Made appointment online a day in advance. Paperwork wasn't ready, sitting in waiting area still, 12 minutes after appointment time because they are waiting on Paperwork to printout. The two stars are for staff who are great and deserve 5 but stuck working for thos company. Please bring back Rite Aid Update. 10:24 still waiting.

So, Linda in the pharmacy is the best. The other pharmacists have been great too. But Linda has worked with me through a couple of kinks and has always been patient and willing to solve a problem. If i could rate the store itself, it would be 1 star because they never have any of the items I need. I went in the other day for a drugstore shampoo and conditioner, they didn’t sell either. They also don’t have cinnamon mouthwash which is a bummer. I know it’s still kind of new, but the service in the pharmacy has been great for me.

Full-time RV'er here so getting prescriptions filled is sometimes challenging. We switched from Walmart to Walgreens because there seems to be one in every small town across the U.S.!Our experience with Walgreens pharmacy in Colebrook, NH and, in particular, with Dennis was excellent. He went above and beyond to help with a prescription I'd been waiting to get from my doctor in Arizona. We enjoyed talking with him and appreciate his follow-up phone call when the script finally came in after we'd left the area. Great customer service!

The pharmacist that was working on 16 Sept 2021 in the afternoon is a liar. She told me Walgreens (as a company) does not offer the 3rd covid vaccine for anyone (possibly due to supply issues). I called HQ and another Walgreens location, both places told me the 3rd vaccine is available for immunocompromised persons with certain conditions. I qualify yet was told "Go to a hospital to get it" after rudely being asked "What are you on chemo? Nevermind." My Dx listed on my forms is enough proof according to other Walgreens pharmacists. The Colebrook store manager did not seem to care about this lie. I was just told repeatedly "I don't know what she told you. "

I had to switch pharmacys since we moved. Both the ladies I dealt with at the counter were wonderful, patient and very informative, helping me and being very kind. Thanks for making the transition easy.
