What a trove of treasures! The pitched-roof wooden bird feeder the former owner had was recently decimated by a big fat squirrel, so I went to Marro Home Center to see what they have. They have a great selection of bird food. AND the owner spent a lot of time with me at the bird-feeder selections. Found the perfect one! Got it for less money than Tractor Supply, Amazon, and Home Depot charge for this exact feeder. He also told me about the squirrel baffle (a large dome-like cover that tips the squirrel off so it can't get to the food) and has set one aside for me to pick up in 4 days when his next shipment arrives. I feel very lucky to have this Ace Hardware store in my neighborhood. UPDATE: Just got some suet cakes. 2 small and one big, along with large basket to replace the one I suspect that the bears took home with them. The lovely woman who did my checkout seemed new yet was very friendly and quick to help.

Had a leaking copper pipe in bathroom..never had to flare and pipe before..the owner could tell i wasnt experienced and he cut the pipe put the fittings on and flared the pipe for me.saved me a whole lotta time and stress...best service ive ever had at a hardware store made it as easy as possible for me

Good people. Great prices. If you buy a ton of pellets here, they store them for you and you can pick them up a few bags at a time. I drive by there for work so it is a perfect solution to storage problems.

Fantastic store. I was greeted at the door by a gentleman with a welcoming smile and he asked how he could help. Then I was guided to the item I needed and they even carried it to my car. Unlike a particular big box store in town, where I can rarely get assistance and the staff, if I can find them, just waves me in a vague direction. Plus I like supporting small, local business. Marro's Home Center is now my go to place.

This is a wonderful Ace Hardware store. Just like you’d expect in small town Claremont. A labyrinth of rooms, rows, and racks. Patty and Larry might not have everything you need today, but it’ll be there by Friday, so make sure you ask!Tuesday is cupcake day, too, so plan accordingly!

After beating my head against the wall at HD, trying to figure out what I needed for my hot water heater install as Iwanted touse Shark bite fittings, I stopped at Marros, and with their help, had everything I needed in under 10 minutes. Reorganization and renovation are under way. It's not the same store it was even a year ago. It's now my first stop for anything home related.

Will never come back here don’t believe there life time warrant on things when you bring it back and want a replacement the fat short guy with glasses will give you excuses why it can’t be replaced it’s a garden hose of course it’s going to look dirty Lambert’s it will be for now never will be back to this dump!!!
