Our dog was trimmed in a way I had never seen on any animal. She now looks ridiculous. Also, I requested and was charged for the de shed product, but the way her fur feels does not reflect it was used. I am massively disappointed as we have used this location a few times now and it has never returned an outcome like this.

Our dog had not been able to go to his regular groomer due to some medical and behavioral issues so I made arrangements for him to see Carol and try and get a bath and a haircut. I was not expecting it to go well because he had not seen a groomer in a while. Carol was superb. She had him come in prior to other animals so he would be there without distractions and assured me that she would try her best. What a surprise when I came to pick him. Clean, cut and smelling nice. I would definitely recommend Carol and Petco for their caring and professionalism. Thanks.

I was told after going there in 3-4 times with my dog that she is labile too aggressive. She has never bit anyone but just has trust issues and needs to be muzzled so now I have to find a new groomer and have her meet new people she’s never met with no one ever saying anything until now. Not only will I not be getting her groom there I will not be shopping at Petco anymore.

Carole is always fantastic and her counterpart that worked on our other dog did an outstanding job on him too. Professional and caring staff really shine in taking care of my dogs that much prefer never feel a brush on their fur. Gizmo and Quinn always come out happy!

Service was on time and lasted as long as predicted. Staff was extremely kind to my scared Pom and my quirky Cattle Dog and apparently the dogs behaved well. My cattle dog mix haircut was the best I have had in three years — she actually looks like a cattle dog!

They understood my concerns that my puppy might have anxiety being new to grooming. They said it may take longer to allow her breaks. She was done in average time and said she was amazing. Cut was adorable.

All these other reviews are awesome! I must have went on the wrong day . First she forgot she had an appointment to clip my cats nails then she was in a hurry because she was working on another dog in the back . She took my cat out and tried to sit the cat on her lap to clip her nails (which I've never seen in my life)so obviously my cat is gonna freak out a little. Then she tried putting the cat on the table so I'm thinking she was gonna put the collar on her to get to calm down. Nope .. My cat hissed and tried to bite (which is why the lady should have been wearing gloves like all other locations do) but she wasn't so her first response was "well I'm not gonna be able to do this today." So unprofessional this lady shouldn't even have a job there SMH will definitely be taking the extra 20 minute drive to go to the Manchester location where they actually know what they're doing

My groomer at the Concord New Hampshire Petco is absolutely wonderful. I have a 12 year old dog with two torn ACLs and she just takes care of him like it was her own dog. She is such a find.

My dog, Sasha, always comes back to me smelling and especially feeling ideal for me. Hannah has been her groomer since she was 10 months old. When we pull up and park, Sasha is ready to jump through a closed window. That's how great Hannah is with her.

I liked the groomer alot. Didn't know my dog had such a problem getting her back paws done. Think the groomer did an ok job. Will recommend them to everyone.

Our pets have been going to the groomers at Pet Smart for quite awhile. We used Petco this time, because at the time they were the only salons open.This was our first time using Petco groomers and Danielle was very friendly and welcoming

My little dog is not the easiest as far as cutting nails goes but the ladies at Petco have no problem quickly doing her nails.We have been to other places that refused.We used to have to go to the vet to get them done but that is far from me.The ladies at Petco are very professional,friendly and knowledgeable and know she is a scared cranky old lady.
