There is more than meets the eye at this charming country store. Lots of free parking out front. They have a wide variety of freshly prepared foods including baked goods, sandwiches etc. Coolers offer ice cream and beverages and seating is provided. Clean restroom available. Local arts displays on the walls make this a true community center. The staff is friendly and helpful and they offer some weekly specials ( check their website for example, Pizza nights.)

The reopen of the store is absolutely amazing the atmosphere is amazing the products are fresh and homemade. The owners are very friendly warm/welcoming they have a ton of local products as well as farm to table items. The takeout is absolutely delicious huge thanks to Dave for producing some great pizza sandwiches and more. We are intrigued weekly to see what's going to be on the menu's. We highly recommend stopping in and taking a peek you won't regret it!!!!

Not the fastest check out but that’s what you want in small towns. The store was just perfect. Nothing cookie cutter about it. It was fun watching locals share stories and have conversations. Beautiful views from the front porch. The entire down town was just a view from the center. I felt like I was living in a Norman Rockwell painting.

I hope Canterbury never changes! This store and the surrounding area are iconic “small town USA”! The store hasn’t changed since I was a child, yet it doesn’t feel like an old dusty outdated relic. It is old fashioned, but is relevant and new all at once. If you go at the right time of year you can catch the Canterbury Fair and the Morris Dancers! Great store, friendly service and worth the trip!

This is a small, old-fashioned country store that is community owned. Shopkeepers get 5 stars for character! Definitely worth a stop if you are passing through and worthy of regular support if you are local.

A wonderful, friendly place, and integrated with the Canterbury Post Office too! Has lots of convenience store necessities and a few specialty products. Great emphasis on local products!

Nice little stroll out in the country you gotta love Canterbury although I don't know if they're still open anymore I'm not sure they might have closed down I'm not 100% sure on that though I don't live out there I only own land there
