Every step of the adoption went very well! Ladies we met were great! Very knowledgeable and caring about their pets, wanting to be sure we would fit well together! We adopted Nicholas in December and as you can see he (and us) has become very comfortable ❤️ Oops! Sorry can’t get a picture posted! But he is sleeping on his back with his paws above his head!

By far this is the place to look for a furever home. The 🐈 there are so well taken care of. I really enjoyed my time in the play room watching them play together .Soon I will hopefully be bring home two of them.Everyone there are so helpful and friendly. I didn't feel rushed at all. River Valley is staffed with incredibly selfless, dedicated and caring volunteers. I could not have asked for a better adoption experience. My sweet tabby, now 3.5 years old, was just a little ball of fur when we gave him his forever home. Having been given ample time and space to get to know him (and vice versa), we left confident that our little guy was a good match. I highly recommend RVAP!
