Very convenient hardware store for the small town I live in with quite a selection of everything. Fairly priced well. Customer service is pretty good. The store does get busy so I can see why it may get a little stressful for employees. With that being said I give them a five-star rating.

I went online this morning & ordered a Webber Grill for pickup. Shortly after placing the order the Bristol NH store called to say that they sold the last grill of the model that was assembled yesterday afternoon. They wanted to know if I wanted them to assemble one or if we wanted to do it ourselves. I said it would be helpful to use to have it assembled. Buying for a family camp & tools are well let’s say limited unless you pack your own. They told me it would be ready by 10. I picked it up as I drove through town. They loaded it into the truck for me. Very polite, professional, super helpful. Answered all my questions. Absolutely will continue to do business with them in the future.

Smaller footprint store than the big box retailers, but a super friendly staff and a good selection. If Aubuchon carries it you can get it shipped to the store quickly too.

I love this store. They have almost anything you could ask for from a hardware store and then some. The staff is helpful and friendly. The propane fill is fairly inexpensive. The hours are good, plenty of parking, and a decent variety of items. If you need anything hardware related, stop in and give them a look before heading out of town.

Good if you need something on a Sunday since they're only one open in town, be prepared to be grilled in the case of any returns and then shadowed around store while others can be literally shoplifting and not be bothered to the point of being greeted as the leave the store pockets full!!

I was in the area for Bike Week, and this hardware store was a great find. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, fair prices, easy parking. Selection is certainly limited but I'm used to a Lowe's or Home Depot, and much preferred the smaller hometown store.

I've always had good experiences at this store. Last year I bought two clothesline ropes that I use for dog runs for my two chihuahuas. This past week I needed three propane tanks filled and it was raining. I had asked other people about getting them filled and they were afraid that there was lightning in the area, so I called aubochon and they said no problem come on in. The staff is always friendly and can always figure out what I'm looking for.

Great people working there and they all know what they are doing and know the products not like home depot where you can't even find someone to help and if you do they are clueless. Very helpful at aubuchons have even helped me fabricat things for my Harley Davidson and truck saved me a lot of cash I thank them all.
