Try using your rewards option on your app as I did exactly as instructed by the dollar general website and got screwed over at checkout at least five different times now which set me back on a fixed budget. How nice of them, huh?. Nobody in the store would call corporate and not one employee is trained to understand their stores app or anything important at all besides a simple return. Nobody cares what you want cause it's just a shift they want to get over with. They've lost my respect at this point. I don't think they're gonna see much more of me unless they fix this issue. Sorry not sorry to anybody who thinks differently. I'm just not impressed.

Always run into friendly faces at the checkout. The store is always well stocked and clean. No boxes in the isles, and the staff us knowledgeable. Tracy is one of my favorite cashiers :)

They need all new management before this store can function properly. High turnover. Don't expect to see the same faces more then a handful of times. Dollar General take note. There are problems in your store that are ongoing for well over a year. We prefer not going there if at all possible.

A smaller, cleaner, more modern version of the Ocean State Job Lot stores. Similar selections and comparable pricing. Many household supplies, craft, auto related items. A good selection of food, snacks and drinks (beer too) for a non-grocery specific type store.

Cashier that works like she's on her own time and insufficiently trained to operate a register. After 10 mins of standing at the register I decided I didn't need the item I was about to purchase that bad.

Had what I was looking for. I found the place disorganized the parking lot strewn with trash. The clerk was not friendly or helpful. Other staff were standing in front smoking. Employees should be out back doing that. Place seemed like a hangout not a place of business.

I got what I needed and more. As your store has more supply's of cleaning things I need. And the lady at register was wonderful. Very pleasant.

I understand this is a dollar store but the cashier had her phone on the counter.. with FB messenger up, messaging someone while ringing me up... how professional.. I guess you don’t have to have common respect when working at a dollar general.

I was DISCRIMINATINETED AGAINST BY THIS STORE and both their CASHIERS. BECAUSE I AM DISABLED ALSO BECAUSE OF MY CLOTHING. And Also because of MY Daughter because the Red Headed (Colored Red) Cashier hates my kid. MY LAYWERS HAVE BEEN CALLED AND I AM PERSONALLY PERUSING LEAGAL ACTION AGAINST THIS STORE. The Customer Service (Cashier's) called the OSSIPEE N.H Police on me cuz they thought I was messed up on drugs.. 1st off they shouldn't be POLICING their Customer's. SECONDLY I am Disabled and always have chronic Pain. Have been so since I was 4 yefars old. ALSO I was not and have not drove any vechile in 4 years do to my illness. I am disabled and will be for the rest of my life.

80% of employees try to be as helpful as they can be. My problem is with the coupon system! I've been couponing for quite a while and thier digital coupons rarely get it right!
