The absolute worst pharmacy. They never answer the phone, sitting on hold for 3.25 hours at the time of writing this. They also lie about prescription availability.

Not open much but when they are, the staff is always very nice and fill scripts quickly. Barely have to wait. They just need another pharmacist so they can be open longer.

Unfortunately this pharmacy continually has difficulty filling my prescription and two out of three times has not had it in stock. This is a big deal as it’s the only pharmacy in town. Poor communication when there is an issue leaving customer to be the one communicating back and fourth with provider. I’ve had extremely better service at other Walgreens. Cashiers are very nice but that’s negated by the fact that the pharmacy can’t get a prescription to the customer on time without hassle.

Friendly and helpful staff. I watched them be patient and accommodating with an elderly customer. Nice to see their combination of professionalism and kindness in action!

I’m not sure why a brand new store would be out of so many items on the floor. Looks like that is an afterthought. I’m disappointed that I try to keep my purchases in Berlin and I have to go to Walmart instead. There should be an associate that stocks the store and keeps things stocked instead of empty

A couple of the cashier's are nice. However, I've been told a time to pick up a script and then it not be ready more than twice. They're not reliable for being open even when they're supposed to be Monday through Friday 9-6.

Staff literally lost my prescription order, and when I called to check on the status because I missed 2 doses, they gave me a disgusting attitude and basically told me to do it myself.

I ordered a prescription from here. From my experience here, they had a very slow pharmacy and a rude cashier, I was the only customer there.
