One of the more spacious Dollar Tree's I have visited. The store looks well maintained and the shelves were decently stocked. The refrigerated foods section is divided by prices. From $1.25 to $5. They also sell gift cards. Service was good.Plenty of plaza parking 🅿️.

I went in to purchase a cheap strainer, boxes scattered everywhere like usual. So I as I head to get one two employees came up instead of saying hey we closed this isle down employee Robbin decided to say get another shopping cart to block isle as people can’t read. Yes I didn’t see a sign that was tapped on a handle of a cart normally when I see carts like this at DS it’s clearance so yes my bad. Then I head to register she goes what ever someone falls it’s in them and was so rude about it while checking another costumer out and carrying a loud conversation with a coworker. Store probably should be audited and retrained on costumer services techniques.

So I have to say a few months ago this store looked really good and all of the lady's that had been working there r gone. And I'm sry but this store now looks like a dump. There were boxes everywhere, u can't find anything. There was a guy just sitting on the floor looking in a box of stuff he had to put out but wasn't. And another that decided that he would take a black marker and draw all over his arms and then rub it all over his face. W just way to much Energy and not getting anything done. Had customers waiting in line too long. What look to be the manager outside having the cigarette break. And one of the days I ran in and tryed looking for something and told the girl at the Register. The store was a mess and couldn't find anything. She just shrugged her shoulders and ignored me. I personally used to run a dollar tree and this is just bull wat this store looks like right now and the fact that they have a crew that can't do there jobs. I'll have to b going to another dollar tree from now on cuz wats the point

This store is run by a friend of mine from my gymAnytime you can save money on everyday items that you use is a plus. We are all consumers so purchasing cleaning products and over the counter allergy medicine allows us to save money compared to the big box stores.Thank you for those savings as well as excellent customer service

I would like to commend the management here the store was well stocked and very clean but most of all the customer service was the best I've seen in a long time. I got some stuff that I needed. They aren't always well stocked in all items at all locations. I found 90% of what I was looking for during this visit.Edit: Meh, There were a few things that I looked for, but not most or all of them. You have to go to several to numerous locations to find a lot of things. The buying agent at this business (as a whole) needs to do much better and keep things stocked. There were MANY empty shelves, and I mean bare shelves without a single thing on them. It really is too bad.

I do like this store, it’s across the street from me so it’s very close..making it my go to store. I shop here almost everyday. It is a bit messy in some aisles especially the books, it’s a nightmare but otherwise generally the staff is nice, they tend to run out of items occasionally but it is what it is. I’ve had very, very few “bad” experiences here so for how much I shop at this location? Pretty good.Brii Mariie💋j

Been shopping here since the day it opened. This dollar tree is the best one in the area. The management team us on point and keeps the shelves stocked and in pristine order. This is in stark difference to the other dollar tree stores in the area. I buy lots of things here for my personal life and my business. They offer online ordering and in store pick up for large quantities. The only down side is they don't get the full assortment of products other dollar trees do.

Cheap products, but hardly ever stocked or organized, there are usually long lines with 1 register open, and boxes everywhere, blocking aisles. On several occasions I have personally encountered catty behavior from a particular employee who claimed to be management when I wanted to make a complaint on her behavior (Amber). The manager Adam is super friendly, and has excellent customer service. I love the Dollar Store but will be searching for a different location.

The new re opening of the store was a breathe of fresh air! It was the cleanest I've ever seen the store and also so organized! I hope it remains this way! More selections were a plus and the seasonal section is a must visit.

Love shopping at this Dollar Tree location! The store is always clean and the employees are always willing to help if need be. I've left this location with a smile every single time I've shopped here thanks to the employee's.

My sister in law was tryna waste some time and she decided to go into dollar tree to look around she totally forgot to bring a mask into the store and the manger was so rude my sister in law asked for a mask because she didn’t have one on her and the Manager was so rude she told her she couldn’t buy anything from the store and Tyne she said that she could walk around the store without a mask but not buy anything then she said I don’t have time to disenfect everywhere you go you need to leave. I will never come here again my sister law was treated so badly by JC the assistant manager me and my family have shopped here for years.and I can not believe the attitude that she gave my sister in law, this is unbelievable!!!

They did have what i wanted but there customer service is horrible. My chip didn't read right away and the cashier ripped it out of hand. Then asked if they had a restroom. She made a noise a grunting noise and rudely said no. So bad service i will never ever go back to that store. The store manager should be ashamed. Make the whole staff take training class and learn what customer service is and means

Dollar tree where I live is a diamond in the rough! Simple things that I would get at the convenience store or supermarket and pay more for i get here for a buck! 1 liter of Pepsi or Mountain Dew, Utz Potato Chips, even certain toilet paper. Since its close to my house it's perfect! Also, the people who work there are all nice people!

They are very sweet kind and always so helpful and not one bad experience yet... Which now a days that's unheard of, I am beyond happy for the ability to get decent things at the low price of a dollar!!!! Can't get that anywhere else that I know of!!!!!! I love it especially at Christmas time and birthday's considering I have 7 kids this store is a place the kids and I can go wild n not feel like we are going to be hurting over it :) :) :) Thank you guys keep up the good work!!!! I would give it five stars but there are a few things I wish u had on hand in larger bottles like dish n laundry soap and more toys that don't break so easily... That's the bummer part :(:(:(:( Other then that u guys r great!!!!

Not too many fall decor items yet, but I'm hopeful. I wish the seasonal plaques didn't have GLITTER! And I wish there were more flowers and especially GREENERY like boxwood, lambs ear, and eucalyptus!

Everyone there is wonderful except ONE employee, didn't catch her name but I'm sure she gets a lot of complaints. She's an older woman who's a bit shakey. She's extremely rude to everyone. Last time I went there my son was having a temper tantrum and she said he's not well behaved And kept grumbling under her breath- she is a miserable employee and you can tell she hates her job. This time I was there the register kept messing up saying my card was ebt even tho it was debit obviously not my fault but she kept saying ugh here we go again, getting Angry with me and the situation. Eventually one of the professional nice employees came over to help, think he was the manager but If I were the manager I would fire her immedietley because she's going to chase customers away with her nasty attitude. The store itself is AWESOME - as well as the other employees they're super helpful, but because of this one employee I am forced to give only 2 stars.

This is my favorite dollar tree in Manchester to go to tbh. Cleanest and better service except the manager I think it is and one associate. Everyone else is amazing

I love the dollar store because it has many choices of the things that you might need I always go there even if I don't need anything because I always end up getting something because they have something new all the time which is amazing.
