Usually a good place, unfortunately they hired some old hag who really hates having to work. I went there on January 24,2024 around 2 pm and tried to go to register 1 because the light was on and someone was standing at the register, as I go to put my items on the belt the hag says " um no way,go to 3" so I go to register 3 just to be told to go to 1, so back to 1 I go,there was another customer ahead of me and the hag says " it's gonna be a minute" the customer says "okay" the hag starts bitching " I don't know why everyone is standing here,this is ridiculous" as she's rolling her eyes and giving the stink eye. Now, I could be wrong but I'm pretty sure people were waiting to check out because the light is on, she's standing there, and she's the cashier. Of course she doesn't have a name tag on , probably because she's so terrible at her job that they don't want people to be able to identify her on surveys. She's old,she was wearing a red flannel and she's just so miserable you can't miss her. Sad that they hired her because usually it's a good place to shop.I just left my stuff and walked out,I didn't feel like dealing with the hag.

It depends on which dollar tree store u go 2. DONT EVER go 2 the one on south willow. The manger expects u 2 put ur personable property were any one can walk right out the store with. I tried 2 explain that there was personal stuff in my autistic cousins backpack she was rude and did not care I have epilepsy and she is has asbugers so we dont drive so we have to carry our stuff we were doing laundry and a little shopping like we do every month not no more the manger called the police told us we cant come back. WOW! Because u dont have a safe place 2 put our personal belongings. That's ridiculous. Dont worry Id never givee u my bussiness again i even took pictures of people who had the same backpacks while waiting for the police because she said we had to leave

Most disgusting unorganized dollar tree. Smells like people are smoking in the building. Stuff all over the floor. No organization or recovery. Cashier had greasy unwashed hair and dirty clothes. No customer service at all. Asked if they had something they carried before. Told they never carried it... This place needs a manager that takes pride in their store... its very clear this store has been without direction for aome time and is run by kids or crack addicts....

The Dollar Tree located on Valley and Wilson in Manchester is my favorite store. Lyne the manager who works there. I notice she works alot of hours and her butt off in that store to make sure its stocked and cleaned and ready for the customers. I appreciate her dedication and loyalty to her job and a smile for her customers! She deserves a promotion soon. Just saying...

The store, unlike many other Dollar Trees, has a very nice selection of the stuff they're selling. I spent $27 there which is probably the greatest amount I ever spent in ANY dollar store. And I didn't even go to a half of the isles! A bit dusty around the entrance, but, honestly, I don't judge a discount shop by the same standards as, say, Macy's or Nordstrom. And the cashier was a nice girl who double bagged my purchases because they were heavy, even I didn't ask her to.

Some common items are out frequently because of O'Biden and his policies that have tied up deliveries of all kinds. I think that the price increase is a bit steep (25% increase) way more than the cost of living increase. Was an increase warranted? Yes but 25% is too steep in one jump. They also have much cheaper bagging for u r purchases-paper thin and rip easily. They need to get different size bags for purchases also. Good and diverse selections. Prices for u r everyday product use is unbeatable still.

Great place with great prices. Unfortunately I believe it should be changed to the $1.25 store. Because of everything going up in price they have finally resorted to raising their price from $1 to $1.25 for most of their merchandise.

Definitely not the best Dollar Tree. Oddly enough the selection seems to have decreased in most of their stores since they became the dollar and a quarter tree

Super convenient new location within walking distance! clean and neat store with many brands and hundreds of goodies we can all use on a daily basis! I love DollarTree. It is definitely the place to go when you have a tight budget or just want to take advantage of a bargain! Awesome!

Fairly new facility. Large location. Groceries and frozen foods are sold here. This particular Dollar Tree does NOT have the carts with the giant pole. So, if you get a lot of items, you can actually use the cart to take them to your car. I recently moved and this is my new go-to local Dollar Tree.

Poorly stocked, empty boxes. Stock not put away. Cashier was reasonably friendly and efficient. Will return because it is convenient. Hope they clean up their act

Most shelves were half way empty and place had stuff all over the floor. It was disgusting visually. Cashier seemed a bit out of it. Really blends into the area. Quite a lack of pride for their store.

This store is not one of my favorites it's always very dirty and nothing on the shelves it's just very unorganized.The one good thing I will say is the people that work at this store are always very nice.

No one seemed to know what they doing. Saw employees look like they were shopping instead of either help customers or doing checkout. Took a cashier to yell thru store to get some to open 2 line when there was 10 people deep

Actually like this Dollar Tree alot! The location isnt the best but the employees always make it worth going to this location. I stop at this location all the time and every single time I pop in the employee at the register says hello and smiles.

They hardly have anything stocked. The cashiers are rude as hell mean mugging and all. They rip up your receipt before even asking you if you want it. ( I track my spendings) Therefore I couldn't because I don't have my ripped up receipt . Won't be going there anymore

Can't beat the prices for certain items, especially cleaning, bath, and certain household products. Very limited food selection but perfect when you're in a pinch for something and don't want to pay full service grocery store prices.

I enjoyed shopping at this one they had tons of seasonal decorations plus tons of other stuffThe only thing is the 2nd St. Store is SOOO Much Bigger with much more merchandise to choose from. 😊

It's okay they can't really keep up with the demand of people's needs. They run out of things all the time which is frustrating. They have had a major staff change which has been great. The new staff is very friendly.

Me and my friends got kicked out for nothing or because "we put things up our shirts" we didn't do that we were looking around. This crazy old lady was following us we think she didn't like us so she lied.
