Doing business was simple. The car was within our price range and the payments too. They had us jump through a few more hoops than we were looking for but it still went smooth. The sales man wasn't pushy. He was helpful though. We may be repeat customers. Depends hasnt been 30 days yet and are already havin issues since 4 days in. The only problem we had was the check engine light coming on 4 days after we brought it home. Went and brought it back up and they did something with the gas cap. It came on four days later with a change oil dinging now too. Waited a week to get a loner and get it fixed. Haven't had it a month yet. We did everything they requested to get the car, a trade in and cash. It's worth a look into if you need a used car without a bunch of hassle, but have a mechanic check it out for you if you can. We couldn't and are now dealing with that problem. I'll update this post later and let you know what happens in a few months.

We are full time RV’ers and staying an RV park in East Thetford VT. On our way to visit some local sites our “check engine” light came on. We stopped at the closest auto store to have the code checked. They also gave a list of some local shops the might be able to fix the car but did recommend Mascoma Auto. We were in and out very quickly once they found the part. Just EXCELLENT service !!!!! Highly recommend them !!

Had such an awesome experience here! Kevin was awesome took care of us, explained everything to my significant other, who was a first time buyer. They even kept the car, just for a day extra to make sure everything was set and cleaned! They were amazing would recommend this place to anyone👍

Seemed nice enough. Called about possibly financing a vehicle, he asked if he could run my credit to see what they could do, I said sure, within 24 hours I had 17 new hard inquiries on my credit which is extremely excessive. Asked them to please discard my application and stop excessively running my credit, went with another dealer that knew it’s lenders and my approval odds, ran my credit once and had me in a really nice new car within a day.

Great place to take your car for something as simple as an oil change or as complex as an engine problem. They are honest and very reasonably priced. Also, the people who work there are clearly passionate about cars and very friendly. Would 100% recommend.

So happy i got to meet all of the people at Mascoma Auto! Kirk Hershey, Gina hershey, Chris Bagalio, Kevin Paul! My wife and i have purchased three vehicles from Mascoma Auto and recently my mother in law also purchased her new car from Mascoma Auto, and most recently, my daughter needed service to her vehicle badly and even though having not purchased that vehicle from Mascoma Auto, they picked the car up where it had broke down and took the vehicle in and repaired it for her at a very decent price! I would like to thank Chris and the owner of Masocam Valley Auto. I bought a truck from them a year ago with only 4000 mile and love it. I just had what I thought was warranty work that turned out to not be covered. The truck had been in an accident and not fix right. Masocoma Valley Auto did not know this when they sold it to me.
