Great place ! So excited they now have a reasonably priced self service dog/pet wash. Staff always friendly & helpful and I have never been disappointed in any of my purchases from arhardt gear, to pet supplies & toys, hats, gloves, outdoor furniture, mulch, plants, trees.. the list goes on and on. Check it out if you have not, I promise you won’t be disappointed!

I have been to all 3 of the Osborne's Farm & Garden Centers (Concord, Hooksett (both), and Winnesquam.) too many times to list. Probably more so than any customer, honestly. - I was their farm hand for several years.The Osborne's own a 700 acre production agriculture farm which they use to supply their stores. They walk the walk.Sometimes the best, most honest reviews you can read are from former employees. Please accept this humble missive as my review of Osborne's Farm, and Osborne's Farm & Garden Centers:December 22, 2017.We ran out of fuel for our boiler. I grabbed a few 5 gallon cans of diesel, and poured it into the tank. As I stood less than 2 feet away, attempting the fire the boiler, it backfired, blew the top clean off, shaking the entire (4,000 sq. ft.) house... I tripped the breaker, and said; I will never use a boiler again, ever.For the next 4 years, we would heat exclusively with cord wood. However, we had a problem. Whereas, we could heat the house with our wood stoves; We still did not have hot water, days before Christmas. At the time, money was non-existent. We were paying for the house, and spent what little we had in the bank on Christmas presents for the kids. A detonating boiler was the last thing I was planning on.The following morning, my boss at the time, Andy Osborne, asked me; Tom, what are you going to do? I replied; "deal with it. It's what my Ma taught me to do with every situation". Andy, persistent, asked; "So what does that mean"? I answered; "well, I have no money Andy, so it's an easy solution". - That wasn't acceptable for Andy. The Osborne name is well known, and respected in southern NH. So, Andy only had to make one phone call..."Tom, I've got someone coming to install an electric water heater for you, and your family. You have to have hot water, Tom". "Andy, I can't do that. I don't have the money to pay for it". - "Don't worry about it", he said; "You can just pay whenever you have the chance. It's no big deal".Andy covered the $800 bill to have someone come replace the existing water heater with an electric one so that we would have hot water... By noon; hot water.This, is the Osborne's. - A truly magical family, with a rich history/heritage in New England, providing farm services, products and agricultural expertise to countless farmers, gardeners, and neighbors too!I spent the next 3 years as the Farm Hand for Osborne's Farm located in Loudon, NH. A privilege afforded to very few. My children also worked on the farm. Whether it was processing hay, picking pumpkins, planting 10's of thousands of Mums, and other greenhouse plants, loading corn, processing/delivering cord wood, my family was involved.We were truly blessed to have been a part of the Osborne family; David, Louise, Mark, Paul, Andy, and Tom. The 'boys' will be the first to say; "none of this is possible without the important ones; Heather and Marlene (Tom and Paul's wives, respectively). We all agree!Unfortunately, we've had to say goodbye to 3 of the family members over the past few years: David. Louise. Andy. We can never repay them for the fortune they shared; But, we'll try. Their love, compassion, faith, patience, and contributions to the community will never be forgot.From our family to yours; Merry Christmas Osborne's. Thank you.Gratefully,Farm Tom

I want to thank the cashier with all the information she gave me on the wood pellets I purchased. Also the delivery driver was extremely helpful and dropped off the pellets exactly where I needed them. Not the best location but the driver did it with no issues. This store has just acquired me as a new customer for life. Thank you all so very much for everything your employees did to ensure of a completely satisfied customer. Great job guys

Reasonably priced propane refills. Cute selection of fairy/gnome garden stuff for my mother in law for Christmas. Great selection of seed for our bird feeders. Staff is always friendly.

I came here to buy some black oil seed. This place is a fun place to shop! I really enjoyed checking out all the bird feeding supplies, dog supplies, and all the farm animal and equipment items. Everything was neatly arranged and easy to find whatever you are looking for. I especially enjoyed their greenhouse filled with beautiful plants and Christmas decorations. The young men working on the loading dock were especially wonderful. I only wish there was a location in Salem, NH.!

The BEST place for gifts for everyone for every occasion! I cannot believe how many unique low cost gifts there are not to mention how great it is for all my horse and pet needs. Best birdseed around too Friendly service keeps me a loyal patron.

I was looking for a houseplant. Some of their smaller hangers don't look good. I really wanted one and had to pick what I thought was the best looking one. Staff was nice. I wish they were a little more be attentive. I had questions and there was no in staff walking around.

Purchased a bad bag of dog food and they exchanged it without question and seemed boarder line embarrassed that it was overlooked on their shelf. I no longer had the receipt and they didn't even question me. I normally don't buy our dog food here, but after this experience I may consider this my new shop. Thanks for the good customer service.

This store had a good selection of plants at reasonable prices. There were also a lot of really cute bird baths and other things for the garden. Outdoor space was accessible for wheelchairs. Staff was friendly and I enjoyed shopping here.

A great place for all my garden needs. I especially like how they carry some key items I need that Lowes and Home depot do not carry. This is one of our favorite places to visit especially in the sping.

Had a lot of good plants for under 10 dollars and I got a cissus discolor hanging baskets with HUGE leaves for like 13 bucks. The hooksett location carries more plants, especially more rare plants. But this hidden gem has some goodies for low prices.

Not very happy with this place at the moment. We had a $10.00 off coupon that had to be used within 30 days. We were both sick most of December and couldn't get in there to use it. Now, I'm told we can't use it. We've spent thousands of dollars over the years in this place, but we're about to switch.

Where we've gone for the past few years to buy our dog's food. Open year round. The staff are super friendly. They sell Christmas trees seasonally. And, if you raise chickens this is a great place to pick up your spring chicks. They hold various clinics throughout the year. Definitely invested in their community.

Had I known the quality and price of their trees I would have bought ALL of my fruit trees there. I can't say enough good things about this place. Go there, you wont be sorry...

A little pricy but a great place to get your chicken feed and locally made NH goods. Staff is always friendly, huge selection of unique plants in the greenhouse (even a black cat who hangs around) and they make Christmas tree buying an enjoyable and pretty experience!

Best cornstalks and small bale of straw around! Green stalks, so last longer and form very nicely as time goes on. And a great price..I think it went up $1 from last year to $5.99, but still better than anywhere else!

Osborne's Agway is the best! They know exactly what I need for any garden issue that I have. They also sell made in New Hampshire items which is wonderful because you can't just find those anywhere. Their prices are great, their staff is warm and friendly, I'm glad they're around. I would much rather buy from them than one of the big box stores.

This place has the best prices for pet food. We're talking high quality Premium Pet Food(and also the non premium brands)that you would expect to pay much more and I have paid much more at Petco. I was just surprised at the selection.

This is my go to for bulk dog food and gardening needs. The staff really know their stuff, and are very nice. Their clothing is durable outerwear like Carhartt and Arborwear. They have hay, grain, and other equestrian supplies.

We happen to stop on our drive North from Manchester and we're very happy we did! The plants were amazingly beautiful and the prices right! Staff was very courteous and helpful too! Will visit again when I'm down that way

I know, Agway, for shopping?! But really, this place is my gifting secret, between beautiful plants, fun socks, animal-related merchandise, garden decor and most of all the variety of local products, you can't go wrong! They have saved me in a pinch many times, and everyone wants to know where I find such unique stuff. Check it out!
