Very sad another Newark Nj business understaffed long lines no one to assist and anything but dollar prices. Very poor customer service here as well. Had to wait 30 minutes online they only had 1 cashere and some fake security guard not helping anyone.

I'm giving a three because the store is well stocked, has many essentials, from paper goods to some groceries, cleaning products, and just about everything you'd need, for a local store. And the location is perfect for this area. The cashier, however, left alot to be desired. I'm new to colebrook, and so far people have been pretty friendly, but this cashier, well, enough said. The store itself is very good, hopefully the cashiers aren't all the same.

It's hard to rate Colebrook's Family Dollar right now. They're preparing to remodel so the store is largely empty.BUT, because they're trying to empty the store so they can remodel, everything is half price. So, get some while you can.The store staff was very helpful--as helpful as possible with an almost empty store-- but truly helpful.June 24, 2022

Only one cashier working. The girl was sick and crying because she had a long line while other cashiers and manager both left for lunch. Just pathetic. When we told the manager how long the line was she(short blonde haired lady) acted as if it was our fault. Mind you the line no joke was about 15 orders long. Pathetic custimer service skills. Makes me sick that a company this big cant afford to hire more people. And good help altogether!
