There was only 1 employee inside at the register. We asked to get some chickens and she said it was going to be awhile. We waited about half an hour in the store waiting for someone to come around. When we looked at the cashier she didn’t have anyone to help and was sitting in her booth eating Cheetos. We walked out with nothing.

When store 1st years was ok . It’s sold few times now service terrible, employees want argue how you didn’t get your 50 lb grain bags, on call in already. Ask knowledgeable staff help, they basically from ny city useless about almost everything with country life.Owners come and go, dont ewaste time building business with them.

I'm a farmer in NH. I have issues with the deicer water trough heaters every year, so I buy the Protection+ warranty because I know they will need replaced. The warranty company wants me to ship it back to them, wait a while and get a gift card for the oruchse price. I can't do that with livestock. The folks at this store go above and beyond to ensure my animals have water in winter. I just bring in the broken ones and they exchange it and deal with the warranty company themselves. Thank you TSC!

It is a wonderful store. My father figure goes there a lot in by the lotta stuff like lawnmowers and tractors. They are very nice quality and they are not too expensive. They also have a bunch of farming supplies and they have live animals in there too that you can buy like chicks, I would highly recommend going there.

Chichester TS is amazing! What a nice clean store with friendly staff! It is worth the 25 minute drive to get my Mastiff’s puppy food!I will no longer go to TS in Franklin, disgustingly dirty, mouse poop all over the bottom shelves and dog food bags always have taped up holes and they are not even labeled damaged! I can’t tell you how many times I’ve bought a bag of dog food for full price and half way trough I find a hole somewhere taped up. I’m pretty sure the mice chew through the bags and they just tape them up and sell them! TS NEEDS to label damaged dog food bags. I personally don’t want to buy contaminated dog food for my dogs.

While looking for a new 60” bush hog to purchase, I found several different brands and offers from various stores and dealers. My search took me to Tractor Supply in Chichester, NH where I have often purchased items before and have been quite satisfied with the products they sell. I found a bush hog they had in stock that I liked, which was competitively priced and decided to buy it. During the transaction, I found all the staff at the store to be very accommodating, helpful and friendly, but I would especially like to recognize “LAURA” who works in the yard and operates a fork lift and “NICK” who I believe is the Store Manager. When I first arrived and walked out into the back yard, I met Laura who was extremely friendly and immediately asked if she could help me. She then answered any questions I had about the mower and worked with me deciding what would be the best way to load it on my trailer. Nick was great at accommodating any requests I had, and even held onto the mower for several days until it was convenient for me to pick it up. When I arrived, both Laura and Nick attended to any need or request I had, until the mower was safely loaded and I was on my way. I left the store feeling that they actually care about their customers, and I will continue to highly recommend the Tractor Supply Store in Chichester, NH.

If you are an older person or a person with health problems don’t go to Tractor Supply in Chichester NH . I was there about a hour ago and a woman could barely load her truck with pellets in a heavy bags. No help from the man who was outside with her when I got there. She could barely breathe and and walk. I stopped to help her. Then the store manager sends my son home because it was his fault. She said someone called her and said it was Garrett. And it was not him because he was at the cash register with customers. So just be aware of other people who might need help because I guess Tractor Supply Doesn’t care .Check the cameras tractor supply.

Wow, how disappointing that Dave's no longer at this tractor supply! Everything has changed.. I've been going to this one for a couple years now even though it's further away then my local one. I'd did that for a reason! Walk in and get hey big guy or Matt from dave! I go in last week I get hello from the nice register girl. And then I ask about stuff and ask for Dave. and I get this kid who doesn't know anything about anything say I'm the new manager lol.. pass I'm all set. The closest he's been to a chicken is an egg white he got for breakfast. And bacon is a vegan free slice

Horrific service at this location. I live in Pittsfield so this is the closest location to me, but I’d rather drive to Hooksett then to spend my money at this location when their employees give their customers such horrible service or no service at all. I waited for someone to help me, while I was waiting others showed up, when an employee finally showed up, they helped everyone around me and completely ignored me, pretending I wasn’t even there. I’m 8 month pregnant so I’m positive I’m not easily missed. I absolutely hate this location and will not be returning here. I will willingly drive to any other location before going back here.

I have always enjoyed shopping at Tractor Supply however the past few times I have been in to buy chicks I have been over charged. I always call ahead to verify pricing and am always told over the phone a different price. I come in and always buy straight run or Cornish Rock meat birds. And the past couple times I have been charged the Pullet fee and I have to come back in to get it rectified. I have been told both times it's the generic chick fee for birds. However the customers are being over charged! I got $18 over charged the 1st time $13 the 2nd and $15 the 3rd time. This is not acceptable to the customers. This would had never been acceptable in the past I don't know why it is all of a sudden this year. They make me feel like a thief when I come in asking why I'm over charged. Please fix this before you loose another valuable customer.

Usually impressed by the price and quality but very disappointed this time.We have been buying our wood pellets here for a few years and the last couple times it has been worse as the pallets when taken apart the bags had been wet and pellet bags damaged. The last time we bought a pallet a couple weeks ago we had 10 bags that were damaged and pellets expanded and hard so they couldn’t be used. This was the most we have had damaged yet where as before it was a bag or two here and there so we didn’t complain until the last time.Mind you we live 45 min away in Webster NH and what an inconvenience to have to bring the 10 bags back to get new bags, that’s what we were told by the manager. So we did that but this time we are going to Ace instead and will pay a little more to get better quality.Just a disappointment and inconvenience!

Called the Rochester store to make sure we could buy in bulk (50 qty) for livestock panels and was told no problem because they have 250 panels BUT this issue would be that it was very “labor intensive” to load. A lot of hemming and hawing and really awkward. I thought a minute. Aren’t all stores equipped with a forklift? Asked for a manager and found out I was speaking with the manager. He did not encourage the sale. So, I called the Chichester store and spoke with a lovely person who verified availability, double checked pricing for me and also said loading would be NO PROBLEM!!! Because YES! All stores have forklifts. Will be driving the extra miles to give this store business. Wonderful customer service. It’s not easy to spend $1200 on our budget. Absolutely felt like a valued customer at the end of the call.

I wish there were one of these stores closer to me but this one isn't all that far. We went there to take advantage of Black Friday specials and it was pleasant. There were a good number of people there but nothing felt rushed or pushy. Hey had some really good unadvertised door busters and I bought more than I planned, haha - always a good sign there. As it turned out, the main thing we went there for was sold out but the staff was very helpful and gave us a rain check so we could get the item at the sale price when they got more. All in all, a good shopping experience in a well-stocked farm supply store with lots of extras.

Tractor supply is a great store until you need belts for your lawnmower that was purchased at tractor supply. Their website does not match with the store well and in result I had to get a belt that wasn't the correct size so I had to do some modifications to my deck to get it to work. The customer service took awhile but I have patience and respected them because the last thing they want to deal with is an angry customer that takes it out on them. The guy there was nice and like I said we did eventually find a belt, although not the right one, but it all worked out.

Awesome customer service by the young people here at Chichester, NH, on late afternoon Nov. 18, 2018! They were friendly, attentive, and went the extra mile to figure out my online order (which had arrived in 3 shipments, so it wasn't all on one invoice, a program design fail) and cheerfully lugged all those boxes and loaded up my car (and refused a tip). Your managers should be proud to have such genuine and dedicated workers in their employ!

I go to this tractor supply on a regular basis, they are good for odds and ends of hardware and occasional tools. Carry a good selection of horse, food and pet food. And yes, parts for my tractor!

This tractor supply is amazing due to the help we received from Ben and Zophia on Monday they were so knowledgeable and very helpful we have been there in the past and have never received the service we received on Monday!Ben has a great deal of knowledge of trailers and equipment we wish he was there Sunday 😔 we may not have bought the wrong parts and Zophia makes sure of items prices and had no problem checking on specific details for us so we will be back thank you both 😀

We drive Rte 4 almost daily and have driven past the Tractor Supply Co but never stopped until just this year. It's a really impressive store with an extensive inventory and a variety that'll suprise you. The parking lot is large, well lit & well maintained. There is a lot of inventory right in the lot. Things like lawn equipment, utility sport vehicles, grilling equipment & such. The inside is easy to browse. Lots of signage. Wide variety of items for every season. Everything from garden hoses to clothing. From lawn mower parts to soda. From fencing to salt licks. It's a really fun store to shop. Handicap friendly. Good staff. The kind of place where you end up spending money on things you were never so sure that you absolutely had to have until you laid eyes on them.

The manager of this store is a complete moron. I'm standing in line the cashier doesn't know how to do a special return calls the manager who yells across a line of about 10 people to just exchange it without paper work then tells all of us that the cashier knows how to get things done unlike the other smucks that work for him.This isn't the first time I have delt with this idiot I was looking for layer pellets one night and they only has crumbles I double checked with the cashier to make sure they had none out back this idiot came up front and told me that grains we're all the same and to take the crumbles. After almost 70 years of raising layers and broilers I have an idea of what I want and don't need to be told by some idiot what to get. The cashier apologized for her manager but I only go to this place when life gets in the way and it is my only choice. I don't recommend this store to anyone.

I come here for cat food. It's the only place that sells the kind of cat food my cat eats. I used to shop at tractor supply in Dover Delaware on a regular basis when I had a farm on the Eastern shore. I love the variety because they carry feed for all kinds of animals and livestock. They also have a good selection of hardware and parts and things that you might need on a farm or homestead. They do sell clothing there and they do have a section for unusual and unique gifts. You can also buy live baby chicks there at certain times of the year. I find this particular tractor supply store a bit crowded as far as the aisles go, so I would not consider it a very handicap friendly store, even though they have handicap parking outside.

Brought in a dog harness with tags to return/ exchange. No I didnt have the reciept the front clerk was very nice asked me to go what I wanted in its place( i was getting a leash) when I came back she apologized saying her manager told her I could not return it due to no reciept. . Never once was a gift card or store credit offered which is their policy per the web site. I was told I had to keep a harness that doesnt fit my dog.

Tractor Supply is a curious mixture of Home Depot and a farmers Grange. You can get almost any hand tool and power tool you could want. Only thing is your brand selection and it's capabilities will be limited. They also have a nice selection of dog and cat food / treats but they don't stop there. While I can't say too much about their other feeds for other types of animals, I know they often advertise for poultry. They also have, again limited, type of men's and women's clothing mainly for outdoor / gardening / farming. If you're looking for some motorized fun or outdoor, please check them out.
