Love this store an the manager is amazing her doesn't tolerate thieves nor does he allow the local rift raft to hang out in their seating areas. So if you like to steal, or you wanna sell drugs or do whatever the local rift raft does then this store isn't for you. Just saying people from out of town want honesty an well if you steal or are up to no good the manager will not tolerate you on the property cause he has plenty of honest ppl who will pay everyday regardless of price, location an their hours are amazing!!!!!!

There are some great bargains to be found. Price shoppers will want to have other apps open and check competitors pricing while shopping. Some prices are great, others are really bad.

Went in today and received extremely Rude and impolite service by the sickly thin older brunette woman who was working at the front regiaters. I waa in a hurry on way to work, had to wait 5 mibutes up at the register as this RUDEwoman was sonewhere else in store. I finally found a little bell to ring for front counter service and ahe snapped and yelled up at me that she would come in a mnute! Finally, she came up a few minutes after. GLARING at me, she snapped... *That will be $xxxx$, I glanced up at her, could not believe the utter RUDE and diatasterful bwhavior from this sickly looking woman, well I handed her cash ahe gave me changw. Mind you, No Please, No Thank you out of her! I said THANK YOU!!! Grrr...why hire beings with ZERO MANNERS...Makes this world so hard with people who are so very Rude!

It's a good store for Berlin's downtown. A place for those folks that are on foot and don't want to pay Berlin Marketplace prices for stuff, and don't want to walk to walmart.My only quibble with family dollar is probably a corporate level problem, but pricing is all over the place. Sometimes I'll find foods that are shockingly low priced, but they charge 3.29 for a tiny container of non dairy creamer, vs one 10 times the size for $7-9 elsewhere. They also carry only orange cheese, which is against priced pretty high. It's like a punishment for your regular shoppers, where you offer them some good deals, but on average the pricing is actually kind of high, especially on the the essentials like eggs milk cheese, bread, etc.

You cant go in without wearing a mask now-well at the one in conway.in berlin you dont have to wear one.i dont agree with mask wearing so i wont go in the store if its required.but other than that i always liked family dollar.the manager in conway is a sweetheart and they always have cool stuff to buy.

Horrible customer service I went in near closing time to grab a little bit of food and a bottle of medicine for my sick daughter there was one person ahead of me and as soon as the clock hit 10 pm which is when they close they refused to cash me out and I couldn’t get my sick child her medicine

there was a item on clearance with no price i asked an employee to help me find out how much it was she said i dont know and walked away, I think she was not interested in helping. also I bought some tissues from there they smelt like fabric softer also the scent was in the water bottle basicly everything I bought there had an odd odor. I dont understand why the items there have a chemical smell but its that way at every family dollar ive ever gone to very strange.

I like to place because I can walk it's walking distance. The girls that run the place are so friendly and so helpful. I enjoy going into that store.

He have no good toys for my kids he have no non GMO Foods except pretzels and no organic food when I go there they have the same things with outrageous prices always have to be like $5 more with almost any item
