Don't bother with the pharmacy here! Rude and entitled pharmacist. They don't accept GoodRX and when the pharmacist asked me if I had it, I gave the card to him and he said they didn't take it at all! Out of all of the pharmacies I have been to, I have never been denied GoodRX and they are suppose to give it to a customer that ask for it. Even GoodRX says on their website how it's used and that a pharmacy can't deny it even with insurance. My prescription even with my insurance isn't cheap still and I need this App to help me. I will take my business somewhere else where they will treat me like human! They need to get new people before they lose all of their customers and money. Can't believe how rude and nasty these workers can be! Don't recommend this pharmacy and they don't accept GoodRX even if you fight them for it. They are all in it for the money and treating their customers bad. Believe me, I work in customer service and what they are providing isn't as close to any type of customer service or kindness to local people that need their medicine for certain medical issues. So much for them not serving goodness to the community and making everyone walk out with a smile. There is just no more kindness in this world anymore and it's sad. Whatever you do, don't waste your time going here for your meds because they play games with you and just plain out rude people.

I used to like this cvs. It felt like a real pharmacy, it was always quick, and the people behind the counter were great at their job, kind compassionate & knowledgeable. In the last year or so there has been a lot of changeover in associates. Most of the women are rude & seem inconvenienced when you're starting a new med and want more info from the pharmacist. Pharmacists now seem like they don't really know what's going on & have a hard time answering basic new med & interaction questions. Some days the associates wear what I consider unprofessional attire, shirts with brands & words on them. Just looks frumpy. People they hired off the streets. I come to you with questions because I expect they have a higher education about these things than I do, but their attitude, attire, and inability to answer questions does not convey that

I don't understand the negative ratings.I've been going there for over six years and never had a bad experience.They are always busy in the pharmacy and sometimes shorthanded. Knowing that, I treat them with respect and patience that they rightfully deserve. Try that yourself and maybe you'll see the difference.

Pharmacy hours say close at 7:00pm. I got there at 6:53 and the very rude lady says we are closed. I said it is not 7:00 yet and I just drove 20+ miles over the speed limit to get here and she says she doesn’t care and that the cash drawers are already pulled. I said but it is not 7:00! She just kept shaking her head and saying sorry!! Total b$&@h. If you are going to close early then maybe you should change the hours on your sign!! There were 3 other people that were there before me and weren’t served! I will be transferring my RX’s from this CVS! Worst customer service!!

The pharmacist was very helpful and definitely went above and beyond. I realized after I left the counter that I had forgotten to use my insurance. When I went back they had just closed - but she opened up for me and took the time to run the insurance and refund me the extra I had paid. Thank you!!

This CVS is very busy and the pharmacy is under staffed. I have never found any pharmacy staff member to be rude. They might be a bit stressed due to the volume of orders to fill and customers at the drive though and counter but never rude. Often they have customers who do not speak or understand English well. I have always observed that they are helpful and patient.

The worst costumer service I have ever encountered! The pharmacist (cashier) was actually spiteful and vengeful. First we ordered a week prior to be sure they had the right script. Then tried to fill it, cashier said it would be ready in an hour. An hour later she said it would take twenty minutes, I was a bit miffed and she informed me that “ I do not have to legally fill your script”. (Lol IDFK?). I wait. Thirty minutes later she interrupts my phone call, to inform me she took her brake so the timer starts now. Fifty minutes later she informs me that it’s ready, and that now I can wait in the huge line that has now formed during my wait (with a nasty smirk on her face). An hour and ten minutes in now, it’s my turn, I ask to double check the medication before I purchase. At this point she’s yelling that “i can’t” “I cant” (I know you can. ‘ it’s your legal right to) so I persist, then she says “you have to pay for it first”. ( and Again stating that she dose not have to fill my script). ?? This rule is new, as I just wanted to look at the bottle. But fine, So I pay, stand right there to check them, and of course she gets it wrong. She refuses to fill them correctly. She expects me to walk out with the wrong medication. Finally I’ve had enough, and have to ask several time for the supervisor. Who I did speak with and was Polite if not a bit flustered and overwhelmed. I suggested a refund she agreed. That was my visit to HELL, or CVS? I’m not sure there is a difference anymore. 😁

The pharmacist tech is very rude to everyone. When having a mental health issue and trying to get medication the pharmacist fought with Me. Not worrying about the mental health situation. Pharmacist try to refuse me meds even though I had just came from emergency room with a prescription. When I arrive to pick up meds. Tech did not tell me there was one in processing so I had to go back to store 15 minutes later. If You no interested in working with customers then find another job. Plenty out there.

The employees of the pharmacy are so bad and impolite. I am gonna share my experience with the lady that is not respect and arrogant. So she was so stupid to interact with the people. I recommend you to get another place to get your prescription

This is the worst CVS I've ever had to deal with. 10 minutes on hold waiting for a person to answer the phone and 20 minutes in person to process insurance, as if they've never done their job before.Absolutely deplorable service and a stressful experience for no reason.

2 years ago this pharmacy was wonderful. Amanda, the pharmacist at the time was amazing & her staff just as wonderful. Now it is awful. Some of the "old gang" are still great, but finding several times now the new pharmacy assistants to be unhelpful & extremely rude. The one I had today, Stephanie was robotic, unfriendly & said she didn't see any prescription for me on the computer. I told he I was out of the med & the automated voice on pharmacy phone system said it was filled & ready for me. When I told her this she said, "I can't see it on my computer, you'll have to go wait in the line over at drop off". I told her I also got a text saying my script was ready a few days ago. Again she repeated same... "cant see on my cptr., go to drop off line". I asked if she could at least let me purchase a few small items I wanted to purchase. She acted put out & annoyed. I didn't have my cvs card so she was even more put out tho others have just asked for my phone number to get discounts. I mostly to myself said I didn't understand why the phone system would say my prescription was ready. She again robotically told me she can't see that info, go wait in other line. At this point I told her, "I get it, you've said that 3 times now, I dont have time for another line have to get to work". She got fresh & said rudely, "I'm just answering your question". I told her she hasn't helped me with anything & I live 40 mins away so this is very inconvenient. Never mind I'm out of my medicine & tomorrow is Thanksgiving so guess I won't have my prescribed medicine now. I've had other problems there with rudeness the past several months & I told her I'm changing pharmacies now. She said sarcastically, "Have a nice day & enjoy your new pharmacy". I told her it was a shame that this pharmacy has gone downhill. It was great just 2 years ago. I work in the healthcare field & would never think of treating our patients so poorly. Definitely done with them after this latest bs.

I was told I was "wasting my breath stop talking" while trying to explan why I was calling yesterday as I was so rudley and constantly! interrupted by the pharmacy tech. ( I won't name her name) Who wouldn't let me say five words . IAM in the health care Field my self I work with the elderly and was trying to get my clients heart meds. with out them she could have had a stroke we had been trying to get them for three days she was off of them so taking to this pharmacy was crucial....I will never GO here again !!!! This pharmacy tech. should be ashamed of her self and karma comes back around my dear, my client herd everything she said to me and was highly offended by her actions. Do your self a fav. Avoid cvs on loudon rd wallgreens is the friendliest!

The 2 staff members, including the so-called supervisor, I had to speak with on the phone (because I'm at their mercy) were rude and proceeded to judge me as a nobody and hung up on me. Worse experience ever! I sent a review of 1 star and received an answer from the exact supervisor who hung up on me, admitted nothing and not apologetic at all, which was supposed to appease me. I requested her supervisors name and number, which I never received, but she quickly called the supervisor tainting the actual actions that occurred, I'm sure. I have to return her supervisor's call. What do you will happen? Stay tuned...

Worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Dropped off a prescription last night, was told 11 am today. No problem, that's pretty standard. Fast forward to 4 pm today, still not ready. 6 pm, welllll your insurance might not cover it until the 13th. SERIOUSLY? Some common courtesy would have been nice. I would have been more understanding if told that for the beginning, not being made to run back and forth all day to find out they're not even going to fill it. Last time I EVER go there. Rude, inconsiderate staff that acts like you're intruding by even asking a question! Avoid at all costs!

I thought the covid test was free at CVS if you are a resident of New Hampshire. So I decided to waste my day yesterday and go to CVS because of covid you can't put anything through the drive-thru I brought 2 of my insurance cards with me they weren't accepting either one keep in mind I had my New Hampshire ID . The rude lady didn't ask for that either needless to say I drove away angry. The covid test is supposed to be free to New Hampshire residents regardless of insurance or not. Obviously that is not the case. I can't believe how rude some people are maybe they shouldn't be working in this profession. I drove away angry and didn't get the free test. I made an appointment at my doctor should have done that to begin with. I will never use this CVS again!

I went in today to find out if my prescriptions had been sent to this store as I had requested. Clerk was very rude and disrespectful towards me. No help whatsoever except to keep respecting over and over that Caremark was different than CVS which I already knew. I called CVS and they were very good. Avoid this store as it seems most of the reviews have the same issues with the pharmacy

Most disrespectful pharmacist I have ever spoken to. Demeaning, belittling, and least empathetic customer service I have ever received. I have no doubt if that persons attitude keeps up, no one will be coming to this CVS for prescriptions.

I am continually astounded how this pharmacy NEVER has a prescription ready or correct. Then you can conveniently wait for an hour "while they finish it up". How big do the yachts have to be at the top? Get more employees!

Staff is always quick with a prescription turn around. My only beef is how often their auto dialer calls me. But I suspect that's a CVS thing not exclusive to this location.

The store overall is good, however, i get quite the cold shoulder from the pharmacy. i.e.: pharmacist walking away as I'm in mid sentence, goodrx coupons not applied, prescriptions not filled when sent over by doctor. I don't know if they are judging me based on my overall meds or on one controlled substance in my regime of prescriptions because I'm treated like a drug seeker when I go to refill it ON IT'S DUE DATE.

Absolutely awful. I called the pharmacy and was on hold for about 20 minutes. Someone finally picked up, but before I could say anything, she said "oh wait, just kidding, please continue to hold." Then I was back on hold for about 5 minutes. She picked up again, and then hung up, completely ending the call. After calling back and waiting on hold for another 30 minutes, I gave up.

VERY RUDE. I 100% feel judged by the pharmacy team because of the medications I am on. I get nervous when I go there and feel stupid when i leave. They literally make me feel like a dirty person. I've even seen them snap at a disabled woman likely in her 70s. Keep away!!!

6 PM on a Friday evening, pharmacy says they are not taking any more prescriptions tonight. Not a great response when trying to get an antibiotic after surgery.Walgreens across the street filled it in 15 minutes.

Automated phone service is a pain and nuisance! So far, most of the times I call in a refill ahead of time I still need to wait 15-20 minutes. Staff is overwhelmed but still friendly.... problems are not their fault but CVS as a whole.

I just want to give a big S/O to the Pharmacy Team.I was in 2/1/2021, the Techs were very helpful (Taylor). I don’t recall the pharmacy name, but we was also helpful.I’ve been going here for 2+ yrs and nothing but 5⭐️ service. Just want to say I appreciate all the assistance.

This place isnt worth 1 star everyone that works there is very rude. Wait forever to get a script filled. Standing there waiting when you're really sick and they are just all a rude bunch. Go to the drive thru u sit there 20 mins before being helped. Go inside they are just all miserable. Getting my scripts somewhere else for now on.

Rude, incompetent employees in the pharmacy and front store. I have been snapped at and demeaned by employees many times over things that did not warrant that type of reaction at all. Save yourself the grief and go to the CVS on Hall Street. You'll be glad you did.
