This was a great location for a visit to the Ice Castles in Woodstock, NH. The staff are very friendly and welcoming (David checked us in and was patient with my many questions). The rooms are clean with heating and cooling available, very comfy beds and pillows. The complimentary breakfast included options like scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, a pancake maker, bagels, toast, yogurt, orange juice, oatmeal, and fresh fruit. The gentleman manning the breakfast area was so quick to make sure everything was stocked and was very nice. The pool is kept at 80 degrees and there is a sauna too. We had a delicious lunch at the Covered Bridge Farm Table restaurant which is a short walk across the street before driving up to the ice castles (about 20 minutes away). There's a fun arcade in the lobby, too!We went during February winter break week and so the hotel was packed with families that had little kids. There was some screaming and loud laughter (actually by a woman, not a kid) somewhere near our room late at night, but that's not the hotel's issue. Overall this was a more affordable and great alternative to a place in Woodstock closer to the ski resorts.Rooms: Clean, air conditioning, heater, microwave, comfy bedsNearby activities: 20 minute drive from the Ice Castles and Loon Mountain ski resortWalkability: Great restaurant across the street for delicious food (Covered Bridge Farm Table)

Loved it. As a reward member it was a rewarding experience. There was an elderly guy sitting at the front desk and he was nice. Room was comfortable and so was the bed. Housekeeping service did a good job.Breakfast was good. The person/chef who is in charge at the breakfast hour was lovely and friendly. Since we had to check-out really early (4 am) and drive 2 hours to the airport, he was kind enough to provide with some bananas and muffins. The pool was great but cold. Loved the sauna and game room.Rooms: ComfortableWalkability: Restaurant closeby

The breakfast was wonderful, and Giao kept the food coming and every thing clean! We love the pool area, the game room, fitness center, and the large room with a fireplace, great for hanging out.Food & drinks: We loved the food, and tea and coffee were always available.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. I don’t know if there’s a shortage of staff, but I never saw more than 2 employees at the hotel. Everything seemed ok from the outside, but you can see that the hotel was quickly refreshed from an older hotel. Some places were not patched up or refreshed, like the bathtub where the drain is heavily corroded and the bathroom fan is extremely loud. We also had ant issues with our room, where they gave us another room without questioning where they were coming from. The other room had patches of carpet missing and a stained sofa. I can live with that more than ants. There’s a large pool, but the water was cold and not very clear. Again, I don’t know if it’s due to lack of staff as we saw nobody there. There’s also a sauna, but the light was off and we didn’t explore. There’s also a game room with a pool table and some arcade games. Didn’t see anybody playing. As for the free breakfast, there was a good selection of food. There was the same employee there when we checked in the night before taking care of the food. There’s a pancake machine and that was pretty descent. The coffee was pretty bad.All in all, we never saw more than 2 employees during our stay and I never saw a cleaning staff when we left. Usually you see them starting their rounds when we leave, but there was no such thing.Would not stay here again in the future and opt for another hotel in the area.

I want to say that another couple and my wife and i were up in Plymouth visiting relatives so we needed a hotel for one night. I did book Best Western Campton and could not be happier that i did. From the moment we walked in Kelly the receptionist was so helpful and pleasant she was able to give us connecting rooms that we requested. The rooms were very clean and everything was in top condition from the pool to game room. Our breakfast was awesome everything we could of wanted was there. I thing the man who took care of everyone's needs at breakfast was Giog but not sure he was the best. Again i would give this hotel a 5 star rating and look forward to our next stay. Bob Pacino

Great place. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Close to a lot of activities and breakfast was very good. Two areas for improvement- linens and towels. Both were remarkably stiff and scratchy. The white towels were dinghy, gray brownish. I’d stay there again though.Food & drinks: Covered Bridge Restaurant down the street was great!

EXEEDED EXPECTIATIONS, we had a one night stay here for a day hiking trip. We initially chose this hotel because of the close proximity to the mountain. We arrived late around 10pm there was nobody at the counter but a nice gentleman greeted me shortly after calling the number provided. service was top notch, was informed about all the amenities. the room was nice and clean and at a comfortable temperature prior to my arrival. breakfast was really great the food was fresh and hot. the gentleman managing that "giog" his name was ? was top notch. greeted every guest that walked in, asked if they needed anything and was extremely pleasant. all around a great experience will look to book again at this location.

I was so excited to go on vacation and to have a great time with my family. The price of this hotel was so attractive so I chose this hotel. The pool was big and inviting. However, water was not clean and the air in that room smelled like mold. The room was ok with great renovated beds and other new furniture and big TV. The cleaning ladies were awesome giving me new towels in the next morning. However, one little problem changed all my perception about this hotel. There was one problem and we asked the front desk to solve it. The front desk personnel did not know what to do and they just panicked. From my perspective, I think their personnel need a lot of training how politely solve different problems . I think, that all guests deserve to hear kind words and most important to experience friendly atmosphere because they are paying for it. (P.S. I stayed at this hotel for 2 days and one night). Best of luck to this hotel! The location is so good! Kindly, The Customer.

This was an elite hotel experience! For the price we paid ($100) we got a clean room, pool, small arcade, and really good breakfast. The employee Giao was the friendliest hospitality employee I've ever met! He made sure we were enjoying our stay and talked to us about why we were in new Hampshire.I anticipate staying here the next time I come up to new Hampshire. Recommend to everyone!

I was Solo on an off-road motorcycle ride and decided to grab a room for the night last minute. Extremely accommodating friendly staff. Room was very affordable for the area and the restaurant next door was incredible. I expecting the typical continental breakfast in the morning but was very surprised at a fantastic selection of real breakfast items. The man taking care of the breakfast area was the highlight of my stay! Definitely will stay again!!

The room was dirty when I got in (hairs in the tub, I was too tired to care to complain about this and just washed them away with the shower). I stayed for a total of 6 days and the cleaners only came ONCE to clean. The towels were dingy. Additionally, the staff was unhelpful; I had a king suite which had one bed and one pull out for me and my colleague attending a conference. I asked to be switched to a smaller, cheaper room with simply two normal beds so one of us would not have to sleep on a couch bed. There was a room available, but the older gentleman on the night shift at the front desk said it would be too much effort for him to switch me to that room and have to deal with the switching of rooms and did not do this. I paid $300 a night for a room that was less than ideal, dirty upon arrival (hairs in the bath) and with terrible hotel staff. There was a single individual at the front desk during the day (I believe his name was Abbu?) who went above and beyond to help me find a ride/car to my conference center before I was able to rent a car on my own. Shout out to him.I would rate this property higher if not for the price:service/accomodation ratio. It's not worth it at all for the amount I paid. Try to marriot or another hotel nearby before this one unless you can get it for really cheap.

Absolutely great! They have REAL breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausage, fresh made pancakes, fresh dispensed Greek yogurt, cereal and more, not just pastries. The staff were all SUPER friendly and helpful! We choose it because it was pet friendly, and their pet friendly rooms are better than any we've stayed in, they actually have laminate floors instead of carpet. This place is just great!

Sometimes when booking, I think the pictures look better than the hotel really is but this was not the case. The hotel was very clean and updated. The two people I dealt with at the front desk were friendly. My room was very clean. My favorite though was the man who was doing the breakfast in the morning. Such a happy/friendly guy and very helpful. When checking in I was told that breakfast was continental but they had pancakes, eggs, sausage, homefries so I would say that was full but maybe I'm wrong. My only complaint and not that big of deal to me is the water pressure in the shower could be better. I plan on returning to this BW.

I am writing this on behalf of my fiancé. He is a truck driver whose normal truck is in the shop and now has a rental truck that does not idle so a hotel was in order. This hotel was about 10 minutes from his pickup location and despite being "in the middle of nowhere", he was taken care of by hotel staff. Not only was the hotel impeccably clean, they fed him and treated him with kindness, dignity and respect (which is often far from how truck drivers are treated out on the road). Thank you to the folks of the Best Western Plymouth Inn - White Mountains for taking care of my trucker. It is refreshing to know that kindness isn't lost.

For us, Best Western is always a guarantee of cleanliness and comfort, but this time there was a major flaw. We stayed 2 nights and on our return the first night, entering the room, we realized that it had not been tidied up. We were very upset, not least because we had to ask for towels and toilet paper. Then to my amazement, I found a very small message in the bathroom, where it was said that in order to tidy up the room, we would have to ask for the maid by 11 am at the reception. For me it is a very serious disservice, since the room is paid a lot.

Attended a hockey tournament for my son. I must admit, i had low expectations for this hotel as I’ve stayed at best westerns all over the USA. I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. It is clean, has good breakfast. Lastly, the staff are very helpful and kind.

I was nervous because I usually book 4/5 star hotels but decided to book a last minute trip and didn’t have many options in the area. I was pleasantly surprised, though. Newly renovated and super cute hotel. The rooms are clean and aesthetically pleasing compared to a lot of other places in the area. Cozy fire place room in the lobby adds a nice touch to the hotel. Due to short staffing like many places, front desk staff leave at midnight. However, I arrived after midnight (make sure you call ahead if arriving late) and they left an envelope for me with my name on it, which included my room keys and instructions to check in. Free Continental breakfast daily and really friendly staff. Good location. Restaurants, skiing close by. Reasonably priced. Would for sure book here again if I’m in the area!
