Stopped in to get a small screw and washer for my son’s lacrosse helmet/throat guard. The two gentleman that helped me were fantastic! I didn’t really know what I needed. They took right over -got the right screw and fixed the helmet for me. So friendly and helpful!! You don’t get this kind of service in the big box stores. So important to support small businesses!!!

My basement flooded due to the three inches of water from Sunday’s storm . I always turn to LeBlancs who also was flooded . The owners two sons dropped everything to help me . One son even drove to Merrimack to pick me up a pump . The other son took my info and called me so I went back over to pick up the pump . I wasn’t surprised as I have always have gotten the best service always with a smile . Mr. Leblanc must be smiling down from heaven on his two grandsons ! Thank you all for always being so courteous !🙏

Knowledgeable, friendly, and affordable! Came in for a car key copy after the Honda dealership quoted me $200 and was able to get my key copied for over 60% less. I love this place and the people who work here :)—One year later-Regularly come back for household needs and they have phenomenal customer service every time. Always helpful advice, no pressure to upsell things you don’t need-just genuinely want to help you find what you need to get the job done!

A great alternative to big box hardware stores with self checkout point of purchase. Good luck at Home Depot if you have a question because the employees can't legally drink yet and they know more about K-Pop than lumber.Leblanc's has been there forever. Great location, S. Willow St traffic suqs.

Descent selection given the size of store. I just wish they would get rid of the franchise, and just leave it as Leblanc's.The inflation is ridiculous. $24-27 for a $6-8 chisel found at Home Depot. Come on!But, the staff is friendly and courteous and for the most part, knows inventory.

Went there with my daughter to get painters tape and keys made and the man who works the floor was absolutely amazing. His energy was contagious and he has my daughter laughing at his magic tricks and jokes the whole time we were thereHe even gave her a set of play keys. Thank you for being so amazing.

Knowledgeable, friendly service with everything you need. The only place to go if you have an older home or rental property. They have everything for the old steam heat, after thought showers, and always fix my screens and windows quickly and for a fair price. The big box stores can’t compete with this place.

I had to get some custom cut plexi glass for the top of my desk and I brought my 3 year old daughter in with me. The men at Leblancs, both George and Rick made our trip so special.Not only did George take extra care while following my paper bag desk template, but Rick spent time with my daughter, showing her the excitement of magnifying glasses, key rings and other trinkets that you’d find around the store. They were all so kind and fun.It took about 45 minutes from start to finish and I was so thankful for the entertainment and education my daughter received, especially in a world where kids are viewed as an inconvenience!

As a home owner and woodworker, if you're like me, I often think "I'd like to support a local business, but only a big box home store will have everything I need." But you know what? Leblanc has it. When I call, they always have what I need. And there's always someone offering to take me right to what I am there for. There's no reason to go to the big guys. Shop here!

In my opinion, this place is ok. Good parking. Incredible staff ready to help. Great alternative to box stores. Some very uniqje hardware supplies and hard to find items. Its worth the trip just to peruse and look at all their stuff. It is getting a little pricey.

This business is a treasure. They have the best kowledgble customer service in town for all technical issues in relation to home maintenance and repairs. Also, they have an amazing key service at a fraction price of a locksmith service. My Honda's key with a code, cost at their location only 1/3 of the dealer price.
