Cannot say enough good about the Berlin location. Was in a big jam and couldn’t find a number two heating oil nozzle anywhere and they were pretty much closed and they stayed open an extra 20 or so minutes for me to get the part I needed and get myself in my family warm because of it. Thank you.

I had the worst experience with Aubuchon in Berlin nh we bought a sump pump for 400 the guy never told us it was discontinued I would have never bought it he was supposed to take it out of the back didn’t do that didn’t tell anyone we bought it so when my husband got there said they didn’t have one and that it was discontinued later on it was in the back I called and he found it was rude to me so I gave it right back at him I’m a customer no reason to be rude to me my husband put it in and leaks on the bottom so I bring it back they said we have to have a mechanic look at it if it’s defective u might get your money back they refused to give me mine my money back and the guy said “we don’t care” I also asked to have someone to go get it out of the car guess who carried it in me!!!! I’m 60 years old we can’t afford to have aubuchon steal 400 from us for something that don’t work I will buy nothing like that ever again from them even Walmart guarantees there items

Our old weber died and we were looking for a new one. Everyone we spoke to was very helpful and pleasant. We were able to coordinate an online order with the store pickup with that help. Aubuchon Hardware hardware is a modern version of an old fashioned hardware store, and I found a great hanging plant.

These guys know what's in their store, where it is, and how to use it. They also recognized me after only 2 visits and remembered I had an Aubuchon membership. Every town needs a shop like this.

Keith the manager does a great job and really knows his stuff. Prices are the same for any of those kind of hardware stores. They do carry a little bit of everything for such a small store. I highly recommend this store!

I always get what I need here, the prices are reassonable, and the benjamin moore paint is fantastic. My problem with this place is the staff. They all seem to hate their jobs, they're always miserable. They do the job, but I dinged them a star for the staff morale issue.

The staff at Aubuchon Hardware are very knowledgeable and always willing to help you find just what you need. Whether it's a single screw or a snowblower, you'll receive the same treatment here. If they don't have what you need they can usually order it for you. They offer glass and plexiglass cutting services also. They have a great selection of paint and stain as well. The store is always clean, they have handicap parking.

You won't find bargains on everything you want at Aubuchons, but they have darn near everything in stock so it's nice knowing you can get what you need. I shop there quite often.
