I had a very good visit to the Colebrook Vet. They took care of my precious cat, and gave her medicine to take home. They were very pleasant to me, with information about my cat, and small talk with me. I appreciate the concern they showed and I thank Colebrook Vet.

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience here. I had an emergency situation with my 17 year old dog and Dr. Kelly went above and beyond and made herself available outside of normal business hours for me. She was extremely knowledgeable, answered all of the questions I had and made me feel like she actually cared (not like it is just a numbers game like with other vets I have been to). I will definitely be seeing Dr. Kelly for all of my other pets as well. I couldn't be happier with her care and I highly recommend her to anyone that is looking for an excellent vet.

What a joke. Don't trust a vet clinic that won't even let you inside. I brought our cat there because he was having some stool issues, so we wanted to have him checked out and see what was going on. You show up and sit in your car. Eventually someone comes out to help you. They take your critter and bring him back some time later. Our cat was said to be as healthy as an ox. Absolutely nothing wrong with him. Well, he died a few weeks later. Turns out just about everything was wrong with him. So it is unlikely that they even physically examined him, as we were later told his issues were pretty obvious. So thank you Colebrook Vet for prematurely killing our cat. And being so inhumane about not letting people inside. Covid is over. No one, not even doctors offices and hospitals require you to stay outside anymore. Move on. Stop not letting people in just so they can't see you not do anything with their animal.

Excellent caring dr. Excellent staff property was new construction clean! I do feel my dog will be well in a few weeks, I feel pretty confident about that.

Everyone is different, my experience with Dr Kelly when my Bijoux bit a hornet and got stung in his mouth, I called Dr Kelly for help. Note, it was during the pandemic AND it was very short notice. Dr Kelly had me go in shortly after during lunch; not only did she disturb her lunch but she also took care of my Bijoux. I wish people would share their good experiences and not only their negative. Great job Dr Kelly!

We recently had to put our sweet senior fur baby down. Dr. Kelly has been amazing with his care. She made the process of putting him down that much easier because I know how much she loves her patients. I am so happy I found a vet that loved my dog as much as I did.

I really wanted to love this vet because I believe in the importance of supporting small businesses where you live… but sadly I was not at all happy. The vet does not allow you to come into the building. I went there with my twelve week old puppy and I had zero interaction with the actual vet and absolutely no instructions or assessment on how our dog is doing. The very sweet vet tech came out to my car and got him and within minutes he was back in the car. A vet should interact with the caregivers of her patients. I now drive over and hour to get to the vets and I have friends in the area that drive even further because they won’t go to her practice. I really wish she would allow the owners of animals in the building to participate in their animals care, maybe then I would be able to build a relationship with the vet and trust her to care for our puppySincerely Dr Lisa Bechok

Saw our cat one time. Took her in another room to examine her and something they did back there made her scream. Checked her weight and trimmed her nails and said they needed records from our old vet to examine her. Sent her those and then she refused service saying that since we give fluids at home, she cannot help us. At this time, our cat was dying and we wanted to see if we could do anything, but she wouldn't see us. I think she just wanted us to bring our cat to her daily to get fluids so she could charge us each time. People in town later told us they won't go to her because she doesn't like animals. They prefer to drive over an hour to a vet that is better. HORRIBLE vet, go anywhere but here!

I absolutely love Dr. Kelly! She never gave up with trying to help me with Hutch. I feared others would have judged me or not believed my claims of his feeding schedule. I had an adult GSD down to almost 55 pounds, through time and multiple testing she concluded his pancreas was not producing enzyme. I treat every meal/treat/anything with a pancreatic enzyme and he is back up to 76 healthy pounds! She diagnosed him with EPI!

Had an awful experience,was harassed by Jamie made fun of my accent,messed up paperwork several times,wrote things that werent true ,was not aplogetic either,told me my husband was comfused ,made fun of him both are bullies i would not recommend this place at all,very unprofessional and quurky opinions discriminatory! So sad

We love Dr. Kelly, she knows what she's doing and can handle it all. No matter what the issue, she is calm and gets right to the root cause without unnecessary extras. I appreciate her pragmatic approach and wit, she's a wonderful vet and a great person. Thanks Dr. Kelly!

My dog was at that journey every owner dreads. It was made easier by being at a place that allowed me to be there. With covid alot do not.. I changed my mind about private cremation . Beware. Refunds are not directly back to credit cards and I'm still waiting for my refund to be issued..

We just bought a little vacation home within spitting distance of this God awful vet and have had a couple issues with our dogs. Each time I called the RUDE woman on the phone has been less than helpful!! My Vet in CT tried to send a script for ear drops to them and she refused to fill the script!! Ear drops!!!! So now I have to wait until Sunday (when our friends can bring up the script)for my poor pup to get relief because they refuse to take the word of another VET office!!!! Unbelievable !! My other pup had a GI issue this past week and I had to drive to Whitefield NH vet clinic to pick up FortiflorA because again they wouldn’t help me!!! What a welcome to Colebrook!! Everyone has been so welcoming EXCEPT this RUDE Vet clinic!!! Good to know early on that they are NOT a place to take my pups!!! If there was a zero star rating... that would be too high!!! Beyond RUDE!!

Dr Kelly has a very dry sense of humor! When I first met her, she never smiled and I thought she was unhappy in her work... Go into the exam room and she is quite funny! My dogs love her and that's important to me!

Does not answer phone on a regular basis, won't let you go inside with your pet despite covid restrictions being lifted, and can't deal with animals that are scared/unsure like a cat who won't come out of the kennel to be spayed. No issues for shots/vaccines.

I've called this office on two separate occasions and both have been bad experiences due to the woman on the other end not being helpful or empathetic to our needs whatsoever. I will no longer call, or ever think of bringing our dogs or cat to this clinic.

Very unprofessional and extremely rude. Was put off from the start when we called because our dog became sick at an unscheduled and inconvenient time for her even though it was working hours. She made sure we were charged for the inconvenience. Then while are dog was in serious need of urgent care insisted that we first fill out paperwork like that couldn't be done after. After which she was short tempered and told us several times if we didn't like the way she did things we could take our dog elsewhere knowing full well the closest Vet was an hour away. We were heartbroken and desperate. She then refuse to give our dehydrated dog more then half a bag of fluids unless we left him there with her. We refused to leave our boy with such a heartless person and paid our hefty bill and went elsewhere.
