This is a joke it says it is open to 10pm but they close the doors at 9pm this store has gone down hill in the two years of living in Claremont the staff acts like they don't care

Love the manager and staff that have been there for a while.. new girls are sweet n helpful, personable which is great appreciated..isles are just narrow now.. still learning where things are.. wait lines longgg sometimes but 🤷🏻‍♀️

Staff is very helpful and friendly! I shop here, pretty much daily, and have had nothing but positive experiences. The employees are very good with my daughter, who goes in with me and without sometimes, and I appreciate that, especially because not every business is kid friendly, although they should be! Thank you, to ALL of the team of staff at Claremont NH, Family Dollar! You are all the reason we keep going back!

This store was once one of my favorite places! It has lost its appeal with its customer service. Yesterday the sales clerk asked in front of an entire line of customers that my husband (a customer) and son (a customer) to retrieve the carts from the parking lot (as soon as they entered the store) then when my husband complied she continued to tell her audience that she was "too busy to get the carts and customers should help". Mean while as I stood in line 3 other family dollar clerks were working and chatting around her. Needless to say I'll be shopping online.

I buy my groceries and decor here.There's always nice items to add to your home. The prices on the groceries are not too bad for a small franchise, although I wish there was fresh produce to be able to buy.They would prosper quite well...

Love it! It's convenient, they usually always have what I need and then some. I love the App so I clip the coupons and just scan my phone to save! Employees are great!

I called ahead to get bootlaces and they said they had them. Then when I went in and talked to the lady she gave me a hassle and said they don't have bootlaces with an attitude. Then when I said what do you mean I to called ahead to make sure, she goes oh I was kidding". With the attitude it was not very good customer service here. Because of that I did not buy anything here.

Told the quarter machines were "completely out of their control" you just had a renovation but you still left in quarter machines that don't work??? Told that when they put a sign on them "others take them down" THAN TAKE THE MACHINES OUT!!!
