Echoing what has been said prior. I never leave reviews, but things at this location have prompted me to. This pharmacy used to be good, Im not sure what changed, nor is that my job to figure out. Biggest gripe is the customer service. The phones will ring and then kick you back to the main menu. Seemingly anytime I call. I've noticed long slow lines in the store, with this poor woman scurrying back and forth between two registers. Really needs some shoring up, Ill be looking for a better run pharmacy.

My husband went to Rite Aid Mast Rd. today, Feb 22 to pick up prescriptions in which I had 2. He texted me to tell me there was only one and the other did not even show up as pending. I reached out to my PCP and they said it was called in on Feb 19. So I called and spoke to a pharmacist at around 3:45, wish I got his name. He was very condescending and told me I already had a prescription of what was being refilled and should have plenty left which I did, and then he mentioned something about the 27th. Yes, I told him I was leaving on the 27th for a month and the refill was covering that. He then asked me when I was leaving and I said the 27th, he said then come on the 26th and they will be ready. Not sure why that was not relayed to my husband?! It's not that I'm trying to take advantage. I have been to my PCP, Dermatologist, Naturopath, LMT, Acupuncturist, I exercise regularly, eat organic and grass-fed, doing my best!! Insurance is making me wait 6 weeks for possible pharmaceuticals that could help. Maybe this is why Rite Aid is failing? (I'm flaring going on 3 months. Atopic dermatitis) Do not judge me until you have walked in my shoes.Went back today as we were told to on February 26th at 3:30pm, got to the counter and my husband was told that the prescription was not ready and they had to fill it. I guess the pharmacist that I spoke to on the 22nd wasn't reliable, very concerning as he is responsible to fill people's prescriptions. Guess it's time to change my pharmacy.

I’ve been going to this Rite Aid for the last year or so and they have been great up until a few months ago. Every time I call it just rings and rings until it tosses me back into the main menu. I’m constantly having to call because my medication won’t get filled if I don’t.I only get one med from here and need to use GoodRX, but they always run it through my insurance when I have asked them not to several times. So when I go and get the medication, it’s trying to charge me $180+ and I get to wait around for 20-30 minutes for them to change it and re-run it.Even though my doctor has my prescriptions dated and scheduled, they won’t fill it until I’m on the phone with them and ask them to fill it. That issue combined with the fact that no one answers the phone means I’m going days without my medication because I can’t get in contact with anyone there.The people there are (mostly) nice enough, but the lack of response and support is awful.

Pharmacy is awful continuously says they will order a medication only to never actually order it causing patients to go days without. The staff need to work on their communication between each other and the different shifts and the pharmacists need more training to learn how to run a pharmacy and how to actually help patients. Nothing but ignorance and negligence.

I have been going to this Rite Aid for years. The past few months I have had nothing but trouble with them. It is like they are lazy & don’t want to do their job along with terrible customer service skills. They have very long waits to have your meds to be filled. Sometimes hours. They do not fill medications when the insurance won’t pay for it because it needs a prior authorization. They have not been notifying doctors concerning this. If a med can not be filled for any reason at all they have always filled it anyways, giving you the cash price with their discount cost. Instead they don’t & when my mother goes to pick it up, they tell her that the insurance won’t fill it at 6pm when they have had it since the previous days. She tells them I need it. They say I don’t know. So I call them & ask them why you haven’t filled it with the discount price so I can make the decision if I am going to pay for it or wait for insurance. They immediately check for me and tell me the price and I have to tell them to fill it. It is a prescription they know I have been taking for years & know I can’t go without. They know me well there. So they play dumb with my mom & we’re just lazy on the phone with me. I am changing pharmacies. I am going to travel further to get my meds. That is how bad this pharmacy has gotten. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone at all. Very bad business with no customer skills at all.

I hate leaving negative reviews, but they are clearly one of the stores closing. I recommend changing pharmacies if this is the one you use

Use the drive through pharmacy today. Used my debit card and they never returned it. They REFUSED to do more then list a few papers. We had to ask for the manager to review them tapes. Guess what... It doesn't show him adding my card to the bad just a receipt. Manager says she's can't did anything about it. The pharmacy here STOLE my card. Not sure if they thought I wouldn't notice and wanted to use it. But I am sure there's something going on here. I'm pretty sure they are stealing from people.

First visit my prescription is out of stock. Don't know when they'll get it, no offer to check other locations. Instead of sitting around guessing, the next day I transfer it to Walmart myself and they have it ready in a few hours. Not impressed with rite aid. On a positive note, the store was almost empty, no waiting.

Everyone I've come in contact with at this Pharmacy has been incredibly helpful and friendly. When I check out at the pharmacy I always feel like the technitions go out of their way to be friendly and make sure you understand the medication you're getting.

It feels like every time I come here I have issues. Today it was not being able to hear my name and telling me my meds were not ready as they mis heard me 3 times. That was after almost giving me someone else's meds and questioning whether or not my dob was in fact my dob. Other times I've gone there after my doctors call in meds to find that nothing has been done yet. There was even one time where I was given the wrong amount of pills as they did not take the time to question the amount my doctor wrote. (She wrote that I was to take 3 pills for 10 days... they gave me a total of 10 pills... for an antibiotic.) Oh how I wish there was another pharmacy closer to me that would not force me to drive 30 minutes out of my way so that I could switch away from this place.

Was there earlier today, picking up meds, pharmacy is very helpful ALL shifts. Store personal is also helpful. I am so glad I left Walgreens. NO REGRETS. Would recommend this store to anyone.

Tell me to wait for my second dose 30min and pharmacist didn't even say no word for 1hr 30min give me walking appointment for today on first dose of Covid and today his like you if you don't have appointment then you might have to wait 30min I didn't wait on first walking 3 weeks ago big big poster outside waking for vaccine learn first 30min or 2hr ?

Thank you for not letting me know you ran out of vaccine doses. Waste of my sick leave and in a blizzard no less! The fact that on top of all of that the pharmacists were condescending and blamed me for their fault of running out of doses is pathetic. Go elsewhere for anything.

Only been going here since howes pharmacy closed. Been to the pharmacy three times in two weeks to pick up a prescription. All three times ive been told I need to come back cause its not ready. Ridiculous
