon picking up our pets, the military discount would not be given because it is Tuesdays only. My husband and I spoke with “Kendra”(?), who was the store manager sitting in a side office by the registers. We wanted to talk to her about the possibility of being given the military discount as Chrissy did not work on Tuesdays. Kendra was very nice and helpful. We had already paid for the grooming, and she took our receipt and adjusted it to reflect the military discount, and stated she would put a note in our file that we could have the military discount for grooming. We thought all was settled. My husband and I both felt Chrissy was not happy, and she said she had put two crates aside for our dogs so they could face each other, but other groomers had obviously taken those crates from her. She seemed frustrated and annoyed at this. Any issue we had at our first visit was whether we could have the military discount or not for our dogs. This past Saturday (1/13/2024), we brought our dogs in for a 3 p.m. apptmnt. We noticed Chrissy seemed unhappy yet again. All techs were watching us. There was no nice greeting upon our arrival. When she told us the price, I tried to relay the military discount we were told we would be given. She immediately said we would not be getting the discount. Then, the manager there, I believe "Kim", stated going forward we would not be getting the military discount. I tried to explain that we were told we would be getting this. Certainly if a store manager has already approved such a discount, we have every right to ask and discuss why this has changed. We were already paying $10.00 more as they charge an extra $5.00 per dog for grooming Friday through Sunday. We don't expect a military discount, we appreciate it if and when given, but to tell us we would have it, then tell us no longer going forward in a confrontational way unless we come in on Tuesday with another groomer. Then, Chrissy saying she had an anxiety attack last time we were there, and ”I hurt her feelings and made her feel bad" the last time. I could not even process what was being said. When I tried to relay we already have hesitation about bringing our dogs to any Petsmart because years ago, a Petsmart in MA cut a piece of our dogs paw pad off, and we were in emergency care, she did not understand this, she told us she would not groom our dogs. Again, did not know how to process this. My husband didn’t say anything at the time because he too was in disbelief and just wanted to take our dogs out. No way he was going to argue with this generation of disrespect. He referenced the Saturday Night Live skit of “STAR TREK SPINOFF” which was what happened Saturday. This Gen Z entitlement of feelings being hurt, etc..and reversing what happens to meet their PERCEPTION or INTENTION or victim mentality. Chrissy mentioned “respect”. She said I made her print out two forms of which I had no idea what she was talking about. It was the change to the breed, which she said “our dog is a toy poodle, not a Bichon". We were both born & raised on military bases, serving active duty & multiple deployments to give people the right to speak like this, & we respect everyone as earned. Respect is honoring the word you give to a military family and allowing them to relay what was told to them as they give a business another chance that harmed their dog in the past.

I love animals, and I come here to buy the more expensive brands with natural ingredients, no fillers, like Tiki Cat After Dark. Cats are carnivores, not omnivores. I also like seeing other people's pets. People who love their pets like to bring them in while they shop and share the joy their pets bring them. The good pet food is significantly more expensive but worth it for the health of your beloved pets.

Unfortunately it wasn't the best experience, their sales vs computer systems were not copesthetic. When brought to their attention with their signs up against their merchandise the manager did attempt to make sense of the misleading signage. He decided to give me the products as advertised. When brought up to the cashier, he told the cashier to give it to me at the sale price overriding their system.The cashier then attempted to do so, but put in the wrong prices on the wrong items. I then brought it to the cashier's attention pointing out the error. Only to find that he disagreed and I was burnt out on the topic, deciding to just pay and leave. Although, I did make sure to go and take pictures of sale items with signage. I am waiting to go back with the items I purchased with my receipt to speak with somebody else, but I am waiting for a good time to communicate where it does not seem, aggressive.Intend to update review accordingly and fairly based on next interaction.

Sam is amazing. Highly recommend. She grooms my english bulldog who is normally skittish but never is when shes there and they cant be kept in a kennel so she alwaya does the express clean for her and she comes out looking amazing!

Banfield is a scam! I have been going there for over a year. They gave me medicine for my pets to treat " pain" in there legs due to their age and my boy dog for his skin situation. Well I took them some where else and found out they didn't treat the pain at all and after all these "blood test" for his skin problem couldn't tell me what was wrong and gave me a "Oatmeal shampoo" one month after switching them. My boy dog skin is healing and they are both acting like puppies again. No more joint pain. Don't believe the scam

Grooming prices way too expensive than other places. I have a 13 pound dog and they charged ‘more than 100 dollars for grooming. I have never paid more than 75 dollars at other places. Also my dog was retuned with a big cut on his ear which they didn’t even tell us about. Not returning for grooming at this place.

All of the groomers have been great with our girl but Mercedes usually takes care of her bath & nails. Our pup Ouija absolutely loves her, she is usually pretty calm and collected walking around in public but when we walk towards the grooming salon the butt wiggles don’t stop, she’s knows she’s about to see her bestie! Thank you for always making her look & feel her best and always taking care of her since the kennel isn’t her thing. We appreciate y’all so much!

My dog enjoyed his visit to the store. The staff was friendly and helped me pick out the right no pull harness. He thoroughly enjoyed his beef years and new crinkly ball. One of his favorite toys (to his chagrin I don't let him play with) is a plastic bottle. This toy sounds just like one!

Mocha has been going here for grooming over the last year. She always sees Mercedes. Mercedes takes amazing care of Mocha, and you can tell. Mocha won't just go with anyone, she loves everyone, but my wife or I need to be in sight. Not with Mercedes, Mocha will follow her around and loves her time with her.Thank you Mercedes for taking such amazing care of Mocha.And extra add. Mercedes set us a picture of the Mocha. A pretty average go to pet store of the same breed of pet stores I'm used to seeing in Australia. Good range of products, prices pretty well in the high range as expected of this kind of store. No cats or dogs this time as they had been taken to shelters for the holiday period.We had assistance from one of the volunteers who was very helpful.

Our regular groomer was away on vacation and our Shih-Tzu was looking especially raggedy. Drove 35+ minutes here, as they had an opening, and would do it again! Chandler was the groomer and did a thorough, lovely job. Thank you!

I had a very good experience at PetSmart. The people that worked there were very nice and super helpful as well. I would definitely suggest going to this PetSmart. Also they had really good prices as well. If I could I would given Petsmart 10000 gold stars. They were super awesome and would definitely go back and shop there again. 😁😁😊😊

I see other bad reviews here complained about similar experience that I had. This is a second time the grooming salon called me to pickup my cat saying he was aggressive towards them and couldn’t do his grooming that is absolutely false! They wait for you to arrive home which they knew I lived 40 minutes away to call. Sam wasn’t good at all. I do not recommend this place for grooming. For reference my cat is a persian Himalayan cat very very sweet cat. Never heard anything bad about him. Stay away from this grooming.These people will be jobless with no time with this attitude . She even mentioned that she references dogs and cats to a vet to be sedated for grooming. Terrible! Never heard that before
