We were in a bind last minute for a wedding after our boarding plans fell through. We heard about lakes region pet resort through neighbors who highly recommended them! We called on the phone one week earlier than we needed boarding, knowing they likely wouldn’t be able to accommodate us since it was so last minute.Not only did they accommodate us, but they got our girls in for an earlier start time so we could make all of the wedding activities. They ensured the dogs were up to date on vaccinations (which we appreciate!) and asked about each dogs temperament and habits to be sure they were exercised with “like” dogs.It was great to log into Facebook and see a post welcoming our two girls as if they were their own! Plus, what dog parent doesn’t appreciate a few photos while they’re away!?We knew leaving them would not be easy but we were quickly reassured that the facility was clean, large, and secure. The staff were incredibly friendly and answered all of our questions.If you are in the lakes region and need overnight boarding or even daycare, I would not look any further. You know your fur babies will get lots of love and attention while being cared for. Thank you all for watching our girls (Mya and Kyra)! We cannot recommend you enough!

After nearly 10 years of loyalty to another local pet resort a couple of unfortunate occurrences left us looking for a new place to care for our puppy Mastiff. We researched and interviewed multiple kennels and pet resorts from Concord to the Lakes Region and when we had the opportunity to meet with the owner of Lakes Region Pet Resort we knew this would be the place to care for our pup any time we are away! Cindi was more than happy to meet with us to discuss our needs and even took the time to show our two young daughters the entire property including where their best friend would be staying while at the resort. All of the staff is beyond friendly and they are always excited to see our pup when we arrive! Even better than that, our pup is just as excited to get out of the car to play when we arrive at the resort! Cindi has been more than accommodating a number of times in helping us with reservations, whether on short notice or far in advance. The cleanliness of the facility, compassion for our puppy and overall fantastic experience we’ve had time and time again leaves us feeling completely confident and worry-free anytime we are away from our dog. We strongly recommend leaving your furry friend with Cindi and her staff at Lakes Region Pet Resort anytime necessary. They will treat your pet as their own!

We recently boarded our four dogs, and we were very pleased at their experience! ALL dogs were happy, calm upon returning home, after a weeks stay. We will definitely be back again for boarding! Thank You for taking great care of our babies.. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Great staff and clean environment. My dog can be nervous around other dogs, but the staff does a good job of keeping him with dogs he's comfortable with. I highly recommend LRPR!

We decided to send our dog (a toy poodle mix) here while vacationing in NH. We contracted for 7 days of daycare and several nights of boarding. Our dog attended two days of doggy daycare to get acclimated before doing overnight boarding. We were told he did fine and the staff raved about how sweet our dog was. We then boarded him for the following days of vacation as we were traveling the state and unable to have him in our rental accommodations. After the first night we got a call at 8am stating that our dog barked most of the night. They told us this was a problem. They said they would give it one more night and if it continued it would be an issue. On the second morning we got another call and were told he barked again and he was not welcome to remain at the facility. This put us in a real bind as we were vacationing. We were told that they would allow him to do doggy daycare but then rescinded this offer when my husband came to pick up because they sAid they couldn't handle his barking and potty (pee) accidents (surprise to us!) We were left without dog care and were offered no compensation or refund. We seriously question the integrity of this facility. Our dog is not a barking /yapping dog and does not have potty accidents in our care. If you are planning to use this facility and your dog may bark- at times- I'd seriously think twice as you will find yourself without dog care mid-way through your dog's stay. VERY POOR SERVICE!

Super clean, you can tell the staff love animals. Our puppy was there for just a day, but we will not hesitate to bring her back. Our dog was happy and tired!

Our dog loves this place. They take good care of him. I wish they would do a spa too. It's much more convenient for us if they clipped his nails. But they don't unfortunately.

Wonderful nurturing environment for dogs. We have boarded our high-energy Corgi here for both long (2 weeks) and short (2 nights) stays, and have always felt she was well cared for.

Friendly staff and decent facility, but it lacks an open area for larger dogs to get out and stretch their legs, run and play with other dogs.
