It was great to have so many team members available to assist us with our needs!! The Customer Service area needs to have better/ proper signage to where the line begins. We came into the store from plywood/contractor door and needed to return an item and the customer service person yelled at us that we were not in the proper line!

Store usually has all your needs covered. Staff is usually knowledgeable and helpful. Finding them though usually takes some effort. Return policy is good. Isles sometimes get blocked by ladders and boxes (see pictures). Self checkout is streamlined. Especially appreciate the removable barcode scanner.

As you would expect from a large store, friendly and knowledgeable staff (if you can find one, or find one not otherwise engaged). If they don't know something about your needs, they will usually bring in another employee of better knowledge in your area of need (if they can find one, or find one not otherwise engaged). The store is well supplied, cleanliness is a major focus. Prices are comparitive for the industry.

Love Home Depot. Currently converting an old timber frame horse barn into a house and I’ve been to Home Depot more times in the last 6 months than all my life combined. They have just about everything, and very reasonably priced. I recently ordered attic stairs for $109. They’re wonderful. Tools, lumber, electrical supplies, and even a few houseplants. 😁

Wow, I spent 3600 on a four appliance package deal. Supposed to be delivered December 29 delivery came there were two fist punch holes in the front of the fridge so of course I’m not gonna accept it. I return it and now they’re telling me it’s a month out till I get the appliance!! Why does the customer service suck?!? I spent such hard earned money on those appliances and these people act like it’s no big deal.

Rent at own risk - if you can....Went to rent one of the towable boom lifts from the parking lot and was told it was "too dark" and I had to come back in the morning to rent. I was told they opened at 6am for rentals. In Dec, it is just as dark at 530pm as it is at 6am - and when I mentioned this, I was told it's corporate policy not to rent after dark in the evenings.When I went back in the morning (just as dark btw) - this time I was told it was "too cold" to rent a lift. The lifts have "summer batteries and summer hydraulic fluid" so they won't work when it's cold. Seriously?Hydraulic fluid works in airplanes to -18degC.... it was about 3degC....Still needing a lift, I went to a competitor, rented the EXACT same model & make of lift - and it works just fine in the cold.I would love to know what "summer hydraulic fluid" is and where to get in on this scam.Good luck if you're renting equipment here!

I bought a lighted santa with sleigh and two raindeer for 200 bucks, went to set it up and it was made so cheap and flimsy its not worth 15 bucks dont you screen what you sell...im bringing it back never ever again....I am pissed.

Nobody could find the 90 bags of rubber mulch that was somewhere in the store. Customer Service was puzzled as they could see it in the inventory. Enter Dolores the Home Depot problem solver. She located it on the top rack and retrieved it. Went back to Customer Service and was offered an expedited checkout and my Military discount.

Great place to stop by for building needs like lumber, roofing, cement, and also tools hand and power tools. Bath and kitchen needs too. Appliances and plumbing goods.

**BUYER BEWARE** Ordered a $3500 door from them , after months of delays and poor communication it finally came in . The compensated us $500 because of the issues. Fast forward to having it installed the door is defective and leaks water every time it rains. Called the store to have it resolved and come to find out the compensation they issued was so they can wash their hands with any and all issues of the product sold. Very shady practice honestly. Now I’m out $3k and water damages to my house. Can’t even get a response from the vendor for a warranty because it took so long to get the door from Home Depot it is now outside my 90 day period: thanks Home Depot

The worse customer service EVERY TIME, asking for help it’s like pulling teeth.90% of employees will have an attitude like they do not want to be there at all.I don’t expect a 5 star service but I also didn’t want to feel bad for asking a question or two.They used to be a really nice place to go to.That’s long gone.

Felt like the employees here were more trying to keep an eye on me then they were trying to help me lol but I couldn't find what I was looking for even though online it said they would have it... Ultimately ended up at Walmart and found it for about 20 dollars less so woot! 😎

I usually love Home Depot and have been using them for my moving needs without issue for years (but that ends today). We had a rental scheduled a month in advance and they canceled it less than a day before we were scheduled to pick it up. Thanks to Uhaul on S Willow we are still able to do our move but I am less than impressed with Home Depot’s “reservation” system. Look elsewhere for your moving needs!

Went into the store at 11:30am to purchase a grill, gave a will call pickup time of 5:30. Arrived back at the store at 5:35, and the order had not been pulled yet. Waited half an hour to be brought the display grill that had clearly been left out during heavy rain and was dirty and rusted. We had not asked for an assembled grill, and requested that they pull one in a box that didn't look used. 15 minutes later we finally received that grill and a halfhearted apology. We dealt with 6 employees during our visit, none seemed to have any idea what was happening and none seemed inclined to actually interact with us or each other. The whole mess could have been avoided if our order had been pulled properly to begin with.

I went in last week to ask for help finding parts to make an extension for my steam dryer hookup (long story due to Home Depot delivering and leaving me with a not fully hooked up dryer.)One of the male employees in the appliance section was extremely condescending. Pat (I believe was her name) ended up helping me to her best ability to find the right parts.I went home, put them all together and water leaked all over my basement, no matter how much we tightened everything.I wish the staff was a bit more knowledgeable.

My husband who is a disabled vet went in to purchase something. Went to the register and showed his picture military ID and the woman said she couldn’t give the discount because he had to have his phone. I signed him up months ago so she should have been able to look it up in your system. He doesn’t carry his phone all the time and told her that and she said, I can’t give you the discount. He left without buying anything. Lowes is our new go to home improvement store where we have no issues getting the military discount with just the ID. Your loss because we are in the middle of doing a complete bath remodel.

Customer service center gets 5 stars. But the flooring department is a joke (young woman was very nice but the rest were just miserable). People who don’t want to listen and are just having meltdowns and being rude. Got me the wrong carpet, I asked him to double check, he didn’t want to and what do ya know, he was way off. I get employers are desperate for help but damn, it would have been easier if I could just do it myself.

Went in to pick up an order I had placed. Unfortunately parts were missing. As I explained to Danielle at the counter the two closet organisers were two 84" towers that there was now way everything was there since the biggest box was 24".She agreed and we went through the boxes with more and then immediately called where the orders had been shipped from and a me order was being shipped. While there were customers behind me she did her best to serve them while helping me out with my issue.Thank you Danielle

We are currently held up on a remodel. The product looks great installed in our living room. The third party installers were mixed results, they could not communicate very well, but they were courteous and fast. The tile in bathroom was under ordered after their site survey team did not order enough. Now “they don’t carry the tile anymore” so our open closet in our bathroom has no floor! You go to get help and they tell you they have it in stock in another store and it will ship tomorrow, then they don’t have it and passively email you a cancelled order. You go to return some of the products they shipped you (way oversold on caulking, and several other materials, but hilariously were a whole box short of special order tile!) and it takes literally one hour to return it because “they can’t find the order”. We are told we “should have ordered 10% more than we thought we would need” and had to again explain we had all this measured, estimated and installed by HD. We are told we will get a call back after they attempt to locate the tile and five days later, still no call! It’s classic Home Depot. And the sales person from flooring who set all this up is now in millwork!

I love the Rigid and Ryobi tools. I don't think I've ever had a failure with a power tool and my 20 year old Rigid Shop vac is still going strong, despite being abused occasionally.If their corporate credit card gave a discount, I would shop here more often, but Lowe's often wins by offering the 5% discount on all purchases.
