The item we couldn't find anywhere else (locally or on-line) for a reasonable price was available for immediate pick up. The store personnel were great, the process of purchasing the item on-line was easy and ensured that the item was actually available, not just a line on an inventory sheet, and the pick-up process took no time at all to complete. This store (Winchester, NH) is what a hardware store should be, but there aren't many of this caliber left. This store and our purchase both rate A+!

Friendly people had what I needed. Good loading area for a trailer, that back lot was clean, I wasn't worried about picking stuff up in my tires the way I would be at places with smashed pallets and stuff.

I ordered a Weber grill online because there was a $45 discount for order online/pickup in store. I live in MA but chose the Winchester store because it's just over the state line and saves me the sales tax. Grill was ready to go on time as promised when I arrived. Super helpful staff, took care of me right away. I had completely forgotten Aubuchon does free assembly also. I was expecting them to help me load a box in the truck, and wouldn't have minded assembling it myself, but they had one already put together, and offered me that instead. Bonus! Thanks, guys!

If you've ever watched the TV show Cheers, that is what it's like at the Aubuchon Hardware store in Winchester, NH. It appears as though they know everyone's name who comes in the store. No wonder they keep coming back. They have a little of everything you need, not to mention expanded lines of things you really need. Besides being extremely friendly even to a newcomer such as myself, they are well stocked. Great job guys!!!
