I went in on a friday of school vacation. I stop there to get something to eat for myself and my son.My son ordered a small toasted Italian sub, with lettuce, tomato,,pickles and light oil. I ordered a beef hot 🌭 with kattsup mustard and relish.When I got home, I had a plain hot dog. My son had lettuce and a black olives on his Italian sub and it was not toasted. Also I couldn't believe they don't use gloves. Hope they had clean hands.

As a local and a patron to this place we ordered 3 steak and cheese subs to go. We get back and start eating and one of the subs has green steak not a big deal I’ve spent plenty of money at this place so I bring them back. Obviously I’m not going to want a new sub after seeing green steak. So I ask for just a refund on the 3 steaks. I get told that the steak and cheese sub that was green was actually roast beef that was green. Well the subs weren’t even supposed to have roast beef. Also she informed me that apparently roast beef turns green when you cook it. That’s a new one for me. That simple 35 dollars after I’ve spent Atleast a grand there after the few years of being up here will make me never go back and make a guy who doesn’t write reviews of anywhere make an account to write one super disappointing.I Sucks the only spot that has decent food had to burn me like that when I went in with a great attitude like it was no big deal. But here we are.

No complaints here! Subs and pizza have both been tasty with fresh ingredients. The price point is what my family and I love...ordering 3 pizzas under $50 is unheard of anymore!

Terrible subs got ham and cheese on stale sub roll with 2 pieces of ham and 1 piece of cheese. We got fries they were cold and tasted like old McDonald's fries. Do not recommend ever.

Got 2 pizzas from here and they were undercooked and there wasn't a lot of toppings that I got on them, very little mushrooms and they were canned mushrooms, the other pizza was hawian pizza and I didn't like the ham they used and not a lot of pineapple on it

I've tried getting sandwiches here 4 times now. I always ask for it to be loaded with all the veggies. First time they forgot. I had no veggies at all. Second time I specified the list of all the veggies and still they forgot. This last time I again asked for it to be loaded and we have lettuce 2 pickles and a couple olives. On top of this, they go very light on the meat. Far too expensive to not get what you asked for.

I have tried this place so many times because it is local. The service is slow and inattentive. If you do take out and are actually able to put an order over the phone, you’re looking to wait an additional 30 minutes in addition to whatever time they said the food would be ready. Most times you can’t get through over the phone and you’ll be waiting 35-40 minutes for a sub or pizza, even when it’s not busy. Oh and apparently they have 2 menus, items you can order for take out and items you can order in house only but they don’t clarify which items those are.

Excellent service, great people, fabulous food that's ready on time. Clean store and restaurant! Hands down this is the best store and restaurant in Barnstead. The prices are more than fair! Family owned and operated! I highly recommend trying the new restaurant they have!
