Because I went to Newfound with her in the same grade and she never liked me so this shows how professional she treats her job and customers. I no longer choose to go to this pharmacy. Thank god. Go somewhere else, I recommend Genoa Healthcare in Laconia or Plymouth. Stay away from this place.____________________________This rite aid pharmacy is so disrespectful towards me. I had a problem with my insurance and I called them yesterday and it was simply fixed with an explanation that rite aid pharmacy would need to call in to the insurance to ask for an override while my information is being processed again by the insurance. The pharmacists giving me an attitude when I ask them to do this and trying to tell me oh I'm so busy I'll try go get to it later. Then when I called for the caplyta because I hadn't heard anything yet the female pharmacist blatantly lied to me on the phone and I called the insurance and I told the women on the phone and she checked phone records of conversations on behalf of me with the pharmacy and said that the women was being untruthful about what she said to me. She asked her supervisor if she could call the pharmacy. She calls, speaks to the female briefly, is put on hold, comes back to me and connects the line and while on hold the insurance agent said the women was yelling at her saying that they never said they weren't going to call which no one ever claimed that. Then it is resolved with the man pharmacist but we find out the medication is out of stock until Monday. With this information, the insurance agent told us that the override was only good for 24 hours and that we would have to do this all over again on Monday. Plus, the pharmacist never mentioned the coupon you said that was free to me. He said I would have to pay 5.20. I hate this pharmacy. I hate dealing with it. So disrespectful. Is there anyway we can move the script and coupon to laconia rite aid? I'm not doing this again with this pharmacy. The female knows my voice and who I am whenever I call in and is so disrespectful towards me.

Made a late trip to a local urgent care and the prescription was ready to go within minutes. It took me longer to get there than it took the script to be filled. Staff very pleasant and helpful!

UPDATE:RUDE PHARMACY STAFF EVERY TIME I GO INTO THIS STOREThe Pharmacy staff is very rude and curt regardless of if you are there in person or if you call them on the phone. The person who manages the pharmacy needs to teach the staff that being rude does not save any time when you are busy and it just makes me want to get my prescriptions at CVS instead.UPDATE: Staff have improved and are very pleasant to deal with. Happy to go get my prescriptions and know I will be treated with friendly customer service!

Awful customer service. Hate to have to ask for help at the pharmacy. I’m going to just use the drive up now because the atmosphere is very unfriendly in the store. The people up front are always pleasant.To add to this it’s gotten worse. System down no offer of help with heart medication other than “ you’re welcome to go somewhere else. You’re welcome to have your doctor call it in somewhere else”. On a Saturday evening. So I did what she said. Have transferred everything out of there. Relieved.

Pharmacist at the pharmacy thinks she knows you/your medical issues better than your doctor and will try to change what the doctor prescribed if she doesn't agree with it

The people that work in the pharmacy are wonderful. Very polite. I left the pharmacy that I had been with for years because of the poor service that they gave. So I went with Rite Aid. Very glad that I did!

Ummm watch when you shop at rite aid in Bristol...I did not authorise that "kid cents"...She, the check out person, didn't ask to round up...Or would i ...Or even mention this...Not that I wouldn't have donated, but come on...I happen to catch it as my price went up a penny from what i had bought...Won't come here againOk well just learned this...From a friend...If you have a rite aid rewards card or used someone’s, it is linked through the card not something that is done through the cashier. I have a card that rounds up to the nearest $ because that’s how I set it up. You just have to ask the cashier next time you go in to remove it. Otherwise it will always round up.I was not aware...Pays to pay attention i guess...

went to buy deodorant old spice. located product,had 2 items taped together, sticker price said$6.49 per. item.sale sticker said buy one get the other @ 1/2 price which would b $3.24 for a total of $9.73 went down street to shop and save same deodorant $2.79 per item $5.58 for 2. such a deal rite aid but think i'll pass!!! beware of there scams the whole store is set up the same way. u have been warned!!!!!!!!
