I took my domestic long hair cat to the Northfield location in Birch Hill Resort (never have had her groomed before) and am very impressed with the service provided and felt Kris did an excellent job. She even sent me text updates to let me know my kitty was doing well during her first groom. Definitely recommend for cat grooming!

They did an amazing job on my soft coated Wheaton terrier! Such a perfect box Wheaton cut and they were so quick and friendly. Highly recommend for your regular groomer needs we just pre scheduled our appointments through the fall ❤️

I really loved this groomer. However the last two times my dog has gone nails and glands were not done. They had no problem charging the service that was not rendered. I called and was told someone would call me back, but no call back. All 4 of my dogs go, but will unfortunately have to go elsewhere.

I really like bring my dogs here. They get them done fast so they don't have to sit in a kennel all day. They seem sensitive to each particular dogs needs. They groom them beautifully. I also am trying the Reiki for my little dogs. Nice store available to buy lots of things at really good prices

Great first time experience. BETTER AND LESS COSTLY THAN PETCO. Bark Now staff are true professionals. They took really good care of our dog. We will now have them as our permanent groomer. Very reasonable and done on time. Highly recommended!

Did a great job with our shaggy little trouble dog! I was a little worried he'd give the nice people here a hard time, but he did ok! Very affordable price and a great cut. Our dog Zeke even got a cute little bandana. We'll definitely be back again. 👌

We've had good luck here in the past with our old grumpy husky mix, but I think we had a miscommunication last time (and a different employee, not the lady we're used to) and we ended up with a totally shaved Old English Sheepdog. She looked cute, but it would have been nice to get a call...she certainly wasn't "severely matted" as it said on her card. She did have several mats under her harness straps, but honestly, with it so cold, I would rather have had her partially clipped, even if it looked a bit odd.

I’ve been taking my 4 dogs here for years and they always do an excellent job. They come out looking and smelling amazing! I know when I leave them for the day that they are well taken care of and not put into cages, which means a lot to me. Highly recommend to anyone I know!

They only groom dogs, I believe. I have reached out more than once about grooming my cat (which, their website states that they do), and never received a call back. Maybe you should update your website and remove the cat grooming from it.This may have very well been a mistake, but hard to believe after reaching out 3 times.

I was excited to try this new groomer out for our dog. The location was convenient for us and they were available on short notice. Upon entering the employees were very pleasant and the facility was beautiful. Unfortunately, our dog has anxiety and didn’t want to be picked up by the groomers, so they refused service. We understand the concerns of being bit by a nervous dog, but the employees at Petco even know how to work with our dog and don’t have any concerns grooming her. I expected the employees from a more expensive and fancy groomer to have more patience and understanding working with an anxious pup.

Had my pitbull Cowbow groomed. He was a first time client and finished in 20 minutes. He smelled great and was well cared for. More importantly I felt like I was walking into a dog lovers home that was excited to hang with my baby. My dog has a blast.

This place is amazing. My dog normally hates going to the groomers but for whatever reason he LOVES going here and seeing the staff. The staff is extremely nice, friendly, and does a wonderful job. Winston's haircut always looks top-notch!

They truly listened to what I wanted, sent our cat home looking and smelling amazing, and sent me home with a photo and a report on his visit (too cute!) Don’t hesitate to book here! New customer here! I am very pleased with the price and the way my two doggos look. I let the groomer know what my wife wanted them to look like and there were no problems or questions. One of my dogs was apprehensive towards a groomer. The groomer promptly just went in the back and asked another groomer to come out and see if he was better with her. He sure was. After a couple hours I went to get them and I was welcomed with a doggy report card. Overall I am very happy with the experience and will be coming back.

Not impressed, with this business. I think they should advertise for small dogs ONLY. They never brushed my Sheepdog, if he had any matting they just shaved him to the skin. They finally said, they couldn’t take him anymore because he was over the weight limit. He weighs 85.Very disappointed in a place that’s supposed to be the number one groomer. They did ok, with my little dog. They had only a one girl that was friendly, the others seemed like they didn’t like their job

We've been bringing my dog here for years. Our dog is a bundle of excitement and quite the wiggle worm. That being said, they take such good care of her even with her being a little hard to calm down sometimes. She is always stoked when we pull into the parking lot! Great owner and staff!

I took my grandmother here so she could have her dog taken care of. They have a store with a bunch of pet goods, and they appear to have a fun time taking care of animals in the back (dancing and whatnot). They took a picture of the dog for my grandmother after the grooming session and she absolutely loved it. Great group of people from our experience. Only complaint is the parking situation and the smell (but I wasn't surprised).

Been taking our pup here since he was a puppy. Over 2+ years now. The staff loves him and treats him great every time. They are very flexible with schedules and I typically drop him off in the morning before work and pick him up at lunch. He is always happy and looking like a stud when I pick him up.I doubt many of the recent reviews are real customers and it’s a shame they would do this to a small business after one Facebook post. I hope it’s not true and see the bark now provided a much more detailed report on what possibly happened.

Absolutely terrible customer service!! On several occasions we have had appointments cancelled without call or notice. Employees will essentially tell you “too bad” and do little to nothing to reschedule. Their prices are too high and quality too low to put up with this. 0 out of 10 recommended.

I called to set a time up to have my huskies spring groom done, I never got a call back. Then after doing some more research seeing they had some very bad impatient staff and groomers, that caused injuries to other dogs, I have made a choice to go else where. If you are looking to save your business from going down the drain, you’d think you would call a customer back.If your looking to waist your time trying to get in touch with them, this is the place to go. I recommend going elsewhere. Lots of other places happy to take customers and are very friendly!

We continue to go back. The owner chooses to do my dogs face when grooming as he's a bit fussy and she does a great job. I bring both my dogs here ages 8 and 6. We just got a puppy and when's he's of age and has his shots he'll be going to. I recommend this place for grooming! Theyre good with any cut and will make sure its what you want before leaving.

My dog is very difficult to groom due to her attitude around other dogs and strangers. I’ve been bringing her here for a few months now and the team has catered to her amazingly. They groom her as quick as possible to minimize her stress (usually in less than an hour) and even on the first visit when the groomer felt uncomfortable grooming her they called me right away to come pick her up which is exactly the right way to handle the situation. They also use CBD oil which really helps calm my dog down. Really happy I found this place.

I took my boy to Bark Now in Concord 1/22/21 and am beyond thrilled with how well they did. He is very shy and scared in new places and usually leaves the groomers with his tail tucked, ears down and a sad face. When I picked him up his tail was up and wagging, ears up, mouth open and happy. The grooming job was fabulous and it took years off his look. Thank you so much for taking care of my monster!

Brought our puppy, Iggy, in for a grooming. He was matted and I knew it would probably need to be shaved. I never had a dog with his coat before, and even though I tried, I failed miserably! Iggy came home clean and free of mats and he was so happy! So happy I made the call!

80 DOLLARS FOR A BATH??? WAY OVER PRICED FROM WHAT WE WERE TOLD IT WAS GOING TO BE. The didn’t do any other services besides glands. Not only that but the young blonde gal who was there was beyond rude. I will never be back i will find another place what a rip off. We were way overcharged and treated like trash.
