We have been doing online/curbside pickup for 2 years and this is the first time we got a note with who picked our order. I have to say Chris did a great job on picking the items we ordered. The veggies weren't damaged his substitutions we good choices. He has brought our items out to us and always greets you with a hello and makes some idle chatting while loading our order. Overall it has been a great experience doing online ordering/pickup, and all of the online ordering staff does a great job. Keep up the good work!

I find it highly offensive that members of walmart seem to be trained to treat all of their customers as thieves. I was checking out and I added a small bag of ice to my order and had my husband go grab it while I finished checking us out and as I am leaving the "corrections officer" at the self checkout said to us "you know you have to pay for that!" So I turn around with my receipt in hand, as I already did pay for it because since I'm at a store I am well aware that when you get merchandise, that you have to pay for it. I am 46 years old, and I'm pretty sure after raising 6 boys that I have figured out that you have to pay for items received. I do not appreciate being accosted by your employees and insulting my intelligence and my ability to know how to or go about paying for a bag of 1.88 ice. Stop treating your paying customers and lumping them in with those who may not pay for their items. I am a traveling nurse visiting the area and during travels frequently buy ice and I happen to know what is normal and right and this however was not normal or right. Maybe have a class to teach your staff some basic human interactions and appropriateness.

To me, Walmart is like the old Kmart back in the day. They have everything you need at a good price, sometimes not always the best quality, but affordable. If they follow Kmarts lead and get rid of low flow items for the sake of profit, they will follow Kmart into bankruptcy someday. Having everything even though not all items are profitable is the way to keep customers happy and from going elsewhere

Went an did their pickup grocery order an they gave us the small things of spices but charged the large size an took off items that we chose with out saying anything the give us total opposite things that we didn't ask for. If I could I'd give them a -1 star I don't recommend.

A huge store but their grocery section is limited. We went in for a specific beer mug and found it though. The Concord Walmart is much beater.

Ryan and Becky in Bakery deserve recognition for exceptional customer service this morning!! I was looking for a loaf of sourdough bread for my daughter and when I could not find any on the shelf they looked it up on their computer and then even double checked out back. Thank you for the effort!

Ordered tires, called to see if they had arrived and told you will get a text or email! Oh yah right, last time we waited and finally got a email get there to pick them up and the guy tells me they been ready for 4 days so call and ask... yup not only that but called from 8am and at 215pm some one finally answered the phone but had to ask some one else to say you will get a email so it was the service desk not even the shop. Poor service.

Everyone at the Walmart Pharmacy is always super sweet and helpful. I went in tonight to get a new prescription, Mary said that it just came in and she would have it done in less than 15 min. I said that I would return in about 30 min. I got no further than the pet supply area and already received a text says that my order was ready. Way to go Mary, Walmart is lucky to have such a Gem!!

Dependable products and well stocked, don't really interact with staff much but good prices for someone on a budget. Tried curbside service not long ago, was overall pleased with my service and had a very nice employee ask to pet my dog and she was overjoyed for the attention. Thank you Claremont Wal-Mart.

I actually love Walmart but in this case I was using the Walmart app to find a store with an item I wanted it turned out to be in Claremont a 40 minute drive. Well the item is listed for 59 on the app and 69 in the store. Turns out that's the online price which I didn't realize. So I could have waited 3 hours to pick it up for the online price or pay the 69. This is a huge fail in my eyes. List the prices it's actually going to be if you go there and buy it. They used to match online Walmart prices to store prices. Keep this kind of stuff up Walmart and you won't be my go too anymore!

It was my first time at the Pharmacy. Rick waited on me.He was very polite and helpful. Mary was waiting on a customer next to him and peeking around smiling at me. I'm glad I had a nice experience with them.They both deserve raises it can be hard working with the public. I will be coming back. Thank you

I went in to get my 15 year old son a pair of work pants for his automotive class. For the first time in a long time I was able to find the correct item/color/size on thr first attempt. The price was very reasonable; actually it was $18 LESS then I thought I would be spending. On the way out I found a pair of pants I loved and because they only cost $8, I was able to purchase them as well. There was no line at the self check out so checking out was a breeze. I usually do a split payment of cash & my card. There's a button/function on the self check out to do partial payments on a credit/debit; in the past I have had trouble using this function and would end up having to get help from an associate. Today thr button worked smoothly on the first try. I was in and out in less than 15mins and that's awesome. I only go to Walmart when I absolutely have to and usually I give them a 3 star max. Today everything lined up rigjt & voila- 3 stars turns in to 5!

It's a Wal-Mart. Much like others of its kind. A wide selection of mostly reasonably priced items for anywhere around the house or yard. A generally wider selection than the location 30 minutes north.

This review is about the Automotive Department: I had a car battery that was still (barely) under warranty and it was not holding a charge. I brought my BMW in and they tested the battery to confirm it was in need of replacement. Yes, it needed a new battery. Great they replaced it %100 no charge to me even though it was almost out of warranty and the cost had gone up by $45.00.Only issue I had was with Walmart, not the the employees: They switched to a "Different System" and my purchase did not carry over and it took more than 1 hour to figure out how to get the paperwork/receipt/warranty correct.Other than that it was an easy process.

I always love walmarts. I have been to so many diff ones. Going from the biggest walmart in Vermont and the biggest one on New Hampshire. They range from full products to barley anything at all.

William the greeter was very friendly and helpful.Store has modern clean bathroom and a great selection of everything.
