The manager hates his job. I came in to exchange 2 items that were faulty with a receipt and the cashier was unsure if they could even do a refund or exchange even though i had the receipt for the items purchased from the day before the manager okay'd it and than reprimanded me because i threw away the stickers on the packaging and that he didn't have to honor a return or exchange because of this. I did not realise the receipt doesn't show the UPC and they would need the UPC from the original sticker to plug into the register for the exchange so I apologised and let them know it was dully noted for the future. The manager aggressively threw away the items that I was exchanging into the trash as he was pissed he had to go and grab a new item to get the UPC. Honestly if you hate people so much i'd recommend a job where you don't have to deal with customers. Never shopping at this location again your welcome I'm doing you a favor one less customer to deal with.

Very big. Toilet paper shelf took a hit 🎯. Neat and tidy inside. Looking for one item, couldn't find it. Depending on when you visit, parking 🅿️ could be challenging. Facemasks required.

I have been to many Dollar tree stores and I can say for sure . This one is the best of the best . They crew had product out on the floor and where it belonged . Not on U Boats like most have . The store was spotless and the product was so well organized . I made it a point to tell the clerk how I felt . I will make sure this is my go to store from now on 5 stars to the managers and crew ,great job. Hookset NH you rock

The $1.25 Tree still has good deals. Some things are clearly not worth the price but other things are still well below grocery or department store price. Always fun(ny) to look through the book section and see what weird novels and self help books are hanging out for an affordable price. If you are buying cards this is probably the cheapest place I know of... 50 cents a card. I personally do not buy much food from here unless the ingredients seem pretty innocent. Great place to look for a deal!

Tried to find a way to review this location via their own website but didn't have any luck. My receipt doesn't have a survey code at the bottom. This store is the cleanest and most tidy Dollar Tree I've ever seen. Totally gobsmacked. Our cashier, Sarah, was effing delightful and upbeat. The Hooksett location is closer to me, but I definitely now prefer this one. A+

Dollar Tree was wonderful. The store was neat and clean and they seemed to offer better quality merchandise than others I have been to. The cashier was friendly and personable.

Visited an hour ago. They make you wear a mask or you can't go in because of covidBUT, THEY DON'T WASH CARTS. Doesn't make since.People still touch themselves, go to the bathroom while in the store touching everything in site. People still don't wash their hands after visiting lavatory to this day. What in God's name do you think your preventing

As always,bright, clean and every shelf stocked to the max.a nice plus for the DW hooksett store is its public bathroom always open and wonderfully clean.staff continues to be, hardworking, polite and helpful. Always a pleasure to shop, DW hooksett store.

An employee at this location (Michael) sexualized and made inappropriate comments about my 14 year old daughter while she was at the recently opened store in our neighborhood with a friend. I contacted the store immediately and spoke with the assistant manager. She was very receptive and as disgusted as I was. I left her my name and phone number and today the store manager contacted me. Again, he was very helpful and understanding of the situation. He informed me that at this time “mike” would be receiving a final written warning. It surprised me that this employee was not fired and from what I gather from the manager it seems that due to corporate protocol he is unable to fire this employee. This leads me to believe that Dollar Tree condones this sort of behavior from their employees on a corporate level. I am disappointed in this outcome and hope that this review can warn other parents and maybe open the eyes of upper management to what their policies allow.

While I was able to pick up a few pieces of new fall decor, I was disappointed that there wasn't the variety that know is available for fall by looking on Dollar Tree's website. I wish all the DTs would step up!

Website and everything associated with this store says doors open at 8am for business. Store is not open at 830am sign on door says 9am open time why is there an hour discrepancy here? Not very good for business!!!
