I got my Abby bear last year on 6/12/23 at puppy palace. She was 9 weeks 6 days old day we brought her home. Today is her birthday she is big 1 year old today!! We went in that day last year just to see the puppies and play with them. Once I seen Abby my family and I instantly fell in love and I knew she was perfect fit for my family. I always wanted a Pembroke welsh corgi, she just suited our family so well. She loved us as much we loved her!! My family and I could not be happier!! Puppy palace staff were wonderful with her from day met her till day we got to take our fur baby home. They always kept everything so clean there. 🐾

I can't praise Puppy Palace enough. Unlike typical pet shops, it's impeccably clean with vigilant staff promptly cleaning up any accidents. There are gated areas for playing with the puppies, each thoroughly sanitized. The puppies, showcased in unique window displays, are listed with photos on their website. Each display is well-lit with controlled temperature settings for the pups' comfort. They have beds, toys and water at all times. All puppies are handpicked from local breeders. My pup was already ACA registered. We just had to contact ACA to change the name. The Puppy Palace staff is exceptional, welcoming, and genuinely caring. Even after bringing our pup home, they were delighted to see us return for our visit over a month later. I highly recommend Puppy Palace if you're looking for your next furry family member. Their care and hospitality are unmatched, and I'm grateful for their support throughout our journey.

After months of just playing with puppies, we met the most perfect boy. Everything we went in, the place was clean and the dogs were well cared for. The staff is kind and loves the dogs so much.We always asked who needed to play the most and we would take that puppy. One night, it was this guy. He was so loving and sweet. After a week of checking on him and visiting him again, I knew he was mine. The staff was amazing and never pushy. They were so excited when we finally met our dog and knew it.We had him meet our existing dog and to him home that night. The vet said he was a perfect boy and had never met a husky with such a great temperament.Thank you to Mike and Jack and all the others for being patient while we found our perfect boy!

Although this place is extremely clean. When they first opened, I was encouraged to come in and interact with the puppies which I loved. I was told that they needed socialization.However, I went in today to just look at the puppies, and to possibly hold a few as it is good therapy. I was told that I not only had to present a photo ID, but that I also had to pay five dollars per puppy to hold them.I don’t believe in buying from puppy stores, I suggest adoption. There are so many dogs out there in need of a good home.But the fact of paying five dollars per puppy just to hold them is Ludacris.Last time I walk in there seems like the cash is more important.

The staff was kind and knowledgeable. They answered all of our questions and were great with our 4 year old. It was nice to be able to take our time and get to know the different puppies before we decide on a new addition to our family. The place was also very clean.

Place is always clean, staff is friendly, the pups are well loved and cared for. I love this model of the puppies being played with and loved daily over and over. You can see it really helps to socialize them for their forever home. We will be getting our pup from there this week! Great place, highly recommend.

This is a great place I recommend coming here. All dogs are super sweet, very clean environment and very professional staff can answer any of your questions. You can also pay 5 dollars and play with the puppy for as long as you want !

This place is great, staff is very nice and helpful. I have been multiple times to play with the puppies and they are always healthy and playful. When going into a place of business expecting for the business to do something for you, a fee of some sort should be expected. $5 to play with a dog which is intended to be sold is not going to break the bank and is in no way ridiculous. The people complaining about a charge to take a dog into a play pen obviously cannot afford to purchase or feed a dog so they have no business coming. I will keep coming to see the amazing dogs until I have a home that could support a dogs needs.

This is the only store I’ve been in who encourages play and is always so welcoming! Well worth the $5 to let the kids get their puppy fix and socialize the pups!

The love of my life (long hair chihuahua) I purchased here back in July of 2023. I have only positive things to say about this place and I recommend all my friends and family. I am so grateful to have found my best friend here. Thank you puppy palace & staff ❤️

We came in many times over weeks to visit puppies and play with them in an attempt to see which breed of puppy would he best for our daughter. The staff was great and talked to us about each puppy and were very patient when we kept switching puppies to play with and evaluate. We never were asked to pay a fee on weekends to play with them, as some shady reviews say here. We finally went in with the idea of one puppy but he was just not a good fit personality wise and then we found our perfect puppy...Elsa an Australian Shepherd. She was so gentle and calm. Financing was simple and they helped secure a 90 day no interest plan. The price was cheaper than all the breeders we checked for this breed online. When we picked her up a day later after she had to have her final vet check she was given a bath and ready for us. They work with the Merrimack Valley Veterinary Hospital for all of the dogs. We went to see them the day after for a free visit thanks to their arrangement with Puppy Palace. The Vet we got knew about Elsa and said she would not pick this place to work with if it were a mill or a shady place. She said they really get good puppies from breeders. Elsa had AKC paper work with lineage and I confirmed her lineage with AKC. From my experience they are a very conscientious place to get a puppy. Alot of the people with 1 star reviews here are shelter only pet owners and that is their choice. They should keep their agenda to themselves and let people be happy with what they want for a dog. I've had plenty of mutts from shelters who were a mess and didn't work well with families. Shelter rescues are nor for everyone. You do you and pick your fur baby your way.

This is the best activity ever! We got to play with the cutest of puppies. It's simple, you check in with ID, pay $5 per puppy play and there you go! It's an amazing place. The staff is friendly and the place is clean. Will definitely come back!

The puppy palace is a great place to come and spend time with puppies who might not get as much attention. All the puppies are great and fun to play with and I recommended coming anytime for some happy feelings or to purchase a dog to take home. The place is well maintained and I always see many dogs getting loved.

The staff was very friendly and able to answer any question we had. All of the puppies seemed very happy and their containment areas were all very clean and appropriately sized. We did not find our new companion today but will definitely be returning to keep checking.

My girlfriend and I came in with time to kill and wanted to play with some puppies. Come to find out they had a sweet girl waiting for us!Cheeto was new to the store and was waiting for her forever home and we just so happened to come in at the right time to fall in love with her.Within 2 hours my girlfriend and I were picking names and frantically trying to piece together how we were going to bring this amazing 8 week old Mini Aussie into our home. The staff at Puppy Palace were so beyond wonderful and supportive of our dream and helped us set up a payment arrangement. Before we knew it we were ready to take our little girl home.We decided to name her Abby and she is such a big piece of our family now and we couldn’t be more grateful!

I just got my golden retriever Milly from the Puppy Palace in Manchester. She is perfect! I love the fact that all the pups are in their own temperature controlled space, that a vet is on location and checked her out for a clean bill of health, that the pups are played with on a daily basis until they find their forever home and are well loved by the staff. It is evident, not only from my visits there before I got Milly, but also by the way she integrated into our family so quickly. I’ve been to “pet stores” before and this experience is so different. Thank you for my girl. We just love her to pieces!

We have not purchased a puppy from here. But the kids love coming here to see the puppies. Place is always clean and they clean up and sanitize after each puppy to ensure the puppies safety. I think they are now charging $5 to visit with a puppy.
