The deli is disgusting. They have 3 slicers and only use one. Health codes require you use separate slicers for each different product. They rinse out dirty, bloody rags and reuse them instead of using clean ones. They will use bread they drop on the dirty floor to make the sandwiches they serve in the cooler. If you ask for anything fresh they'll tell you they can't, but legally they have to. The manager is just lazy.

Good variety. A bit more expensive on some items. Like $8.99 a pound for ham salad and also for egg salad. But the people who worked there were so friendly and very helpful. That goes along way with me when they are friendly and helpful.

They carry the odds and ends. It has the home town feeling. You can always find someone if needed. You are helping the local community. They cost a little more but worth it.

For this being such a small town with such few options, the Berlin marketplace is kind of an oasis. The prices are decent, the people are local and friendly, and the parking isn’t too bad - depending on what time of day you show up.

They carry an awesome variety of products and even some specialty items, impressive for a small local store, prices are fairly competitive, customer service is unbeatable! I'm talking real cashiers, carrying your bags out for you, will take you right to the item you're trying to find!

Great produce, and deli, yummy pastries and bakery items. Like most mom and pop stores it's a bit pricey, yet everytime I go it's full! The meat is actually cheapest I've found and seems to be more fresh!

Is crowded usually when people are getting out of work. The prices are higher than Walmart;but, it is the only grocery store in the city of Berlin. With the gas prices the way they are it is just as cheap to shop in town. For some others the proximity of the store is a plus. The shelves are well stocked and the produce is quite good.

Deli meat is over priced. Ground beef is high priced. Deli baked cookies and deserts are competitively priced. The wait time to cash out is reasonable and they only have 4 cashier lines but two are always open and they will even carry your groceries out to your vehicle. As compared to some super stores that have a dozen cashier lines but only open two and let you wait 30 minutes to get to the cashier.

Clean store, great selection of products. Great meat selection. Competitive prices and sales to make meals for family. Cashier who waited on me did her job efficiently ,but extremely slow and did not speak at all but cashier in next line over was very welcoming to her customers and social while she was able to move customers her quickly while making them feel like they were welcomed and appreciated.

Numerous times now the prices labeled did not match the price charged at checkout. I like their stock but there is no sense shopping here if they are going to steal my money. And oh yes, you can wait for ages at their snail-pace Deli.

The meat case always looks awful. Not many family pack items in it. The produce is probably the best around. The deli makes real good subs that are at an amazing price.

The clerks are friendly, but not pushy. The selection is diverse, often healthy, and cheap. For parents, they're are small shopping carts which are perfect for children to push around. For a grocery store smaller than Walmart but larger than a gas station, it couldn't be better.

Love getting meat and fresh vegetables and fruit from here....as it's always fresh and the prices and portions are great....i do think cereals and chips...snack foods and frozen stuff are very pricy...i try to go elsewhere for those items.

Overpriced items because there the only grocery store in town, and they dont carry enough organic food. Besides that there employees are friendly and nice. A chubby stocker there with an afro-like hairdo showed me where everything was and significantly improved my shopping experience, he is a great employee and I look forward too seeing him every time.
