Received a promotional flyer for vehicle inspection. When I stopped in, I was greeted quickly in a clean and welcoming entry /customer waiting area. The service writer was prompt, asked a few questions about the vehicle and was able to schedule next day service and even offered a ride back to my home.Dropped off the vehicle and got a ride home from a very nice young lady. I received an email regarding the work done, any areas of concern, and mechanics notes while the vehicle was being serviced.Once completed, I got a phone call and a prompt return to the shop.I will be using them again.

I'm very happy with J.S. Automotive and will continue to use them in the future. The mechanics do excellent work, and communicate quickly and effectively, with pictures of the problems. The entire team gives positive vibes. They offer free loaners, a must for me; repairs come with a warranty, and service includes a complimentary car wash.

Friendly staff I dealt with Shiloh very nice and helpful for the most part. had my car quickly in and out for a look over for inspection. Didn’t get inspection there though for 2 reasons. Reason 1 is because they had tried to charge me me over $900 dollars for a muffler and install that is able to be gotten for $350 dollars from the parts stores. And there is no pipe bending or anything because it is sold pre bended with the pipe so all you gotta do is weld it on. Might of looked at the wrong one. But explained the correct muffler for car. And the 2nd reason is because was told my back window tint was illegal for inspection it’s not super dark btw. And so I thought to myself it can’t be so I asked a NH state police officer and he looked and said there is no way that tint is illegal at all.

This automotive place is the absolute best in Vermont! I'm from North Carolina, was traveling in Vermont when my van broke down. I called and they sent the tow truck and had the chance to look at it the very next morning and have it fixed for me by 11am do I could head home! They are so friendly and their customer service was top notch. The waiting area was nice with a comfy couch, coffee and water and a TV to help pass the time. If you are in Vermont/New Hampshire near Charlestown and need help with your vehicle I recommend JS Automotive 100%!

This is Ken, Amanda's boyfriend. You all did an excellent job on her 2009 Elantra. Way better than the hyundai dealership here in Keene. Unfortunately the work needed was more than the car is worth so we ended up purchasing a new car for her. Thank you for all the great work and kindness you've shown. Horrible experience here. Went for a simple inspection. Long story short guy put my car in 4wd and my car is stuck in it and undriveable now. On top of trying to tell me that my car was so bad it needed 9000 dollars worth of work to be road worthy. Just had 2500 worth of alignment work and steering done in September and they listed every single thing that the garage replaced in september as to why it failed. Don't go here unless youhave a brand new car. And definitely don't leave your vehicle here without staying to to overlook your vehicle.

I had been getting mailers from J.S. Automotive since they opened in Charlestown. Luckily my car, bought used, has performed well and the first inspection had been done by the dealer. But now, a year later I needed an inspection, and J.S. seemed a good place to try to see if it would be a good place to go when I really needed work done. I passed the inspection, and that was good, but the detailed explanation of what I should be looking for in the future was what made me think that this was the place I would go when I needed work done.I just had my second inspection in as many years. They fixed the license plate lights which were out as I had discovered the night before when I was stopped and warned by the police in Bellows Falls that my license plate lights were out.
