I've thought of how to word this review carefully to properly articulate how well of an establishment Pampered Pup is. I've worked at the kennel for roughly 2 years now and under Sabrina's ownership for over a year. There's been multiple times since then where I have been blown away by Sabrina's determination to make this facility a second home for your dog by listening and taking everything each owner has to say very seriously all while working together as a team. Pampered Pup is THE place to go for boarding and grooming, the staff is highly knowledgeable of the dog world and will treat your dog like their own. Sabrina, Brad, both managers Trish and Sam as well as the rest of the staff are truly and genuinely dedicated to this place making sure your pup has not only a fun experience but a trusting, safe, and clean place to retreat to. Thank you Pampered Pup family for your endless hard work, kindness, and being the best staff ever!!! :) <3

We brought our Golden Retriever, Chester, in for grooming and were met by a warm and friendly staff. Tatiana did a great job and even sent a picture after she was done. Our GS mix, Cooper, went in on another day and we had another great experience. We highly recommend Pampered Pup and we will be bringing our three dogs there from now on!

Our dogs are always super excited to get their hair groomed. Whether it's a shampoo or a new cut, they are always stoked to get their grooming collars on. The team at Pampered Pup's knows our dogs by sight and are always fast and friendly with them.

Our dog has been going to Pampered Pup for over a year now and goes 4ish days a week for daycare. We love this place. I appreciate that they put thought into which dogs are in the play groups to make sure their needs are met. They are so attentive to him and we trust them with our fur baby!! He loves his mental enrichment add ons too! This place is run so well!!!

Pampered Pup had my French Bulldog for a week and when I got him back he was in perfect shape. I got reports on how he was doing and I felt very comfortable that he was in good hands. I now use Pampered Pup for Daycare at least once a week. Very friendly staff!!

The staff are always upbeat and positive when I drop Griffin off for the day. I can hear them greet him when he comes into the play yard. I am so happy to hear that staff are present in the play area to supervise the dogs. They have actually blow dried Griffin when he has been in the pool!

I'll start out by saying that I have worked and managed a few different daycares in the area, and all of them have their pros and cons. Each one has a level of toxicity and a serious level of inefficient quality of care.Pampered Pup LLC is VERY different! Not only is it a better work environment but a much safer environment for your canine family member. The quality of care is a 10 out of 10, and the staff cares deeply for each dog. The numbers of dogs taken in each day is not so excessive that your furry friends are neglected. Something that is a major issue at other daycares. Pampered Pup LLC is not only a great place to work, but somewhere that your dogs become like our family. The owners Brad and Sabrina really do care. They listen to their staff and want to make each dog feel like royalty.

We love taking our dog here. When he comes back from being there he’s always completely wiped out from playing so hard with the other dogs. The courtesy nail trims aren’t bad either.

Our Bo absolutely loves Pet-Agree! He gets excited when we pull into their road and his tail wags so hard when he sees any of the staff coming to meet him in the morning. They obviously take such good care of the pups here! Bo loves his daycare days!!

This place is horribleWhat was Pet Agree owned and operated by Karen(wonderful) now has been soldTheir communication is terrible, the groomer is horrible, doesn’t listen to dog owners instruction, owner of Pampered Pup is rude!!After going for 25+ years I bid this place farewell. Believe me and others when I say “they do not have your precious pet in mind”. Karen would be devastated at how her dedicated clients are treated.It doesn’t even deserve 1 star, I wish they had negative stars!!!!!!

I took my dog there to be groomed. I arrived 5 minutes early and I was told by a young girl in a rather rude tone that the groomer was as not open yet. When it was time I instructed the groomer that I did not want him shaved but a bit shorter than he was. I asked when I could pick him up and she said 10:00. I arrived at 10:15 and was told it would be another 15 minutes. I waited.My dog is pretty much unrecognizable. He looks shaved. I asked why so short and questioned if the very short cut was necessary and they said we only took off 1/2 inch. Certainly that’s not the case.His ears do not look like were brushed. I honestly question if they were washed.This is terrible.

Pet Agree is our family's go-to facility for daycare, boarding, and training classes. We have used Pet Agree for many years for multiple dogs. Our dog attends daycare at least once a week and comes home exhausted and happy. We are now in our fourth training class at Pet Agree and we have seen enormous growth with our puppy. Pet Agree uses a pet-centered approach to their training and makes the information easy to understand and set attainable goals. We swear by Pet Agree and will never stray!

We took our pup Motley to a basic obedience course, and had a wonderful experience. The trainers, Jen and Wanda, were attentive to our needs as well as our dog's, and in general made it an enjoyable learning experience. Motley is like a different dog, behaving so much better than before. I highly recommend signing up!

I LOVE the staff here! You can tell with every interaction that they all love dogs. We have attended one training course, use the doggy daycare for socialization, and the overnight camp keeps our dogs on a great routine when we are out of town. I highly recommend every aspect of this business.

I travel 20 mins out of my way to bring my dog here - that's how much I love Pet-Agree. The staff is great, energetic and knowledgeable. They made my rescue feel welcome from day 1. It's affordable, they organize the dogs by size for play and take pictures of them throughout the day. My pup was so tired after just one day at Pet-Agree - there's so much room for him to run around and play! I love that it's a one stop shop: day care, grooming, training and overnight stays + more. The staff really gets to know you and your dog. I highly recommend Pet-Agree.

My mom and I have been sending our dogs here for a few years now. When I went to pick up my dog after boarding recently, they told me she would not be welcome back because they didn’t like the way she played with the other dogs. She is a little ray of sunshine and did not injure anyone. The lack of compassion towards my dog and me was pretty shocking, and they did not offer any alternative solutions to helping my girl with her playing style. They would have offered to welcome her back if I invested in training before she returned. However, they were extremely unkind to us as we were leaving, and it makes me nervous that they treated my pup unkind or made her feel unwelcome while she was staying there. I used to really like this place but the way this was handled and how rude and uncaring the staff was towards me and my pup kind of make us glad we won’t be returning.

My dog Molly went to Pet-Agree every Friday. She was a very hyper schnauzer and this helped her be a little calmer over the weekend. Molly always knew it was time to go and really loved it so much that sometimes she didn't want to leave! The staff and owner are very professional and really care about the animals they take care of. I would highly recommend Pet-agree for your pets care and grooming.
